The final stage of the judicial reform was the creation of new cassation and appeal courts in the system of courts of general jurisdiction that provide additional guarantees for the effective judicial protection of citizens. Russian legislation establishes a mechanism for the protection of infringed copyright and related rights on the Internet. Such a mechanism provides for the imposition of interim measures by the Moscow City Court and the termination by Roskomnadzor of access to the site or page of the site on the Internet, on which information is posted in violation of copyright and related rights. In the case of interim measures, the case decision belongs to competence of the Moscow City Court. As a result of changes in the legislation on the judicial system, the courts of appeal and cassation of general jurisdiction began to work. Consideration of complaints against judicial acts of the Moscow City Court, rendered by them at first instance, are referred to the competence of the new courts. The article notes the stages of development of legislation on copyright protection on the Internet, as well as some problematic aspects of copyright and related rights protection on the Internet.

In accordance with the national strategy "Sanitary Shield of the Country – Safety for Health," tasks were set for the analysis and assessment of risks in the field of biological safety. To do this: the Moscow City Disinfection Center is connected to a single dispatch system of the UNIT of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Moscow, an Algorithm for working on the UNIT portal has been developed and uniform deadlines and procedure for fulfilling applications have been determined, the form of primary documentation has been determined. A unit is organized – the Unified Information and Analytical Center, whose tasks include organizing and conducting a single centralized reception, analysis and processing of incoming information (applications for unscheduled disinfection, deratization and disinsection, summary of rodent bites), generation and compilation of reports, as well as consulting support for real-time requests and appeals of the population, customers of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Moscow State Central Executive Committee, regulatory bodies through all available communication channels (telephone, e-mail, etc.). The scoring information system of assessment of a sanitary and sanitary and hygienic condition of objects is developed: apartment houses of the city of Moscow with the territories adjoining to them. The introduction of integrated work of these systems as a whole will allow organizations of the disinfection profile: to reduce the cost of deratizations, to reduce the number of disinfectants without reducing the quality of work, to avoid the excessive use of poisoned decoys, which will dramatically increase public health and safety of the population, as well as reduce the burden on the environment of the city of Moscow. Keywords: sanitary shield of the country, information and analytical center, scoring system of assessment of sanitary and epidemiological condition, electronic systems of rodent monitoring, biological safety, biological risk assessment, biological risk analysis, information support of disinfection activities, digitalization of disinfection measures.

The paper reveals the degree of spatial contrasts in Central Russia operating a number of seasonal population indicators at municipal level along cross-section lines. The first cross section runs from St. Petersburg along the corridor passing Leningrad, Novgorod, Tver, Moscow oblasts, Moscow city, and further down to southern border of Tula oblast. The second one stretches from the southern border of Kaluga oblast via Moscow city and Yaroslavl oblasts to the northeastern periphery of Kostroma oblast. Cross-sections based on agricultural census data provided background for revealing trends in seasonal settlement pattern. First pole indicated comprises suburbs within metropolitan areas, especially Moscow and St. Petersburg, with a growing or stable network of summer settlements, the other pole covers the environs of local towns and smaller urban settlements with shrinking settlement network. In the surroundings of both capitals, regional centers and within the cities the share of unused suburban housing tends to be low, while on periphery number of plots not in use is much more significant. The infrastructure of the settlements also has a center-periphery gradient: supply of infrastructures is higher in better-located settlements within cities and their surroundings and much worse at the regional periphery. Trends in development of dachas settlements pattern generally indicate contrasts in the spatial development at national level, when the demand for suburban housing is concentrated in and around major cities because of continued population concentration, while the network of summer settlements on the periphery is shrinking due to depopulation
