In the animal feed industry, steam is used in pellet making machines. In this process, steam from the boiler is distributed to the pellet mill through the pipe. The purpose of this study is to observe the waste of electricity costs of operating a boiler by calculating heat loss in a distribution pipe. The method of assessing heat loss is done by calculating losses caused by heat loss in the boiler distribution. Then make a calculation application model based on the data obtained. From the data analyzed, the amount of heat lost in the non-insulating distribution pipe is 0.766 kJ/s with a loss of Rp 5.628,600 operating costs per month compared to heat loss in an isolated pipe condition of 0.047 kJ/s with losses which cost slightly more than Rp 368 190 / month. This heat loss calculation process is made on an android application by entering the calculation formula on the program and the data that has been obtained.

To design parallel algorithm for gravity and magnetic 3D forward and inversion, we used multithreading technology. Calculation process was decomposed into two major parts: forward program and inversion program, and the amount of two-part calculation can be equally distributed to computing threads. The results show that algorithm can increase calculation efficiency, and this process is reliable and efficient.

in architectural decoration process, pressure-bearing capacity test is the foundation of design, and is very important. To this end, a pressure-bearing capacity test method in architectural decoration design is proposed based on improved genetic algorithm. The selection, crossover and mutation operators in genetic algorithm are improved respectively. Using its fast convergence characteristics eliminate the pressure movement in the calculation process. The abnormal area of pressure-bearing existed in buildings which can ensure to be tested is added, to obtain accurate distribution information of the abnormal area of pressure-bearing. Simulation results show that the improved genetic algorithm has good convergence, can accurately test the pressure-bearing capacity in architectural decoration.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between product quality and price with the interest of buying consumer Ole-Ole Futsal Bung Tomo. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 30 respondents taken by the snowball effect method. The data analysis technique in this study usedcorrelation test analysis Spearman rank. The calculation process was aided by theapplication program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM SPSS Statistics 20). The results of this study indicate that a correlation of 0.877 means that it is very strong and based on calculations, the product quality variable with consumer buying interest has a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected, the product quality is significantly associated with consumer buying interest. And the price variable shows that there is a correlation of 0.738 which means strong and based on calculations, the price variable with consumer buying interest has a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 so Ho is rejected, then the price is significantly associated with consumer buying interest.

The Annual Supervision Work Program (ASWP) is a measure of efficiency and effectiveness in implementing supervision in supporting Inspectorate performance. For the preparation of this ASWP using a Risk-Based Supervision Planning (RBSP) based on certain criteria. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system used to determine alternative ASWP to be implemented. The criteria are determined using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the total weighting of the performance rating for each alternative. Testing is done from ASWP alternative normalized according to the type of attribute criteria (benefit or cost). The final result is obtained from the calculation process, namely from the 10 test data there is 80% compatibility of the data from the system calculation. The sum of the normalized matrix with weights per criterion shows an alternative ranking of the regional apparatus organization that is closest to the criteria to the most distant from the criteria. In order to get an alternative ASWP to be implemented.

Vehicle fuel tax is a type of local tax, which is a source of revenue to increases locally-generated revenues. Vehicle fuel tax is managed by Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (RTRMA) of North Sulawesi, where each registered companies are compulsory levy, which is periodically required to report and deposit the proceeds of the sale of fuel to RTRMA. This research aims to know the effectiveness of the internal control system and the contribution of vehicle fuel tax to the locally-generated revenue of North Sulawesi. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that the internal control system in the calculation process, collection and reporting of vehicle fuel tax has been worked well. In addition, the criteria for effectiveness and contribution based on the calculation of the average vehicle fuel tax revenue in 2013-2017, explained that the results of vehicle fuel tax were very effective and sufficiently contributed to the locally-generated revenue of North Sulawesi.
