The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of hygiene factors and motivational factors that can encourage health workers to work more productively at the Hospital of St. Vincentius Singkawang. Sources of data obtained from observations and questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The population of this research is 118 Vincentius Singkawang Hospital health workers. The sampling technique uses probability sampling. From the results of the analysis, the authors conclude that the leadership has fulfilled the factors of workforce motivation in accordance with financial capabilities. However, there are still factors that have not been well paid attention to is the salary given by the hospital to employees must contain the principle of fairness and refer to the legislation. So that the organization will obtain, maintain, and employ a number of employees with a variety of positive attitudes and behaviors, productive performance, effective and efficient in completing work for the interests of the organization in order to achieve the goals of the St. Vincentius Hospital Singkawang.Keyword: Motivational Factor, Hygine Factor

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires carried out on 50 employees of the production department at PT Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 22. The sampling technique used was the saturation sampling method and Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Based on the results of the study, obtained the following regression equation: Y = 9,944 + 0.390X1 + 0.115X2 + 0.267X3 + ei means that the F Test shows that compensation, career development, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. Partially (t test) shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount 4.223> t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.000 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.010 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.042

The purpose of this study was to obtain an empirical description of the influence of competence, workload, leadership on nurse performance jointly or partially. Sampling using the Probability Sampling technique, which is a technique of giving equal opportunities to all members of the population selected to be the sample. The sample in this study was 50. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method and the data analysis method used is multiple regression. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that competence has a significant effect on nurse performance as indicated by a significance value

Anemia adalah suatu kondisi dimana jumlah sel darah merah atau hemoglobin berada di bawah normal. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran Persepsi Remaja Putri tentang Anemia di SMK Negeri 5 Luwuk Timur. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria bahwa, pernah mendapatkan tablet tambah darah (Fe) dan penyuluhan dari petugas kesehatan tentang anemia. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja putri SMK 5 Luwuk Timur dengan kriteria bahwa, pernah mendapatkan tablet tambah darah (Fe) dan penyuluhan dari petugas kesehatan tentang anemia dan informan kunci yaitu petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Hunduhon. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data menurut Milles dan Huberman (1984) yaitu Reduction, Display, Conclusion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar remaja putri mempersepsikan anemia sebagai keadaan kurang darah dan mengatakan bahwa gejala anemia adalah pusing, sakit kepala, lemah, letih, lesu, lemas, dan loyo. Sebagian besar remaja putri belum memahami penyebab anemia. Remaja putri mengatakan bahwa begadang dan kurang tidur sebagai penyebab dari anemia. Remaja putri yang belum memahami akibat atau dampak menganggap bahwa sakit badan dan kepala adalah akibat atau dampak dari anemia. Perlu adanya perhatian untuk memberikan penyuluhan dalam kegiatan posyandu remaja dan disarankan kepada remaja putri lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang anemia.  Anemia is a condition in which the number of red blood cells or hemoglobin is below normal. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the perception of young women about anemia at SMK Negeri 5 Luwuk Timur. This type of research is qualitative by using purposive sampling technique with the criteria that, have ever received a blood supplement (Fe) tablet and counseling from health workers about anemia. The informants in this study were young women of SMK 5 Luwuk Timur with the criteria that they had received blood added tablets (Fe) and counseling from health workers about anemia and key informants were health workers at the Hunduhon Health Center. This study uses data analysis techniques according to Milles and Huberman (1987), namely Reduction, Display, Conclusion. The results showed that most of the young women perceived anemia as a lack of blood and said that the symptoms of anemia were dizziness, headache, weakness, fatigue, lethargy, weakness, and weakness. Most of the young women do not understand the causes of anemia. Young women say that staying up late and lack of sleep are the causes of anemia. Young women who do not understand the consequences or effects think that body and headaches are the result or impact of anemia. Attention is needed to provide counseling in youth posyandu activities and it is recommended that young women increase their knowledge and understanding of anemia.

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

Urgency of the research. One of the most essential sources of supporting regional and local development is the banking system. Target setting. The study presented describes cooperative banking, represented by Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości S.A. and Bank Spółdzielczy w Kielcach. The use of the statistical data analysis method allowed to demonstrate the strong position of cooperative banking in the market, fostering regional and local development. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The foundations for the modern cooperative banking sector were laid by cooperative financial organisations functioning more than 150 years ago [Pawlik, 2017, s. 152]. Its history is connected with difficulties faced in the period of partitions, work at the foundations after the end of World War I and Poland’s regaining its national independence. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. At present, cooperative banking functions as a result of the adoption by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland on 7 December 2000 of the act on the functioning of cooperative banks, their associations and associating banks, which ensured new legal conditions for the functioning of the sector2. The research objective. The article formulates the hypothesis that nowadays activities of cooperative banks will contribute to regional and local development. The statement of basic materials. One of the most essential sources of supporting regional and local development is the banking system. This system can guarantee the stabilisation of the local financial system. By supporting the development of regional and local entrepreneurship through loans, investment activities of the banks and financial and investment consulting, it will determine the identity of the region concerned. The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

Abstract The  problem  of this research is : How is the language development of children age 12 to 24 months in Semarang ?. The purpose of this study is to describe widely and deeply about language development the children age 12 to 24 in Semarang. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Miles Hubermen’s model. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation data. The results showed that the development of language of children aged 12 to 24 months in Semarang in expressive is: can produce sound almost perfect in several words; Some of the letters of the words missing from the pronunciation; The missing letters are usually consonants; Haven't been able to pronounce the letter s and r; In General, most people are able to understand the speech of the children is an adult who is close to the child; There is a word that can be spelled perfectly by the child. The words are by and large is the words that are simple and close to the children's daily lives. As for the generally receptive: children can follow and obey what is spoken by adults; The children seem to understand when the adults were talking about them; and children  can understand  to the words that they  heard more than that they can speak.   Keywords: Language, children, expressive, receptive, word.

Queue is a common situation that is common in everyday life where consumers wait in front of the counter to get a turn of service or service facilities. The study aims to determine the performance of the queuing system at the train ticket counter at Yogyakarta Tugu Station. This research is an action research. The population in this study are all customers who come to Yogyakarta Tugu Railway Station to purchase train tickets. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are the method of observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used queuing formulas for Model B: M / M / S. The results showed that the performance of the queuing system at the train ticket counter at Yogyakarta Tugu Station was not optimal.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline
