Penyusunan penulisan ini berisikan mengenai Analisis Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Kinerja Pegawai dari John Miner (dalam Sudarmanto, 2011:11) 4 dimensi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur dalam menilai Kinerja yaitu Kualitas, Kuantitas, Penggunaan waktu dalam kerja dan Kerjasama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan pembahasan bahwa Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Bandung sudah berjalan dengan baik walaupun belum sepenuhnya optimal dikarenakan masih banyak yang perlu dibenahi terutama dalam hal kualitas manajemen sumber daya manusia yang ada pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Bandung

Penelitian ini berdasarkan masalah pokok yakni kinerja pegawai Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Bandung yang rendah. Hal tersebut diduga karena belum dijalankannya indikator-indikator kompetensi pegawai secara menyeluruh pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga (Dispora) Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif yang menitikberatkan pada pengolahan data menggunakan data statistik variabel kompetensi (X) sebagai variabel bebas yang terdiri dari dimensi keterampilan, kemampuan dan etos kerja (Schumacher dalam Sinamo) dan variabel kinerja pegawai (Y) sebagai variabel terikat, terdiri dari dimensi kualitas kerja, ketepatan, Inisiatif, kemampuan dan komunikasi. Anggota populasi yang kemudian dijadikan sampel dengan teknik simple random sampling  dalam  penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang dari 103 orang populasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kompetensi (X) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 87,4%. Pengaruh variabel lain (ε)  terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 12,6% yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Peneliti memberikan saran agar faktor-faktor yang mendukung semakin baiknya pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai mendapat perhatian serius. Selain itu, disarankan untuk selalu memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan atau pendidikan lebih lanjut kepada pegawai agar kompetensi yang dimilki para pegawai pun meningkat guna tercapainya tujuan lembaga yang lebih maksimal.

Work motivation in an organization has a very important role in influencing employee performance. The study conducted in Subang at the Ministry of Religion office, the problem facing in the office was employees’ low performance. To strengthen the problem occurs, based on the writer’s opinion related to the work motivation was not developed well in the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Subang. This study using an explanatory survey as a method. Based on the results of writing and simultaneous discussion, it was revealed that the work motivation variables of empirical employees had a big influence on the performance of the Ministry of Religion employees in Subang Regency by 85.8%. The conclusion about the contribution of the work ability variable of the Ministry of Religion of Subang Regency to the performance of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Subang Regency (Y) was 85.8% while the remaining 14.2% was influenced by other factors.

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation activities of revitalization policy of Traditional Market Sarijadi by PD. Pasar Bermartabat of Bandung City which includes organization, interpretation and application. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method of analysis. Data collection techniques were conducted with in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the organization has not been supported by human resources and facilities in accordance with needs, while the funds are sufficient. Establishing  a thematic organic vegetable market for Sarijadi Market and direct socialization to higher education and comparative study followed by traders and employees and Directors of PD. Pasar Bermartabat of Bandung city  is an organizing method. Interpretation of activities related to work programs and revitalization activities has not been supported by future guidelines and targets because no Strategic Plan has been determined yet. While the application activity of the Implementation of Sarijadi Traditional Market Revitalization Policy by PD. Pasar Bermartabat of Bandung City associated with the service has been using information technology for levy and maintenance services of Business Registration Letters and promotions for rental offerings. Research report on the Implementation of Sarijadi Traditional Market Revitalization Policy by PD. Pasar Bermartabat Bandung City has not yet run. Research suggestions need to be established immediately in the Strategic Plan, training and training facilities are needed, the addition of infrastructure.

Lembga keuangan mikro merupakan salah satu instrumen  penting dalam ekonomi masyarakat. Keuangan mikro dibutuhkan oleh sekelompok masyarakat kecil dan menengah baik untuk konsumsi maupun produksi serta investasi dengan prosedur yang sederhana dalam upaya mendorong pemberdayaan masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat berpenghasilan menengah kebawah dan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah memberikan pemeparan bagaimana keberadaan lembaga keuangan mikro di Indonesia serta telaah terkait lembaga keuangan mikro dari perspektif  Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2013 tentang lembaga keuangan mikro. Penyajian artikel ini terbagi menjadi empat bagian utama, (1) konsep dan definisi keuangan mikro, (2) sejarah perkembangan lembaga keuangan mikro di Indonesia, (3) lembaga keuangan mikro yang saat ini terdapat di Indonesia, dan (4) telaah terkait Undang-undang No. 1 Tahun 2013 tentang lembaga keuangan mikro. Dari hasil pembahasan terlihat bahwa begitu beragamnya jenis lembaga keuangan mikro di Indonesia  yang berdasarkan heterogenitas masyarakat. Peraturan dan legalitas amat dibutuhkan untuk memperkuat peran lembaga ini. Pemaparan kajian tentang lembaga keuangan mikro di Indonesia diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan kita tentang peran lembaga ini dalam proses pembangunan dan konsep pengembangan di masa yang akan datang.

Implementasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan kesejahteraan sosial tentang penanganan fakir miskin dan anak jalanan memang menjadi hal yang sangat penting dan perlu diperhatikan oleh Pemerintah. Kebijakan seperti ini harus dijalankan dengan sebaik mungkin agar kemiskinan di Indonesia cepat berkurang. Kemiskinan merupakan suatu fenomena atau gejala sosial yang harus segera dipecahkan, salah satunya dengan program yang di buat oleh Pemerintah Pusat maupun Pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten. Dan permasalahan timbul karena tidak sesuai antara kebijakan dengan yang terjadi di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan perlindungan fakir miskin dan pembinaan anak jalanan, lalu faktor-faktor penghambat dan upaya penyelesainnya. Hasil Penelitian ini diperloleh informasi bahwa dengan apa yang di rumuskan oleh para pembuat keputusan dengan para pelaku aturan tersebut tidak sinkron sehingga terjadi hambatan dan masalah. Kebijakan tersebut didasarkan kepada pemerintah menyadari akan manfaat yang akan diberikan oleh pihak kecamatan kepada sasaran kebijakan yaitu fakir miskin dan anak jalanan. Upaya yang diusahakan oleh pihak kecamatan terhalang oleh berbagai masalah seperti penegakan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bandung dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia, sehingga menyebabkan kebijakan tersebut tidak terealisasi dengan baik.

Although the village has been given authority by the Village Law to conduct its own affairs, in practice most of the villages studied still tend to depend on the district government. Related to the implementation of village democracy, the space for citizen articulation has not yet been functioned optimally. BPD, as a vehicle for the representation of citizens has not played an optimal role, and there is no effort to strengthen these roles, both from the BPD itself and by residents. So that it can be said that village governance after the implementation of the Village Law can be said to have not experienced much change. The village's authority to form Perdes is also not fully utilized. Not many perdes have been issued, other than major perdes such as the APBDes. With full authority, more perdes should be issued because the consequences will be that many matters will be managed by the village itself. The mindset of the village head seems to have shown something positive, in the sense that the village head has begun to open up democratic space, but nevertheless it takes courage to run it without the need for fears of intervention from the district government. The low quality of democracy has an impact on the performance of village governments. Government performance is only understood as physical development performance. Voices from residents regarding other development needs besides physical development are still not accommodated. In the Sarinagen case, the development carried out was more likely because of the will and initiative of the village head. Even though it still refers to the will of the people conveyed in the Musdes, the portion is not significant.

The main problem that has become a phenomenon in this study is the evaluation of the policy of the process of building a nuclear power plant in the Semenanjung Muria, Jepara Regency, Central Java Province. This policy evaluation is designed to be able to describe the stages of the process, mechanism and objectives of development policy evaluation in the implementation of the construction of nuclear reactors in the Muria Peninsula. The national energy crisis facing the country of Indonesia can be overcome by the existence of alternative energy, namely nuclear power plants. The results of the evaluation conducted by BATAN stated the feasibility of building a nuclear power plant on the Semenanjung Muria, but this contradicts the opinions of the people who strongly reject the process of building a nuclear power plant in their region. This is then the researcher analyzes further and becomes the focus of discussion in this study. This study uses Dunn's policy evaluation theory as an analysis knife in analyzing the policy evaluation of the process of building a nuclear reactor on the Semenanjung Muria. The dimensions of the policy evaluation studied are effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, leveling, responsiveness, and accuracy. This study uses qualitative methods, using primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with related parties' perceptions about the policy. Secondary data collected in the form of a chronology of policies, laws and regulations and news about the research theme. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of nuclear power plant development policies on the Semenanjung Muria has not been effective. This is due to public concern about the dangers of nuclear radiation that may be caused in the operation of nuclear reactors. In addition, problems related to political issues also have an impact on the discrepancy of the results of evaluations conducted by BATAN with the conditions that occur in the field. This continues with the era of reforms which has a direct impact on changing the direction of development and national nuclear policies.

The implementation of Policy is the objectives achieve of the policies. But the problem that often seem to give detriment to the society. Likewise in the implementation of development policies of Jatigede reservoir that causes the loss and the changes of their livelihoods.This study aims to determine how much the dimension influence in which the contents of policy implementation i.e. the content of the policy and environmental policy on the livelihood of people in the Jatigede district in Sumedang regency.The theory used in this study for the variable X are the theory of Merilee S, and Grindle’s theory (1980) in AG.Subarsono 2011: 93-94 that is about the content of the policy and the policy environment while the variable Y uses the theory of Adon Nasrulloh Jamaludin (2015), namely agriculture and non-agriculture.The method used is quantitative method with associative approach.Collecting of data was conducted through literature study and field study( unstructured interviews, observations,and questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents) with proportionate stratified random sampling technique.Based on the result, it is shown that the contents of the policy affect the people's livelihood (34.7%) and the remaining (65.3%) is influenced by other variables, the policy environment affect the people's livelihood by 52.0% and the remaining 48.0% is influenced by variables more. As for the variable policy implementation a significant influence amounted to 46,5% and 53,5% influenced by other variables. It can be concluded that there is a high impact of the policy implementation to livelihoods.
