Tourism is a variety of tourism activities and contains various facilities and services provided by the community, business people, government and local government. The development of Bali tourism has developed in the Bali region in Gianyar Regency. In this study aims to determine the strategy of developing tourism, especially spiritual tourism. The location of this research is in the area of Gianyar Regency. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods, in addition to using swot analysis to discuss content descriptions. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study and documentation. The informant in this study was the Head of the Gianyar Regency Tourism Office or related, pengempon Pura, tourism agents, as well as the local community. Until now, the Gianyar Regency does not have tourism specifically formed as spiritual tourism, because there are no clear rules, procedures, and criteria in establishing suitable objects to be categorized as spiritual tourism. Gianyar Regency has 7 tourism objects that have the potential to be developed as spiritual tourism objects. Therefore, research is conducted to determine the strategy in developing the seven objects so that they become more advanced objects of spiritual tourism. The strategy is formulated using a swot matrix with indicators measuring Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats. Through the analysis of the swot matrix, it can then be made in accordance with strategies to develop 7 tourism objects in Gianyar to become a new destination for spiritual tourism.

Bogor Regency of West Java Province that is developing the potential of its territory for tourist destination and attract the attention of local and foreign tourists to visit. The location that researcher has been choosed to do research is Kampoeng Wisata Cinangneng which is located in Bogor regency. Kampoeng Wisata Cinangneng located in the village of Cihideung Udik, Ciampea District has a tourism concept based on nature tourism and educational tourism. The purpose of this research are to identify the development component of the destination (factual conditions in the field), identify the tourist tipology who visit Kampoeng Wisata Cinangneng and develop strategies Kampoeng Tourism Development Cinangneng based on tourist tipology. This research is a descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative research. Quantitative research is conducted to determine the tourist characteristics and tourist tipology that calculated by used percentages. Qualitative research is conducted to find out the development strategy in Kampoeng Wisata Cinangneng. Generally qualitative research method is intended for research that is observed case. The collected data will be analyzed using SWOT analysis, followed by compiling alternative strategies using SWOT matrix. Kampoeng Wisata Cinangneng has a good enough strength to be developed based on the tourist tipology, but the nature and culture of the existing tourism has not been maximally utilized, although it has a good accessibility, less complete amenitas, condition of supporting facilities is complete enough. The result of typology is that tourists who visit Kampoeng Wisata Cinangneng tend to mid-centric tipology. Based on the results of SWOT analysis bring out an alternative strategy that is: Invite local people to teach tourists to make souvenirs that them make, adding outbound packages to be variants that can be offered to tourists, make a places to eat in the middle of rice field with food from local community.

This study aims to analyze external and internal factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of Linjuang tourism objects in Lubuk Sikaping, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. After the analysis is carried out, a development strategy is formulated by minimizing weaknesses and threats and then maximizing the existing strengths and opportunities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using SWOT analysis tools (Strengths, Weaknes, Opportunities, Threats). Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and interviews with owners, communities and visitors of Linjuang tourism objects. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the strategy for developing Linjuang tourism objects, among others, is by completing facilities and markets such as toilets, prayer rooms and parking locations as well as maintenance of tourist attraction areas, then promoting tourism objects through online and print media and involving the government, private sector and the community in management. tourist attraction. Aii Collection is a fashion store in the clothing business that focuses on fulfilling the needs of women, located on Jln. Pangeran Antasari, Number 8B, Bandar Lampung City. This study analyzes the strategies that can be carried out in order to increase women's fashion business opportunities at the Aii Collection store. The purpose of this research is to find out what strategies can be done to increase sustainable business opportunities at the Aii Colection store by using qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are field research and interviews, which clearly describe how these factors are interrelated in the Aii Collection effort by analyzing using SWOT analysis and IFE EFE matrix tools. From the research results, SWOT matrix analysis and SWOT cartesius diagram shows that the Aii collection effort is in quadrant I, with values ​​(1.92 and 1.55). Where is a situation that will benefit and it is known that the company is still a developing company. The best strategy that can be applied to the Aii Collection business is the aggressive strategy or the Growth Oriented Strategy. Keywords: IFE EFE, strategy, business opportunities, SWOT

