MSMEs, or Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises, are a critical component of Indonesia's economy. Each year, the development of MSMEs in Indonesia accelerates, as seen by their increasing contribution to GDP and workforce absorption by the MSME sector. However, some MSMEs continue to be constrained by accounting issues that have not been well organized and planned, resulting in a different final profit and loss value in accordance with the fact that there are issues with accounting financial management, which records each cash flow transaction in an organized and directed manner. MSME Anna Collection is one of the MSMEs with potential but has not yet developed. The Ana Collection MSME's bookkeeping is still unstructured and undirected, hence in the absence of a profit and loss statement for the business. It is believed that this community service activity would foster a knowledge for the critical nature of financial records in trading operations for MSMEs. Simple bookkeeping is critical in the business sector; there are numerous benefits to an MSME that maintains regular bookkeeping. Apart from serving as a benchmark for determining profits, the availability of bookkeeping enables business owners to ascertain their losses.

ABSTRAKPengelolaan keuangan pada suatu lembaga diperlukan keahlian maupun keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh pengelolanya sehingga dapat menghasilkan suatu laporan keuangan yang transaparan, akuntabel dan memiliki kredibilitas yang baik, pengelolaan keuangan dapat dilaksanakan dengan cara manual maupun menggunakan perangkat bantuan guna efisiensi pada jumlah laporan dan waktu dalam proses pengerjaanya, Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau biasa disebut dengan BUMDES desa Cepaka telah memiliki beberapa unit usaha dimana dalam pelaporannya masih menggunakan model pelaporan manual dan sederhana, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan keuangan sehingga laporan keuangan yang dibuat dapat diminamilisir kesalahannya, hasil yang dicapai pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pihak BUMDES menyetujui bahwa diperlukannya analisa terkait pemberian kredit, dan juga menambah lagi dilakukannya analisa rekam jejak nasabah melalui informasi dari koperasi-koperasi di Desa Cepaka. Sedangkan dalam hal pengawasan. untuk saat ini masih bisa dilakukan pengawasan hanya berdasarkan data laporan rekening koran Tabungan setiap bulannya dan karena cash flow yang masih kecil ,menyebabkan jarang terjadinya transaksi pada Bank. Kata kunci: pelaporan keuangan; pengelolaan keuangan; pendampingan. ABSTRACTFinancial management at an institution requires expertise and skills possessed by the manager so that it can produce a financial report that is transparent, accountable and has good credibility, financial management can be carried out manually or using assistance tools for efficiency in the number of reports and time in the process. , Village-Owned Enterprises or commonly referred to as BUMDES Desa Cepaka already has several business units where the reporting still uses a manual and simple reporting model, this community service activity aims to provide assistance in financial management so that the financial reports that are made can be minimized for errors, the results obtained are The achievement in this community service program is that the BUMDES party agrees that an analysis is needed regarding lending, and also adds to the analysis of customer track records through information from cooperatives in Cepaka Village. While in terms of supervision. MSMEs are an economic driving sector that can contribute greatly to the Indonesian economy. One of the weaknesses of MSMEs is that they still lack knowledge and understanding of financial management, especially when coupled with the Covid-19 epidemic, MSMEs are experiencing various problems, so there needs to be strengthening of MSMEs through various skills so that MSMEs can survive during pandemics and post-pandemics. One of the business groups that is quite affected by Covid-19, is MSMEs engaged in the culinary or food sector, which are indicated to still have weaknesses in the financial aspect. Our MSME partners in community service are handayani catering assisted groups. The PKM team makes efforts to assist the assisted catering groups through mentoring, empowerment and capacity building activities in financial management, starting with providing financial records and bookkeeping as well as various ways to mitigate financial risk. The result of this activity was that the participants began to prepare financial reports and began to implement financial management, especially cash flow, which was previously less of a concern. Participants were greatly helped by the preparation of financial reports as an indicator of business sustainability and health.

