In pretest, socialization capabilities of clients were assessed using GAT observation sheet, after that the intervention of Socialization Activity in Group Therapy was given every week until seven week for seven steps. At post-test, Socialization Activity in Group Therapy was evaluated using same tool in pretest. The result showed that the mean of socialization capabilities at pre-test was 2.73 and 6.70 at post-test, there was a statistically high significant difference with paired t-test at p 0,001 or 00,05 score.

ABSTRACTBackground : Early mobilization is some effort to defend autonomy as early as possible by guiding the victim for defending fisiologis function (Carpenito, 2001).  According Smeltzer Bare (2002) in patient with colon inflammation disturbance, explained that change position encourage doing passive and active exercise to depend muscle and prevent tromboembolic.  Activity limitation changed suitable with daily necessary.  General anesthesia can cause decreasing colon movement with stimuli parasympatic obstruction in colon muscle.  Client with local anesthesia will experience same case.  Direction surgery which involved intestinal can cause stopping intestinal while movement. Surgery action with general anesthesia in RS.DR.R.Soeprapto Cepuoften was being done in juny – December 2012 period reported 166 cases. Objective : This study to determine the difference of early mobilization 6 hours and 8 hours toward intestine peristaltic on post operation patient with general anesthesia at RSUD dr. R. Soeprapto Cepu. Methods : Method of this research  used quasi eksperimental design and taking sampling method was stratified random sampling, research was done into 20 respondences.  Collecting data technique using observation technique.  Statistic analysis used Independent t-test exam, organize and data analysis with computer program assist SPSS for windows 16.Result : The result analysis was shown with independent t-test exam was be found t hitung 0,662, t table 2,101, p value 0,641.  Where is t hitung t table (0,662 2,101) and p value alpha (0,641 0,05) above can be conclude Ho was accepted.  Its mean its’nt difference early mobilization 6 hours and 8 hours about peristaltic of intestine for post operation patient with general anesthesia in dr.R.Soeprapto Cepu Hospitals. Conclusion : Advice we recommend early mobilization of patients immediately after surgery with general anesthesia, according to the results of this study was able to mobilize patients early in the post anesthesia 6 hours. Keywords: mobilisation, peristaltic of intestine, post operation, general anesthesia.

ABSTRACTBackground : Joint flexibility decreases in old age due to a degenerative process resulting in changes in joints, connective tissue and cartilage in the elderly. Decreasing flexibility is also due to reduced elasticity of muscle fibers, where connective tissue in muscle fibers increases (Mariyam, 2008).Objective : The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of active exercise (ROM) on the lower extremities on increasing the flexibility of the knee joint in the elderlyMethods : This study using a quasi-experimental approach with One group pre-test and post-test design. The sampling technique uses the Slovin method of 42 people, obtained a sample of 25 elderly. Exercise is done twice a day for 8 days. Measurements were made on day 1, day 4 and day 8 of the study using a Goniometer measuring instrument..Result : The results of measurement I average of the right knee joint 117.52o, measurement II = 122.24, measurement III = 126, 36o. From the analysis with Paired simple t-Test between the measurements I and II, it was found that the different test measurements I and II t count value was equal to -1.908 with 0.068. Because sig 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is accepted, meaning that the average angle of ROM before and after training is the same (not different). In the different test measurements II and III the value of t count is equal to -2.152 with sig 0.042.Conclusion : Because sig 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a difference in ROM angle after training between days 4 to 8 with the first day to day 4. Thus it can be stated that active ROM exercises affect the angle of ROM of the knee joint elderly after exercise ROM between day 4 to day 8. Keywords: active ROM exercise, flexibility of knee joint, elderly.

Variable knowledge has a very close relationship with a significance value of 0.003 to the magnitude of the possible influence of Odds Ratio (OR) was 14.881 (Exp (B), variable age with a significance value of 0.027 to the magnitude of the possible influence of Odds Ratio (OR) was 10.601 (Exp( B).Conclusion : reproductive health knowledge Samin community largely understand the importance of reproductive health, especially in pregnancy, labor and birth, and yet people still believe Samin once with myths about reproductive health, and so maintain Saminisme cultural customs. ABSTRACTBackground: Today the frequency of psychosomatic illnesses experienced by a person is increasing. One such psychosomatic disease is gastritis. Pharmacotherapy for gastritis often results in less satisfactory results. Meanwhile the other alternatives to overcome these problems can be done with relaxation exercises. Relaxation can increase the sensitivity of baro-reflect and decrease sympathetic nerve activity and activate the correction so that there will be a decrease of pain level. Objective: To know the effect of relaxation technique on the reduction of epigastria pain in gastritis patients.Research Method: The design of the research used is one group pre test and post test design, where the patient came to check the level of pain with the scale of pain then done relaxation. After the relaxation was done and then re-check in the same way. Bivariate analysis used Wilcoxon Test. Results: The statistical results obtained p = 0,000 (P 0.05) which means that there is a very significant difference in the average value of the pain scale before relaxation with the average of pain scale after relaxation. Conclusion: There is a relaxation effect on the reduction of epigastria pain in gastritis patients Keyword : Relaxation, Pain, Epigastria