This research aims to formulate marketing strategy to increase visitors of Gembira Loka Garden and Zoo (KRKB Gembira Loka) in Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research and uses interview, observation, and documentation as data collection method. The data is analyzed by using SWOT analysis with internal and external variable identification. The internal variable shows that location is the main strength of Gembira Loka KRKB with 0.17 by value and 5 by rating. From external variable, the result of EFAS table shows that Gembira Loka KRKB has good enough chance while the thread has less result than the chance. Gembira Loka KRKB is in quadrant 1, which is the position in which a company is considered to be in a beneficial situation due to its chance and strength. In such case, the company can utilize the chance by maximizing the strength. The following strategy to go through in this condition is supporting aggressive planning.

This study aims to examine consumer behavior, customer satisfaction and development strategies that can support or hinder the development of vegetarian restaurants Fortunate Coffee using SWOT analysis. Research with qualitative approach using an analytical process begins with a browse through all the data available from the following sources using literature study, internet media, interviews, and questionnaires.Findings from this study showed that a vegetarian restaurant Fortunate Coffee has many advantages that can support the development of, among other strategic place and cozy, reasonable prices, good service, taste the food was pretty good, and have the product in Samarinda recently sold in Fortunate Coffee vegetarian restaurant that is Bread Vegan. Through of the findingsstrength, weakness, opportunity, threats, then difomulasikan into the SWOT matrix and eventually found a few strategies, namely strategies SO (strength-opportunity) flavorenhancing its menu. ST Strategy (strength-threats) maintain selling prices to remain stable. WO Strategy (weakness-opportunity) held activities such as seminars vegetarian and exciting events. WT Strategy (Weakness-threats), an improvement in consumer promotions, the need for special training to waiters in service procedures, innovations in the form of home delivery.