Di masa pandemi saat ini banyak keluarga yang mengalami penurunan penghasilan karena menurunnya aktivitas di luar rumah, bahkan beberapa keluarga mengalami kesulitan keuangan karena menjadi korban PHK. Diperlukan usaha-usaha kreatif serta pengelolan keuangan yang cerdas agar ketahanan ekonomi keluarga bisa tetap terjaga. Kelompok ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Pabelan, Kecamatan Pabelan, Kabupaten Semarang memiliki latar belakang, tingkat sosial, pendidikan dan ekonomi yang berbeda-beda. Sebagian merupakan pekerja, pedagang, wirausaha kecil menengah, buruh industri dan pegawai harian lepas, namun kebanyakan masih memiliki waktu luang dapat diberdayakan dalam kegiatan pengembangan usaha kreatif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Team dari Fakultas Ekonomi Unissula yang terdiri dari Indri Kartika, Sri Sulistyowati, Sri Dewi Wahyundaru dan Afri Aulia Rahman dilakukan guna meningkatkan penghasilan dari usaha kreatif melalui pemasaran digital sederhana serta pengelolaan keuangan berbasis akuntansi keluarga. Peserta pelatihan meliputi ibu-ibu kelompok PKK di Desa Pabelan Kecamatan Pabelan Kabupaten Semarang. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan penyuluhan, tanya jawab dan diskusi, dilanjutkan dengan praktik. Dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat tertarik untuk memulai usaha kreatif dan menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan berbasis akuntansi keluarga. ��During pandemic condition, many families have experienced income loss due to outdoor activity limitation. Some families even experience financial difficulties for losing job. Creative activities and smart financial management are needed so that the economic resilience of the family can be maintained. PKK women's group in Pabelan Village, Pabelan District. Semarang Regency has different backgrounds, social, educational and economic levels. Some are workers, traders, small and medium entrepreneurs actors, industrial laborers and casual daily employees. However, most of them still have free time to be empowered in creative business development activities. This community service activity was performed by members of Economic Faculty of Unissula which are: Indri Kartika, Sri Dewi Wahyundaru, Sri Sulistyowati and Afri Aluia Rahman. The purpose of this activity is to increase participant�s business income during this pandemic situation through applying simple digital marketing and financial management based on family accounting in Pabelan Village so that it can increase the income and welfare of the Pabelan villagers. Community service methods are carried out with counseling, discussion, followed by practice. From the implementation of community service, it can be concluded that the community is interested in starting creative businesses and implementing family accounting-based financial management.�

This community service activity aims to train small and medium business owners in using the tax information system. The method used in carrying out this activity is training on the use of tax information systems accompanied by continuous assistance in the form of consultations if there is a problem in using the application in the system. Based on the results of community service, it can be concluded that community service partners have complied with their tax obligations by utilizing e-filling, which is one of the tax systems designed by the Directorate General of Taxes to make it easier for taxpayers to pay their taxes. In addition, the Directorate General of Taxes has upgraded its tax system and service partners have difficulty using it.

ABSTRAK  Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk aplikasi keuangan berbasis online telah banyak dikembangkan, diantaranya di bidang perbankan, keuangan, transportasi, jual beli, kesehatan, dan sebagainya. Demikian juga aplikasi berbasis perangkat bergerak seperti telepon seluler, komputer, laptop maupun lainnya juga sudah lazim dan banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat antar RT dalam satu RW di wilayah Kelurahan Kauman Kecamatan Klojen Kota Malang (khususnya RT-02 dan RT-03 di RW-03) untuk menggunakan aplikasi keuangan. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan di tingkat RT, sehingga lebih efektif, efisien, akurat dan transparan. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diawali dengan melakukan observasi dan survei khususnya RT-02 dan RT-03 di RW-03 Kelurahan Kauman Kecamatan Klojen Kota Malang. Hasil survei ini dijadikan dasar implementasi aplikasi keuangan yang dikembangkan. Selanjutnya dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi yang telah berhasil dikembangkan dari referensi terpilih, agar masyarakat lebih terbiasa dalam menggunakan sistem layanan keuangan tersebut. