Abstraction                     Forecasting or forecasting is a calculation analysis technique that is done by carrying out qualitative and quantitative approaches to think about future events using reference data in the past. The purpose of this study is to predict the number of new students at the Faculty of Information and Visual Communication Technology at the Al-Kamal Institute of Science and Technology in the academic year 2020/2021. Prediction of the number of new students in the Faculty of Information and Visual Communication Technology of the Al-Kamal Institute of Science in the future accurately is very important to do, because many decisions can be taken by the Leaders of the Al-Kamal Institute of Science and Technology from these predictions. Markov Chain Automatic Clustering and Fuzzy Logic Relationship Method was chosen because it has a better level of accuracy among other Fuzzy Logic methods. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Academic Information System of the Al-Kamal Institute of Science and Technology. Based on this research it was found that the predicted results of the number of new students of the Faculty of Information and Visual Communication Technology at the Al-Kamal Institute of Science and Technology in the academic year 2020/2021 amounted to 64 with a MAPE of 8.25%

Emas merupakan alternatif yang cenderung dipilih kebanyakan orang untuk berinvestasi karena beberapa alasan, salah satunya menguntungkan. Untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang optimal, pelaku investasi harus mengetahui pergerakan harga emas sehingga pelaku investasi tahu kapan harus membeli emas dan kapan harus menjual emas. Pergerakan harga emas dapat dipantau dengan peramalan. Metode peramalan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah average based and fuzzy logic relationship yang merupakan salah satu metode dengan konsep fuzzy logic. Metode tersebut memberikan tingkat akurasi yang dihitung menggunakan MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) sebesar  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peramalan pergerakan harga emas pada bulan Oktober 2020  Desember 2021 dalam rentang harga dengan harga emas tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Desember 2020.

With the increasing popularity of XML for data representations, there is a lot of interest in keyword query on XML. Many algorithms have been proposed for XML keyword queries. But the existing approaches fall short in their abilities to analyze the logical relationship between keywords of spatiotemporal data. To overcome this limitation, in this paper, we firstly propose the concept of query time series (QTS) according to the data revision degree. For the logical relationship of keywords in QTS, we study the intra-coupling logic relationship and the inter-coupling logic relationship separately. Then a calculation method of keyword similarity is proposed and the best parameter in the method is found through experiment. Finally, we compare this method with others. Experimental results show that our method is superior to previous approaches.

Subject. The article discusses target indicators of national development goals of Russia, governmental programs, national projects, and priorities of budgetary finance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Objectives. The study traces a correlation between national development goals of Russia and national projects as structural constituents of governmental programs. The article also investigates opportunities for attaining the national goals during the coronavirus crisis. Methods. The study relies upon systems and institutional approaches. I also resorted to the analysis, synthesis, comparison. Results. Target indicators of national goals and national projects were found to have no logic relationship in some cases, with quantitative indices being neglected or contradictory at all, thus making it difficult to evaluate the efficiency of budgetary spending. I detected considerable structural shifts in expenditures of the federal budget from 2020, since financial resources should be optimized due to growing budgetary restrictions. Conclusions and Relevance. The efficiency of budgetary spending can be adequately evaluated only if there is a firm logic correlation and quantitative consistency between target indicators of the national development goals of Russia and those of national projects as part of the Russian governmental programs, which serve as a financial vehicle of the national goals. The findings can be used by those involved into the budgetary process throughout all levels when planning budgetary expenditures.

In intelligent confrontation games, how to estimate the detection effectiveness of the early-warning detection (EWD) system of systems (SoS) is the most important issue that has been studied in hopes of a breakthrough for the long time. The conventional approaches to effectiveness estimation have been reductionism or the linear estimation methods, which are not suitable for the estimation of the effectiveness of EWD SoS. Effectiveness estimation methods and ideas based on complex networks have been proposed and studied, which can inspire that the logic relationship in the SoS can be analyzed by using the network thoughts. As a development of some research based on the Data mode, data and visualization analysis methods have been proposed. In these approaches, the multi-angle data and visualization analysis methods can be utilized to directly show some significant relationships in the SoS from the different aspects, especially from different angles of sight. These statistics and suggested results can be employed to analyze the situation of SoS, so they have potentially important capabilities in terms of the estimation of EWD SoS. Therefore, in this paper, these new ideas are introduced into the study and solution of the problem of the detection effectiveness estimation of EWD SoS. On the basis that the running characteristics of the detecting work of the EWD SoS are described, the data method and idea with multi-angles for EWD SoS are proposed and discussed, and the visualization analysis method and ideas about EWD SoS are suggested and analyzed. Furthermore, a typical application is employed to estimate the detection effectiveness of EWD SoS, based on the data and visualization analysis methods stated in this paper. As the results of the estimate are generally consistent with the actual situation, the validity of the proposed methods is considered proven. The main work in this paper can provide new ideas on the study of the issue of the detection effectiveness estimation of EWD SoS, and it also helpful for SoS analysis and other estimations of effectiveness.

Abstract, Peramalan merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk memprediksi nilai suatu variable di waktu yang akan datang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan Metode Fuzzy Time Series untuk memprediksi jumlah Pengunjung Benteng Fort Rotterdam. Metode Fuzzy Time Series adalah sebuah metode peramalan yang menggunakan himpunan Fuzzy sebagai dasar dalam Proses prediksi. Tahapan Peramalan dalam penelitian ini adalah mendefinisikan semesta pembicaraan U, menentukan jumlah dan Panjang kelas interval, defuzzifikasi dan mendefenisikan himpunan Fuzzy pada U, melakukan Fuzzifikasi pada data jumlah pengunjung, menentukan Fuzzy logic relationship (FLR), membentuk Fuzzy Logical Relationship Group (FLRG), melakukan defuzzifikasi, dan melakukan perhitungan peramalan. Dalam meramalkan jumlah Pengunjung di Benteng Fort Rotterdam dengan menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Time Series diperoleh hasil peramalan sebanyak 16240,35 atau dibulatkan menjadi 16240 Pengunjung pada bulan selanjutnya, dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 119,93 dan RMSE sebesar 4739,08.Keywords: Fuzzy, Time Series, Peramalan, Fort Rotterdam

The paper explores the relationship between two levels of theory, i.e. its initial theoretical basis and its logic. The author describes three possible states of the initial theoretical basis: the potential, the state of the hypothesis, and the formation state. These states presumably differ in the degree of internal correlation of ingredients, which depends on the activity of the researcher’s mind. The author tries to determine the ontological location of the original theoretical basis. An analysis of historical and philosophical literature revealed the following characteristic positions, i.e. objective idealism, representationism, praxeological apriorism, praxeological subjectivism, and culturological transcendentalism. Each of the positions has its own argument and rational grounds. After a brief comparison, the author focuses on the last one. He analyses the possible mechanisms of the epistemological genesis of the idealized subject of theory from a potential initial theoretical basis, i.e. choice, invention, and transfer. In this paper, the methodological level of theory is understood as a set of its interpretations, i.e. in practical experience, semantics, and spiritual-theoretical space. Then the author identifies the main forms of interaction of the initial theoretical framework and the logic of theory. First, scientists, often unaccountably, shape the potential space of the original theoretical basis through the methodological operations of idealizations, design, and hypothetical input. In addition, theorists, who purposefully develop a theory, conceptualize the corresponding specific methods through the empirical projection of the theory, by introducing definitions of certain terms of the theoretical language in terms of the empirical language and vice versa. Finally, the author summarizes that the initial theoretical foundations formed into conceptual frameworks are prescriptions of scientific activity and operators of reflexive acts. Thus, rationality is a constant search for proportion and equilibrium between the postulated order (the ontological scheme) and the order of judgments about it (the methodology).

AbstractBackgroundGene knockout method has been used to improve the conversion ratio of industrial strains for many chemical products. There are a series of published algorithms to predict the targets for deletion. Based on metabolic networks, many of these algorithms are designed to predict the target of reaction or enzyme deletion. But as for the many-to-many relationship between genes and reactions, reaction or enzyme deletion is not the ideal strategy for metabolic engineering. GDLS algorithm aims to find direct gene deletion target by using local search, but it actually ignores the logic relationship of gene-protein-reaction.ResultsIn this study, we aim to find direct gene deletion targets for metabolic network, but the logic relationship of gene-protein-reaction (GPR) is considered. Our algorithm is call egKnock. At the same time, egKnock will provide the solution with multiple strategies and can maximize the minimum target flux of industrial objective in flux variability analysis. We compare egKnock with the algorithm of GDLS and OptORF by predicting the targets of gene deletion for several chemical products with their flux balance analysis testification, flux variability analysis testification and the main flux distribution.ConclusionsBy comparison with the algorithm of GDLS and OptORF, we can conclude that egKnock is a nice algorithm for identifying direct gene knockout strategies for microbial strain optimization.

There are some problems in the design of three-dimensional visualization teaching resources, such as less involved in interactive design, no unified design standards, the lack of effective innovation guidance mechanism and no unified evaluation system. Based on the design principle, taking amino acids as an example, this paper proposes a design plan for 3D visualization resources in teaching scenarios. According to the design scheme, the three-dimensional visualization resources are made. The main processes include the selection of the tools, the preparation and production of the material, the writing of the script, the design of the learning interface, the design of the interactive logic relationship and the control and output of the program. Finally, the three-dimensional visualization resources are used in the future classrooms with starC electronic double board and group touch screen, and the results are analyzed and evaluated. It is found that the three-dimensional visualization resources can effectively improve the students' interest in learning and help students understand knowledge.
