The problem of the bearing capacity of the subgrade is one of the most important thingsconsidered in a planning and work of a civil building construction. This matterbecause the soil functions as a medium that withstands the load or action of the constructionbuilt on it. Changes in weather and temperature in the field are factors that makeunstable ground. Many stabilizations have been carried out using cement soil, howeverrequires no small cost and also the results of the implementation of the soil stabilizationrelatively short-lived. Therefore, this research was conducted using a mixture ofsirtu with mixed variations of 15%, 20% and 30%. More variety of mixThe added sirtu causes the water content to decrease which will make the power value decreasethe bearing capacity of the soil increases, the value of the plastic limit increases, while the value of the liquid limit and indexthe plasticity of the soil decreases.

In the construction of Cable Stayed Bridge, the use of heavy construction equipment is absolutely necessary, especially required for positioning and selecting the type of Tower Crane in order to improve construction performance. Therefore, human resources and heavy equipment used in the construction process will significantly affect the period of project implementation. Proper planning of the location for various construction equipment is believed to be the key of efficiency and productivity. Tower Crane as the target optimization is one of the equipment that has a big role in transporting the materials for the construction of a multi- storey building so that it requires proper planning to be able to serve all points of demand from its position.

The flood was triggered by a decrease in absorption zones as population growth, activity and land requirements for housing or economic activities increased. To overcome the flood, Bandung City created a conservation pond as one of the flood prevention measures designated as one of the most frequent flood forest prevention measures in Sarimas. The purpose of this study is to assess of the capacity of the retention pool in Sarimas housing, Sukamiskin sub-district, Arcamanik subdistrict, Bandung city.Based on a runoff discharge analysis conducted with rain on the 10-year obtained a maximum of water runoff discharge using the method of synthetic hydrograph unit (HSS) Nakayasu of 20.52 m3. The traceability of the flow path carried out still leaves a significant volume of the water tank, with the capacity of the outlet remaining up to 5.01 m3/s capacity for the pump.

The construction of construction projects in Kupang district is currently experiencing a very rapid development, many buildings and roads were built to accommodate the needs of the community. This research focuses on the factors that cause delays that occur in the construction project of the Pancasila Flobamora Monument. This research was completed using a questionnaire distributed to parties directly involved in the process of building the Flobamora monument of the Pancasila house. The results of the study found 5 factors that have the highest importance index value, namely: lack of work experience of masons (68.41%), the influence of rainy weather (66.90%), late delivery of equipment to the project location (52.36%), lack of work experience. field supervisors (43.63%), late payments by the owner (32.29%). Recommendations given are based on the delay that occurred in the construction project of the Pancasila flobamora monument, namely the lack of work experience of masons, Increasing supervision of the masons by increasing the workforce of the head of workers and foremen. The influence of rainy weather, it is better if overtime hours are applied when the weather conditions are not raining so that reduced production due to rain can be overcome, the lack of work experience of field supervisors, providing assistance and direction for less experienced field supervisors.

Floods is a disaster which is one of the causes of failure of watershed managemen. High rainfall is also a factor in flooding. As a result the river cross section is not able to accommodate the flow of water and cause the river to overflow. This research was conducted to determine the amount of peak discharge Sub-DAS Air Manna Bagian Hilir and identify areas prone to flooding. This study uses a synthetic unit hydrograph (HSS) Snyder and HEC-RAS 5.0.7. Hydrological analysis results obtained from the peak discharge at Sub-DAS Rindu Hati using HSS Snyder for a return period of 2, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 yearsthat is 743,627 m3/sec, 839,491 m3/sec, 897,761 m3/sec, 962,599 m3/sec, 1008,717 m3/sec, and 1052,800 m3/sec with a peak time of 5,915 hours. After analysis using software HEC-RAS 5.0.7, DAS Air Manna no longer able to accommodate flow rates occur.

