The article describes the high dynamism and uncertainty of the external and internal envi-ronment, which actualize the implementation of innovative technologies in the management of business processes in the agro-industrial complex (AIC). Attention is focused on the strategic nature of the transformation of agricultural production within the digital ecosystem. The perspective technologies of collection and processing of remote sensing data obtained from various satellite sensors, unmanned vehicles, weather stations; geographic information systems; global positioning systems are considered. The fundamental elements of reengineering of business processes in the context of digital transformation, the creation of control systems to control the development of agricultural crops using streaming processing of remote sensing data are considered. The factors of restraining and catalyzing production processes in AIC are substantiated, the features of the elements of the organization of the digital spatial environment are revealed, which largely determine the transition to a unified information support system for an agro-industrial enterprise. A structural and functional model of reengineering of business processes is proposed, aimed at ensuring sustainability in making managerial decisions. As part of the reengineering process, it is planned to create an information environment for an agricultural enterprise, consisting of interconnected procedures for merging information of its component functional systems: an automated monitoring system, a system for automated recognition of the specifics of the state of plant surface elements and an automated analytical decision support system for selecting agrotechnological techniques. Reengineering of business processes according to the proposed model will reduce risks in terms of compliance with time factors, increase production volumes and profitability of an agricultural enterprise due to the transition to digital technologies for automated collection and processing of big data, the ability to make decisions based on automated analytical systems and the ability to store in the knowledge base the generated chains of agro-technological operations for the needs of future periods

In agricultural business, some specific factors, such as high natural and climatic risks, seasonality of production, reliance on biological assets, slow cycle of capital turnover, timeliness and completeness of budgetary assistance, have a significant impact on financial results. The role of budgetary funds in modern conditions is clearly manifested at the stage of formation and presentation of operating profit in the reports of an agricultural enterprise. The analysis of profit and assessment of its basis of efficiency of business processes of the enterprise are the most important direction of financial analysis of market entities' activity. Information about the amount of operating profit is an economic criterion for the development of an agricultural enterprise and can be a signal reference point for potential investors in the agricultural market when considering business cooperation and partnership.

This article touches upon digital transformation in agriculture. Firstly, classification of core business processes of agriculture is presented with examples of primary and support business processes at animal breeding farms. Later the article gives an overview of innovative information technologies used nowadays in agriculture worldwide. Finally, it is justified that for the successful digital transformation it is vital to evaluate current IT-maturity level of business processes in order to fix their “bottlenecks” before the implementation of innovative information technologies. While common models of IT-maturity, level does not take into account features of specific industries, it is necessary to develop a stand-alone model for agricultural companies.

The article considers the state of transport monitoring systems used in agricultural production. The urgency of the problem is explained by the need to increase the profitability of enterprises of the agricultural complex. An effective way to solve the problem is strict control of the operation of transport used in the technological process of agricultural production in order to optimize and increase the efficiency of its operation. The direct dependence of the profitability of an agricultural enterprise on the monitoring of transport is considered and justified. To illustrate, the results of a survey conducted in 2020 by the staff of the Center for Forecasting and Monitoring of the Kuban State Agrarian University are used. It is concluded that monitoring systems make it possible to rationalize the process of cultivating arable land and significantly reduce fuel costs, and agricultural enterprises that do not use digital transformation technologies lose out in the competition to more modern companies. Перевод на Английский. The article discusses the specifics of introducing a flexible approach to the management of the digitization of modern agricultural production in the context of the digital economy. As a result of the study of the digital transformation teams of various business processes, it was proposed to introduce Agile's flexible methodology into the digital transformation management system of agricultural organizations in particular and the agricultural sector in general. To do this, the modern Agile frameworks, which define the boundary system that organizes the workflows of the organization, have been adapted. Scrum and Kanban are proposed as the most effective frameworks. This will enable agricultural organizations to explore and identify viable agricultural markets, develop and improve new agricultural information products, produce new products and update them more frequently and with customer opinion in mind, and introduce and support cloud technologies in digital transformation. A scheme has been developed to implement sprints in the Scrum framework and a task organization board in the Kanban framework. The authors highlight the main advantages of the Agile methodology for each interested side of digital transformation, invited to use the experience of digital transformation of foreign and domestic agricultural organizations in the implementation of the Agile methodology. To train agricultural workers, the basics of methodology are offered to be trained in the "CDO- Data-Based Management" program, which will form a digital transformation team and train directors and digital experts. At the same time, the authors highlighted the main shortcomings and problems in the implementation of the Agile methodology, as well as ways to overcome them in the practical activities of agricultural organizations.