Abstract The Conception of Community Life in Petatah Petitih Minangkabau with The Indigeneous Approach. This study aims to identify the Minangkabau conceptions values as depicted in the petatah petitih Minang (proverb). This research examines Minang Proverb with the Indigenous Psychology approach. Qualitative research methods, describing, interpreting the concept of values in the Minangkabau community which is illustrated by the Minang proverb. The data collection technique used is desk research and interview. Sources of literature study are from the Minangkabau Adat textbook obtained from the Rumah Gadang Minangkabau pavilion in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta; the results of previous studies / research, and relevant information from online mass media. Online Interview was conducted with the Chief Advisor of the Bundo Kanduang Council Organization Advisor Solok City, West Sumatra. The results show that there are ten values or Minangkabau life concept which are contained in the Minang proverb which is inherent in the Minang identity, namely; hiduik baraka, baukue jo bajangko; baso basi –malu jo sopan; tenggang raso; loyal; fair; thrifty; watchful; braveness; wise diligent and humble. Key words: Minangkabau conceptions, Minang proverb, Indigenous psychology Abstrak Konsep Pola Hidup Masyarakat dalam Petatah Petitih Minangkabau dengan Pendekatan Indigenius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi konsepsi nilai-nilai adat yang berkaitan dengan pola hidup masyarakat Minangkabau (Minang) yang tergambar dalam Petatah Petitih (pepatah) Minang. Penelitian ini mengkaji psikologi yang lekat pada budaya adat Minangkabau yang tertuang dalam Pepatah Minang dengan pendekatan Indigenous Psychology (Psikologi Indigenius). Metode penelitian kualitatif, yakni menggambarkan, menafsirkan konsepsi nilai-nilai adat pada masyarakat Minangkabau yang tergambar pepatah Minang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara studi kepustakaan (desk research) dan wawancara. Sumber studi kepustakaan adalah dari buku teks Adat Minangkabau yang diperolah dari anjungan Rumah Gadang Minangkabau di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta; hasil kajian/penelitian sebelumnya, dan informasi yang relevan dari media massa daring. Wawancara dilakukan kepada Ketua Penasehat Organisasi Bundo Kanduang Kota Solok Sumatera Barat secara daring. Hasil menunjukan terdapat sepuluh nilai atau konsep pola hidup masyarakat Minang yang tertuang dalam pepatah minang yang melekat pada jati diri orang Minang yakni; hiduik baraka, baukue jo bajangko; baso basi-malu jo sopan; tenggang raso; setia; adil; hemat cermat; waspada; berani karena benar; arif bijaksana; rajin dan rendah hati. AbstractThis paper discusses the Making of a Dance Studio Directory in the City of Padang. The purpose of this paper is (a) to describe the making of a directory of dance studios in the city of Padang; (B) describing the transition in creating a directory of dance studios in Padang City; (c) describe the business in making a directory of dance studios in the city of Padang. This research was conducted using descriptive methods by describing the subject or object based on visible facts. Data collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded, first, the steps in the process of making dance studios in the city of Padang are (a) data collection that collects all information relating to which is not in doubt to be made in the directory; (B) collect all data obtained; (c) Focus on a vision that has been created; (d) making books so that they are easier to produce and making books more directed; (e) determine the subject, the subject used in making the directory is the name of the street, location of each studio; (f) classification or grouping, grouping data that has been collected and adjusted to the subjects that have been determined; (g) directory design that is by making cover designs, and compiling information from directories. Second, the challenges involved in making a dance studio directory in Padang City are as follows: (a) when collecting data the writer had difficulty in finding the dance studio to be addressed. This is because there are some studios that do not have banners or name bars installed. Discusses some problems in finding the studio; (B) some studios that the author visits the owner often go to the studio or the owner is out of town because they have to accompany their students in the race; (c) difficulties in contacting the studio owner. Third, the non-related ones involved in making directories include; (a) the name of the studio; (b) the name of the owner; (c) year of establishment; (d) number of students; (e) hours of practice; (f) address; (g) telephone number; (h) location plan; and (i) studio photos.Keywords: Manufacture, Directory, Dance Studio

Swot analysis is a problem solving process in determining the best strategy for the progress of the organization by looking at aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Swot analysis is accompanied by looking at the efas ifas and swot matrix for measuring the strategy assessment that will be taken. The research titled "strategy of subak community in reducing land alternation of ricefields due to tourism (Case Study Subak Umadesa Lodtunduh Village, Ubud)", aims to understand subak strategy in reducing land alternation of ricefields due to tourism in Subak Umadesa, Lodtuduh Village, Ubud, Gianyar-Bali. This research uses SWOT analysis techniques, with data collection techniques of observation, in-depht interviews, literature study, and documentation. Moreover the technique of determining informants using purposive sampling technique, which determines the sample with a certain consideration which is deemed enable to provide the data to the maximum results in accordance with the criteria of the research objectives. The result of this research after conducting interviews and observations based on SWOT analysis matrix is creating agro-ecotourism activities. Forms and types of activities of agro-ecotourism that can be implemend in the territory of Subak Umadesa include: trekking, directly agricultural activities such as plowing, planting, harvesting, interaction with local people directly, etc. Hence the agricultural sector is not being marginalized by the development of activities in tourism sector.

This study aimed to determine the marketing activities of pilgrim package tour that have been performed by PT. Dongan Sahuta Tour and Travel, develop strategies and also marketing programs that can be implemented by the company. Data collection by observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis, analysis of the Likert scale and SWOT analysis approach. The results obtained there are four teen indicators of strengths, weaknesses of tree indicators, four indicators of opportunities and four indicators threats. Marketing strategies that can be implemented by the firm such as 1)create and develop a quality product, 2)provide rebates to customers who have used the services of PT. Dongan Sahuta Tour and Travel several times.The advice given are more active in the promotion by giving rebates, conduct marketing activities as E-commers, expand cooperation with business trips or individuals.