Since 2002 a regulation on Building Buildings (UUBG) has been made, namely Law no. 28 and in 2005 a realization regulation was also made, namely Government Regulation No. 36 where the contents are a building must be managed administratively and technically. This research is to determine the level of building reliability from the architectural aspects of the existing structure, utility, and fire protection, access capability, and building sand for the branch office building in Cimahi City. Survey methods (measuring, counting and testing) were carried out to collect primary data. Data analysis using descriptive statistics and assessment using the AHP method. The criteria used to determine the reliability of a building are Reliable with a score of 90-100%, Less Reliable with a score of 75-90%, Unreliable <75%. The results showed that 90% of the branch office buildings in Cimahi City were categorized as reliable and the adjustment of the office building rental price was Rp. 350,199,752.48

Jalan  merupakan  prasarana  yangsangat dibutuhkan dalam sistem transportasi untuk   menghubungkan  suatu   tempat   ke tempat   lain    dalam   rangka    pemenuhan kebutuhan  ekonomi,  sosial,   dan   budaya. Kondisi jalan  yang  baik  diperlukan  untuk kelancararn    kegiatan   transportasi    yaitu untuk  mempercepat  kelancaran   mobilisasi barang dan jasa secara aman dan nyaman. Pertumbuhan jumlah kendaraan yang tinggi berdampak pada masalah lalu lintas di jalan raya,  seperti yang terjadi  pada  ruas  Jalan Mohammad Toha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui berapa  kapasitas jalan,  nilai  derajat   kejenuhan,  kecepatan kendaraan,    waktu   tempuh   dan    tingkat pelayanan jalan. Hasil penelitian ruas Jalan Mohammad Toha merupakan daerah perkantoran dengan beberapa toko di sisi jalan dengan panjang ruas jalan yang diteliti 0.2 km, lebar jalur 12 m dan lebar trotoar 1.5m. dan setelah dilakukan penilitian pada ruas Jalan Mohammad Toha, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ruas jalan ini termasuk pada tingkat pelayanan C.

Sea transportation is the main transportation used by residents in the islands. The development of marine transportation facilities is expensive to support these activities. Therefore, several alternatives are needed to streamline construction costs, one of which is the construction of a pier using a mooring dolphin. The purpose of this study is to calculate the structural strength of the mooring dolphin with a ship capacity of 2000 GT at Munse Port, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Structural analysis is carried out by analyzing pile capacity and joint displacement analysis. The calculation of the strength of the pile elements at the pier was analyzed using the SAP 2000 program. For soil which is modeled as an elastic support, the ability to support the load depends on the magnitude of the modulus of subgrade reaction from the soil. Embedded pile modeling is modeled with a nonlinear spring force. The results of the analysis by analyzing the capacity of piles with dimensions of 508 mm with a thickness of 12 mm resulted in a capacity ratio of 0.72. The results of the analysis of joint displacement in service or operational conditions are 37.09 mm and in earthquake conditions, they are 13.01 mm.

Means of transportation at present is very important to continue to be built effectively and efficiently to the level of fluency and accuracy of time toward the goal easier and faster and to meet minimum service standards of the highway. In line with that so that the toll road remain in the minimum service standards need to be additional road capacity to effectively and efficiently for that it is necessary to study whether the possible acceleration of road capacity expansion projects, so that the level of minimum service standards can be maintained and to what extent the effect of accelerating the schedule project on development costs.One method that can be used to analyze the effect of accelerating the project towards the costs is to analyze the exchange of money and time (time cost trade off).Variables used in the calculation of "Acceleration Schedule of Construction and Completion Costs Effect on Construction Project "is the direct labor, equipment, overtime working hours, method of construction, all have an influence on the different costs, acceleration (crash) or compression of time that have done the job and the biggest costs related to the work that has the greatest cost , a benefit if the toll road opened in advance of the acceleration due to a smaller project compared to the costs required for expediting the project construction on this project, based on the cost of the acceleration is not necessary because the costs to perform a greater acceleration when compared with a benefit.

Cirebon Super Block (CSB) Mall is a fairly solid place to sell goods in the city of Cirebon. With the establishment of the Cirebon Super Block (CSB) in the city of Cirebon, it will cause vehicle traction on the roads around the Cirebon Super Block (CSB) and will increase traffic volume. The construction of these shopping centers also has an impact on the surrounding road sections, namely in the form of a reduction in the level of service (LOS) which at a certain point will cause congestion. This is due to increased movement due to increased commercial activities or activities on these roads. Travel attraction is a modeling stage that estimates the amount of movement originating from a zone or land use and the amount of movement attracted to a land use or zone. Cirebon Super Block Mall has generated quite a lot of vehicle traction on the Cipto Mangunkusumo road. The biggest vehicle pull on Jalan Cipto Mangunkusumo occurred on weekends (Sundays) at 17.00-18.00 which was 687.6 pcu / hour where the volume of vehicles on Jalan Cipto Mangunkusumo 3086.4 pcu / hour had an impact of 22.3%.
