Internet penetration in Indonesia has become an opportunity for business actors to increase their sales through online marketing. Especially in the field of marketing, the current digital era online marketing is becoming a very high trend among the public. In the midst of the development of digital technology, the team from Department of Management, Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) held training with a coaching approach for digital marketing. The target participants in this service are alumni of the management department on UM who own and are running a business. This training was carried out in two stages with the topics of (1) digital marketing and (2) digital business and digital transformation for its sustainability, the service team also developed an android-based application platform for the alumni of the management department on UM.

An entrepreneur must always innovate, so that the products created can face increasingly tough competitive conditions. The partner who became the venue for the activity was Ms. Erma's SME, which is located in Jambi. From the results of initial online observations, it can be seen that the main problem faced by partners is innovation, there is no partner understanding about the importance of sustainable innovation strategies in doing business. This condition occurs because partners lack knowledge about innovation. So that the products produced by partners are monotonous and less innovative, even many are similar to competitors. The activity method is carried out by socializing or providing training to partners online via Zoom. Submission of materials is presented in the form of PPT related to the innovation strategy. The results of the activity showed that the provision of knowledge about innovation had run smoothly, partners were enthusiastic in listening to the material and discussing with the PKM (Student Creativity Program) Team. Furthermore, through innovation, partners can create products into products that can improve business sustainability.

Agricultural development policies are implemented to improve food security, develop agribusiness, and improve farmers' welfare so that the agricultural products produced must meet the requirements for quantity, quality, and sustainability, as well as being competitive and easy to obtain at affordable prices. The potential that exists in the form of food agricultural products, horticultural plantations, livestock, and agro-tourism development needs to be managed properly through the existence of BUMDes and village cooperatives. Therefore, mentoring activities, in the form of training and counseling on the procedures for establishing BUMDes and cooperatives for the sustainability of agricultural product management, both pre- and post-harvest. This service will provide training and counseling to farmer groups in Pesisir Bukit Village, Kerinci Regency, so that they can establish BUMDes and cooperatives to increase agricultural commodity yields and develop village potential. The end result of this service activity is that farmers can manage agricultural products and develop village potential through BUMDes and cooperatives so that they have an impact on improving living standards.

MSMEs, or Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises, are a critical component of Indonesia's economy. Each year, the development of MSMEs in Indonesia accelerates, as seen by their increasing contribution to GDP and workforce absorption by the MSME sector. However, some MSMEs continue to be constrained by accounting issues that have not been well organized and planned, resulting in a different final profit and loss value in accordance with the fact that there are issues with accounting financial management, which records each cash flow transaction in an organized and directed manner. MSME Anna Collection is one of the MSMEs with potential but has not yet developed. The Ana Collection MSME's bookkeeping is still unstructured and undirected, hence in the absence of a profit and loss statement for the business. It is believed that this community service activity would foster a knowledge for the critical nature of financial records in trading operations for MSMEs. Simple bookkeeping is critical in the business sector; there are numerous benefits to an MSME that maintains regular bookkeeping. Apart from serving as a benchmark for determining profits, the availability of bookkeeping enables business owners to ascertain their losses.

Literacy is defined as the capacity for reading and writing. Reading is an activity that entails comprehending texts in order to glean information from them. Reading can significantly increase kids' ability to develop conclusions from the information they absorb. By not reacting too fast, we can encourage pupils to think critically. Assisting pupils in expanding their knowledge through reading. Helping to increase students' knowledge by reading. Among elementary school students or students reading activities are still very lacking, especially in MI Hidayatullah Pringu Village, Bululawang District, Malang Regency, therefore we created a reading garden program with the aim of increasing the reading enthusiasm of students in MI Hidayatullah Pringu Village. The methods used in this research are surveys, consultation with school principals and implementation. Activities carried out by donating books, then cleaning the library followed by arranging and making a reading garden. After the program, according to the survey, the attendance of students who came to the library increased from before and after the reading garden.

Indonesia is a paradise for plants, with numerous advantages for human life. It is possible to process Indonesia's natural resources to support the family economy while also benefiting health and being useful in treating various diseases, and many of these resources contain the vitamins that the body's organs require to increase energy. The health advantages of soursop plants are substantial, and the fruit is tasty to consume as is. Sometimes it grows naturally in people's yards; at other times, it is planted intentionally by the community for economic purposes. Apart from the fruit, soursop leaves can also be used to treat cholestorel when combined with additional spices such as betel leaves and a pinch of salt. Making soursop juice is simple if the fruit is ripe, although soursop fruit that is not ripe yet can be fried and the taste is similar to sweet potatoes. The business potential related with soursop seed planting are considerable. Along with the fruit, the leaves are beneficial for health since they contain a variety of vitamins that the body need.

In online learning, the teaching and learning process is facilitated by the use of the internet and digital media to convey the material. Online learning is believed to be more aligned with the current generation of students, who are well-known for their high level of integration with technology products. This is a form of digitization in the field of education that provides a number of advantages. From a practical standpoint, the benefits of online learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era include the ability for teachers and students to interact more effectively because they will not have to physically meet. Additionally, there is no classroom for formal education. The teaching and learning process can occur anyplace as long as the environment is conducive and can aid in concentration. Furthermore, there is no requirement to "dress well" or "look officially" to make it more flexible. A more appropriate approach to online learning is to take a technology strategy that is more appropriate for today's students than traditional classroom approaches. Besides that, the delivery methods employed in online learning programs are typically a blend of formal and informal. The Covid-19 pandemic has created numerous educational opportunities. Online education has separated classroom resources, such as teachers' markers and blackboards, and students' notes and pens. Students will receive more engaging instruction when they are exposed to a variety of media types, including photographs, videos, and audio. This community service is conducted at an elementary school in Jalan pembangunan Pakjo, specifically in Pakjo Elementary School of 126th, in order to facilitate MBKM between universities and elementary schools.

Strategi inovasi dalam kemasan produk merupakan hal yang penting dalam berwirausaha. Melalui strategi inovasi dari kemasan baik dari sisi desain, warna dan bahan yang digunakan akan meningkatkan nilai jual produk yang dihasilkan. Mitra yang menjadi tempat kegiatan merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang kuliner CAPCUS yang merupakan makana ringan stik tempoyak. Berlokasi di Jambi. Kegiatan PKM dilakukan dengan melihat permasalahan UKM terutama dalam hal strategi inovasi kemasan produk. Kondisi ini disebabkan lemah nya pengetahuan mitra tentang desain kemasan, ditambah keterbatasan modal yang dimiliki. Mitra belum mampu untuk membuat desain kemasan yang menarik. Kemasan yang digunakan selama ini belum terlihat bagus, baik dari sisi bahan kemasan, desain, maupun warna. Desain kemasan yang ada, belum menunjukkan nilai jual yang tinggi ke konsumen. Untuk itu pemilik usaha berkeinginan mendapatkan bekal pengetahuan dalam meredesain kemasan dari produk yang dihasilkan. Agar dapar memiliki nilai jual yang lebih tinggi. Metode yang ditawarkan dari kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dalam meredesain kemasan produk mitra. Hasil kegiatan menujukkan mitra mendapatkan bekal pengetahuan dalam melakukan inovasi pada kemasan produk yang dijual.
