An entrepreneur must always innovate, so that the products created can face increasingly tough competitive conditions. The partner who became the venue for the activity was Ms. Erma's SME, which is located in Jambi. From the results of initial online observations, it can be seen that the main problem faced by partners is innovation, there is no partner understanding about the importance of sustainable innovation strategies in doing business. This condition occurs because partners lack knowledge about innovation. So that the products produced by partners are monotonous and less innovative, even many are similar to competitors. The activity method is carried out by socializing or providing training to partners online via Zoom. Submission of materials is presented in the form of PPT related to the innovation strategy. The results of the activity showed that the provision of knowledge about innovation had run smoothly, partners were enthusiastic in listening to the material and discussing with the PKM (Student Creativity Program) Team. Furthermore, through innovation, partners can create products into products that can improve business sustainability.

Abstract Purpose Health-system specialty pharmacies (HSSPs) provide high-quality, efficient, and collaborative care to patients receiving specialty therapy. Despite proven benefits of the integrated model, manufacturer and payer restrictions challenge the viability and utility of HSSPs. Vanderbilt Specialty Pharmacy developed a health outcomes and research program to measure and communicate the value of this model, drive improvement in patient care delivery, and advocate for recognition of HSSP pharmacists’ role in patient care. The purpose of this descriptive report is to describe the development and results of this program. Summary The health outcomes and research program began as an initiative for pharmacists to evaluate and convey the benefits they provide to patients, providers, and the health system. Early outcomes data proved useful in communicating the value of an integrated model to key stakeholders and highlighted the need to further develop research efforts. The department leadership invested resources to build a research program with dedicated personnel, engaged research experts to train pharmacists, and fostered internal and external collaborations to facilitate research efforts. Since its inception, the health outcomes and research program team has published 23 peer-reviewed manuscripts, presented 52 posters and 6 podium presentations at conferences, and received 3 monetary research awards. Further, the program team engages other HSSP teams to initiate and expand their own health outcomes research in an effort to empower all HSSPs in demonstrating their value. Conclusions The health outcomes and research program described has pioneered outcomes research among HSSPs nationwide and has proven valuable to specialty pharmacists, the health system, and key specialty pharmacy stakeholders.

Due to the complex structure and stakeholder relationships within a program, the management of conflicts in program therein proves more challenging than with a single project. The internal conflict of a program affects the performance of the program team and the success of the program. The previous researches focus more on the project level rather than program level, and lack a systematic analysis of management mechanism of team conflict. This research contributes to the program conflict literature by investigating the unique nature and solutions of conflict within program team, taking a systematic and innovative view on the organizational structure of a complex construction program. The findings reveal unique program conflict and their causes and impacts, and suggest the principles and alternative resolution strategies for conflict in program. The different roles of stakeholders in program conflict are analyzed by social network method. A program conflict management model is developed for the effective management of program conflicts. The model provides a systematic view of the learning cycle of program conflict management, including conflict identification, resolution, feedback, and prevention, of which many patterns are found distinct from project conflict management. The research results can benefit practitioners and researchers in better understanding and minimizing program conflict.

Antimicrobial resistance has become a problem in Indonesia. The Ministry of Health has established a policy ofAntimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Control Program in hospitals to resolve the issue. A qualitative case study was conducted at Dr. RSUP Wahidin Sudirohusodo hospital, Makassar in 2018 to analyze the implementation of AMR control program. The data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed descriptively. The study showed that policy AMR control program has not be carefully implemented. The function of AMR control program team is to make policies and guidelines for antibiotic use, to make surveillance of germ patterns and antibiotic sensitivity, clinical audits of antibiotic use, to conduct studies/research and to make evaluation that is reported to the Hospital Director. However, this AMR control program has not been optimally implemented due to many challenges such as lack of budget, lack of commitment and internal coordination between the AMR control program team members. Implementation of AMR control program in this hosptal management is not optimal. The Program dissemination and AMR team activities were not evenly distributed. High workload, inadequate infrastructure and antibiotic resistance issues of the referred patients. As a conclusion AMRcontrol program policy in RSUP. Wahidin Sudirohusodo, Makassar, has not been properly disseminated and implemented. Coordination, dissemination and discussion forums on PPRA policies internally and externally with cross-sectoral hospitals are needed to improve antimicrobial resistance control commitment.