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan pengelolaan layanan keuangan menjadi lebih mudah dan pengguna aplikasi juga dimudahkan dengan adanya fitur-fitur yang telah disediakan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu, Sistem Pengelola Keuangan RT (SIPUT) dapat diakses dalam berbagai platform baik perangkat PC desktop maupun web, lalu sistem ini menggunakan tampilan yang user friendly sehingga Staff RT-02 dan RT-03 RW-03 Kelurahan Kauman dapat dengan mudah melakukan manajemen pengelolaan keuangan dengan cepat dan akurat, sehingga kinerja mereka menjadi lebih baik. Jadi SIPUT ini sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan objek pengabdian masyarakat. Staff RT dapat melakukan berbagai pengelolan beberapa kegiatan seperti membuat manajemen keuangan, manajemen surat, dan manajemen kegiatan warga. Kata kunci : sistem pengelola keuangan RT; Kauman Malang; teknologi web dan dekstop  ABSTRACT  The use of information and communication technology for online-based financial applications has been widely developed, including in the fields of banking, finance, transportation, buying and selling, health, and so on. Likewise, mobile device-based applications such as cell phones, computers, laptops and others are also common and are widely used by the public. In accordance with these conditions, a community service activity was carried out in several RTs in one RW in Kauman Sub-District, Klojen District, Malang City (specifically RT-02 and RT-03 in RW-03) to use a financial application. The developed application is expected to facilitate financial management at the RT level, so that it becomes more effective, efficient, accurate and transparent. The stages of community service activities began with observations and surveys, especially in RT-02 and RT-03 in RW-03 Kauman Sub-District, Klojen District, Malang. The results of this survey formed the basis for implementing the financial application that was developed. After that, socialization and training on the use of applications that had been successfully developed from selected references were performed, so that the people were more accustomed to using the financial service system. With this application, it is hoped that the management of financial services will become easier and application users will also be facilitated by the features provided. The results of this activity are that RT Financial Management System (SIPUT) can be accessed in various platforms both desktop PC and web devices, and this system uses a user friendly display so that RT-02 and RT-03 Staffs in RW-03 Kauman Sub-District can easily conduct financial management quickly and accurately that improves their performance. Therefore, SIPUT is very suitable with the needs of the object of community service. In an effort to improve empowerment of creative economy, enterpreneurship and management for small business and cooperation is the basis for author to improve the empowerment through training. Training is one of the way to improve the competence of people for generating optimal performance that  suitable with the expectation. The study was conducted by using survey method with interview, observation techniques, and questionnaires. The title of this community service activity is Enterpreneurship Training for Small Business and Cultivated Cooperative at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan.  The purpose of this activity is to develop an improve the enterpreneurship as well as improving the management skills  of small business and cooperation at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan. This activity are developing enterpreneurship, market and marketing analysis, business management, partnership, production efficiency, financial management, and business proposal can be useful in developing the business. Koperasi Usaha Mandiri in Manisrenggo, Klaten, Java has carried out intermediation activities by collecting funds from all cooperative members in form of savings to be distributed again to members who need funds in the form of loans. Koperasi has significant public accountability, but because it has not registered as a public company, Koperasi Usaha Mandiri is only responsible for the funds of its members. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to improve the management's ability to prepare financial reports based on SAK ETAP either manually or using a computer system. This activity begins with an introduction and submission of material on financial reports or financial reports based on SAK ETAP and is followed by training on recording using Excel. The material prepared in this training includes the process of preparing financial reports, namely making journals, ledgers, balance reports, reports on business results and cash flow reports. After attending the training, the management of the Koperasi has increased their understanding of the importance of implementing SAK ETAP to present cooperative financial reports. Increased understanding of cooperative management regarding the concepts and basic principles of cooperative accounting, elements of recognition, measurement and presentation of financial statements in accordance with SAK ETAP, can assist them in the process of preparing and presenting financial statements in future periods.

Community service activities aim at increasing the competitiveness of fostered partners in dealing with market developments. The potential of developing frozen food UMKM products is still very open because it is very popular among many people in the City of Medan. Royal Food also experiences the same thing as most UKMKs in Medan, which generally have limited human resource quality of education. The workforce in UKMK is dominated by workers with low education and do not have good financial management and the low utilization of technology. This community service activity was carried out over a period of six months. Activities carried out in the form of socialization and counseling to partners, training in business development and marketing, safe and hygienic production practices and designing more attractive packaging, carrying out production and marketing to partner monitoring and evaluation. After getting a touch of good design, proper management, modernization of production equipment, attractive promotional media, UMKM Royal Food is able to experience business development with increasingly high sales and more competitive products.

