Abstract Rahayu Printing is a business entity that provides merchandising services such as wedding invitations, circumcision invitations, business cards, notes, letterhead, yasin and others. Based on sales that have been achieved so far, Rahayu Printing felt not satisfied with the results obtained and trying to increase sales and service through online sales system. Sales that go so far encounter obstacles in the process of marketing from consumers to consumers, the sale of goods still use a system of sales in the form of book-shaped catalogs, very tight competition, locations adjacent to other printing, and constraints from distance and time to obtain information on shopping in printing . It makes the sale less cost saving, energy and time because the system used still manually. The method used in the design of information systems sales of goods is waterfall method. From the manufacture of web-based goods sales system, is expected to solve the existing constraints, simplify, accelerate the sales system and hopefully can increase profits on the sale of goods Rahayu Bekasi Printing.   Keywords: Goods, Information, Sales, Printing, Waterfall.                                                                   Abstrak                                                                  Percetakan Rahayu merupakan sebuah badan usaha yang menyediakan jasa penjualan barang seperti undangan pernikahan, undangan khitanan, kartu nama, nota, kop surat, yasin dan lain-lain. To fulfill the prospective student's information need about student admission, Gunadarma University has already many kinds of services which are time limited, such as website, book, registration place, Media Information Center, and Question Answering’s website (UG-Pedia). It needs a service that can serve them anytime and anywhere. Therefore, this research is developing the UGLeo as a web based QA intelligence chatbot application for Gunadarma University's student admission portal. UGLeo is developed by MegaHal style which implements the Markov Chain method. In this research, there are some modifications in MegaHal style, those modifications are the structure of natural language processing and the structure of database. The accuracy of UGLeo reply is 65%. However, to increase the accuracy there are some improvements to be applied in UGLeo system, both improvement in natural language processing and improvement in MegaHal style.

The automated analysis of natural language data has become a central issue in the design of intelligent information systems. Processing unconstrained natural language data is still considered as an AI-hard task. However, various analysis techniques have been proposed to address specific aspects of natural language. In particular, recent interest has been focused on providing approximate analysis techniques, assuming that when perfect analysis is not possible, partial results may be still very useful.

The existing approach to requirements extraction is that the requirements are formed by the system developer through direct interaction with the customer using a number of methods (for example, interviewing; prototyping; analysis of use cases; user stories; seminars, etc.). In this case, most often the requirements are formed by the developer himself, taking into account the opinion of the customer’s representative. The disadvantage of the existing approach is the problem of loss of knowledge transferred from the customer’s representatives to the developer, which results in the failure of projects, which is recorded by the existing statistics. As statistical studies show, more than half of projects for the creation of information systems (IS) are failures or require changes (in terms of budget, time and customer satisfaction). In modern research in the field of__ design and development of information systems, there is a tendency to involve the end user (customer) in the design process. To develop this idea, an approach is proposed to involve the user in the process of extracting requirements, where the developer will no longer be the person forming the requirements. The main idea of the approach is to develop special tools that allow you to independently transform the customer’s natural language into such a form of representation of the model of the process of solving professional problems, from which an interface will be built, which will allow extracting functional requirements from the unity (process model and interface).

This paper presents the state of the art on interoperability developments for the social and solidarity economy (SSE) community web based information systems (WIS); it also presents a framework of interoperability for the SSE' WIS and the developments made in a research-in-progress PhD project in the last 3 years. A search on the bibliographic databases showed that so far there are no papers on interoperability initiatives on the SSE, so it was necessary to have other sources of information: a preliminary analysis of the WIS that support SSE activities; and interviews with the representatives of some of the world's most important SSE organisations. The study showed that the WIS are still not interoperable yet. In order to become interoperable a group of the SSE community has been developing a Dublin Corre Application Profile to be used by the SSE community as reference and binding to describe their resources. This paper also describes this on-going process.

Most information systems that deal with natural language texts do not tolerate much deviation from their idealized and simplified model of language. Spoken dialog is notoriously ungrammatical, however. Because the MAREDI project focuses in particular on the automatic analysis of scripted dialogs, we needed to develop a robust capacity to analyze transcribed spoken language. This paper summarizes the current state of our work. It presents the main elements of our approach, which is based on exploiting surface markers as the best route to the semantics of the conversation modelled. We highlight the foundations of our particular conversational model, and give an overview of the MAREDI system. We then discuss its three key modules, a connectionist network to recognise speech acts, a robust syntactic analyzer, and a semantic analyzer.
