Abstraction                     Forecasting or forecasting is a calculation analysis technique that is done by carrying out qualitative and quantitative approaches to think about future events using reference data in the past. The purpose of this study is to predict the number of new students at the Faculty of Information and Visual Communication Technology at the Al-Kamal Institute of Science and Technology in the academic year 2020/2021. Prediction of the number of new students in the Faculty of Information and Visual Communication Technology of the Al-Kamal Institute of Science in the future accurately is very important to do, because many decisions can be taken by the Leaders of the Al-Kamal Institute of Science and Technology from these predictions. Markov Chain Automatic Clustering and Fuzzy Logic Relationship Method was chosen because it has a better level of accuracy among other Fuzzy Logic methods. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Academic Information System of the Al-Kamal Institute of Science and Technology. Based on this research it was found that the predicted results of the number of new students of the Faculty of Information and Visual Communication Technology at the Al-Kamal Institute of Science and Technology in the academic year 2020/2021 amounted to 64 with a MAPE of 8.25%

This article describes the concept of digitizing da'wah based on visual communication design. The advancement of information and communication technology disrupts various aspects of life including how to preach the da'i. This is both a challenge and an opportunity for preachers to develop da'wa media that are relevant to today's civilization. One of the concepts offered is a visual communication design. This design concept is very relevant to today's conditions (digital era) and can be a reference for preachers, especially for packaging creative and interesting da'wah content on various social media platforms. This article is enriched with literature studies to clarify the concept of visual communication and its relation to da'wah. The observation technique is used to provide an overview of the portrait of visual communication design which is applied in the preaching of Facebook, YouTube, and the website. As a result, there are four social media that can be used as a media for preaching based on visual communication, namely, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and YouTube. Furthermore, there are three forms of digital communication based on visual communication that is widely used in social media, namely da'wah posters, da'wah cartoons, and da'wah videos.

In order to solve the problems of poor user experience and low human-computer interaction efficiency, this paper designs a 3D image virtual reconstruction system based on visual communication effects. First, the functional framework diagram and hardware structure diagram of the image 3D reconstruction system are given. Then, combined with the basic theory of visual communication design, the characteristics of different elements in the three-dimensional image system and reasonable visual communication forms are analyzed, and design principles are proposed to improve user experience and communication efficiency. After the input image is preprocessed by median filtering, a three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm based on the image sequence is used to perform a three-dimensional reconstruction of the preprocessed image. The performance of the designed system was tested in a comparison form. We optimize the original hardware structure, expand the clock module, and use the chip to improve the data processing efficiency; in the two-dimensional image; we read the main information, through data conversion, display it in three-dimensional form, select the feature area, extract the image feature, calculate the key physical coordinate points, complete the main code compilation, use visual communication technology to feed back the display visual elements to the 3D image, and complete the design of the 3D image virtual reconstruction system. The test results showed that the application of visual communication technology to the virtual reconstruction of 3D images can effectively remove noise and make the edge area of the image clear, which can meet the needs of users compared with the reconstruction results of the original system. Visual C++ and 3DMAX are used as the system design platform, and three-dimensional image visualization and roaming are realized through OpenGL. Experimental results show that the designed system has better reconstruction accuracy and user satisfaction.

The depth synthesis of image texture is neglected in the current image visual communication technology, which leads to the poor visual effect. Therefore, the design method of film and TV animation based on 3D visual communication technology is proposed. Collect film and television animation videos through 3D visual communication content production, server processing, and client processing. Through stitching, projection mapping, and animation video image frame texture synthesis, 3D vision conveys animation video image projection. In order to ensure the continuous variation of scaling factors between adjacent triangles of animation and video images, the scaling factor field is constructed. Deep learning is used to extract the deep features and to reconstruct the multiframe animated and animated video images based on visual communication. Based on this, the frame feature of video image under gray projection is identified and extracted, and the animation design based on 3D visual communication technology is completed. Experimental results show that the proposed method can enhance the visual transmission of animation video images significantly and can achieve high-precision reconstruction of video images in a short time.

AbstractThe centrality of the eye and visual ability in the life of individuals and society has spawneda form of culture that is called as visual culture. Visual culture studies are a burgeoningarea of study that emphasizes the complex interrelationship between visual image, cultureand spectators of visual image. On the other hand, communication practices that utilizevisual messages as means of interaction are also increasingly prevalent as this is driven bythe development of visual and communication technology which allows peoples to producetheir own visual image as messages to communicate them. This article tries to discuss theposition of visual culture studies within the communication science and the researchmethods that can be used in the communication science to examine visual image, culture, and spectatorships. Keywords: Visual culture, Visual culture studies, Visual communication,Communication science, Visual methodologies.

Abstract. Research suggests that sharing positive events with others is beneficial for well-being, yet little is known about how positive events are shared with others and who is most likely to share their positive events. The current study expanded on previous research by investigating how positive events are shared and individual differences in how people share these events. Participants (N = 251) reported on their likelihood to share positive events in three ways: capitalizing (sharing with close others), bragging (sharing with someone who may become jealous or upset), and mass-sharing (sharing with many people at once using communication technology) across a range of positive scenarios. Using cluster analysis, five meaningful profiles of sharing patterns emerged. These profiles were associated with gender, Big Five personality traits, narcissism, and empathy. Individuals who tended to brag when they shared their positive events were more likely to be men, reported less agreeableness, less conscientiousness, and less empathy, whereas those who tended to brag and mass-share reported the highest levels of narcissism. These results have important theoretical and practical implications for the growing body of research on sharing positive events.

This paper studies whether and how information and communication technology (ICT) changes self-construal and cultural values in a developing country. Ethiopian children were given laptops in the context of an ICT for development scheme. We compared children who used laptops (n = 69) with a control group without laptops (n = 76) and a second control group of children whose laptop had broken down (n = 24). Results confirmed that after 1 year of laptop usage, the children’s self-concept had become more independent and children endorsed individualist values more strongly. Interestingly, the impact of laptop usage on cultural values was mediated by self-construal (moderated mediation). Importantly, modernization did not “crowd out” traditional culture: ICT usage was not associated with a reduction in traditional expressions (interdependent self-construal, collectivist values). Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.