Competition in the cake and bread business is quite tight, this is marked by the emergence of the same business, and the increasing variety of breads and cakes offered. The development of culinary business is also seen from the number of shops opened baking cake ingredients. Partners in this service activity are a cake ingredients shop and sell pastries located in the Denpasar city market area. The name of the partner shop is "Annika Shop" which is located at Jalan Trenggana, No. 2 Penatih, East Denpasar. The shop owner named Ibu Ni Gusti Ayu Anggreni is assisted by 2 employees. In this service activity, the partner's problem handled is the lack of maximum product marketing and financial management activities are not carried out so that the loss / profit of the business can be less known and measured. From these main problems, a solution to this community service is provided, namely training in the use of digital marketing to introduce business to the wider community and financial management training. Achievement indicators are able to introduce business partners to the wider community so as to increase partner income up to 50% from before the training. The community service activity was carried out with the partner of Karang Taruna Bimantara, as a youth organization located in kampung Kalikepiting Jaya VI, RT 5, RW 5, Kelurahan Pacarkembang, Kecamatan Tambaksari, Surabaya City. This activity was aimed at reviving this organization which has been inactive for a long time and empowering the youths in preventing the transmission of Covid-19. The activities offered were providing enlightenment about Covid-19, assistance in producing liquid soap, hand sanitizers and non-medical cloth masks which could be developed into productive economic businesses. The implementation of these activities also involved the organization of Family Welfare Education (Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga or PKK) which was an organization of mothers in this kampung.  The enlightenment were included Covid-19 and diseases transmitted by mosquitoes, their prevention and transmission. By producing the items than can be used to prevent transmission of Covid-19 followed by obedience to the health protocols, they could participate in preventing the transmission of Covid-19. In order to increase their knowledge on productive economy, the enlightenment on productive economy, marketing of goods and financial management of business, the enlightenment was also given. Hopefully the activities which can be developed into a productive economy business can increase the income of this kampung. The enlightenment provided pre-test and post-test. Comparison of both tests resulted in an insignificant increased in knowledge on both topics. More participants and more questions are recommended to improve the more significant scores of tests. The sales of liquid soap and hand sanitizer resulted in profit can be used to reproduce. Furthermore, more assistance is needed to develop a business into a productive economy.abstrakKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama mitra Karang Taruna Bimantara yang berada di kampung Kalikepiting Jaya VI, RT 5, RW 5, Kelurahan Pacarkembang, Kecamatan Tambaksari, Kota Surabaya. Kegiatan yang ditawarkan antara lain adalah penyuluhan tentang Covid-19, bantuan pembuatan sabun cair, hand sanitizer dan masker kain non medis yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi usaha ekonomi produktif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini juga melibatkan ibu-ibu yang tergabung dalam organisasi PKK (Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) yang merupakan wadah ibu-ibu di kampung ini. Penyuluhan yang diberikan adalah mengenai Covid-19 dan penyakit yang ditularkan oleh nyamuk, pencegahan dan penularannya. Dengan memproduksi barang-barang yang dapat digunakan untuk mencegah penularan Covid-19 diikuti dengan ketaatan terhadap protokol kesehatan, mereka dapat berpartisipasi dalam mencegah penularan Covid-19. Untuk menambah pengetahuan mengenai ekonomi produktif juga diberikan penyuluhan mengenai ekonomi produktif, pemasaran barang dan cara pengelolaan keuangan hasil usaha. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi usaha ekonomi produktif ini dapat meningkatkan pendapatan RT setempat. Dalam penyuluhan diberikan pre-test dan post-test. Perbandingan kedua tes menghasilkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang tidak signifikan pada kedua topik tersebut. Untuk meningkatkan nilai tes yang lebih signifikan, maka diperlukan jumlah peserta dan pertanyaan yang lebih banyak. Penjualan sabun cair dan hand sanitizer menghasilkan keuntungan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memproduksi lagi. Pendampingan dibutuhkan untuk mengembangkan usaha ini menjadi ekonomi produktif.
