The article presents an analysis of prospects of development of mobile crushers for utilization ofrice straw using the method of assessing engineering and technical significance of inventions. The method consists of study of retrospective patent fund for previous 10-15 years which allows to make forecast of possible ways of technology development for the next 10-15 years. Based on obtained data of a patent, there was designed the graph of change in level of prospects of combine harvesters and mobile crushers by years of research. The presented results of forecast data showed that development of mobile crushers is a promising trend.

The main purpose of this paper is to evaluate small- and medium-sized display market forecasts made by a market research firm. Hypotheses concerning the relationship between stages of technology development and the accuracy of market forecasts are first developed. The hypotheses are then tested and evaluated using the data issued by one market research company, Techno Systems Research (TSR). Kruskal–Wallis rank sum test and nonparametric simple regression are the statistical methods used. The results of the data analysis showed that the forecasts made by the market research company are dependable for mature technology in mature markets, whereas for a new technology their forecasts are inaccurate. Furthermore, the accuracy of forecasts quite often does not improve over time. To our knowledge, no prior published works examine the accuracy of the forecasts made by market research firms. This research shows that small- and medium-sized display manufacturers have to be cautious when using forecast data from market research firms.

The objective of the research was to discuss distance education as a current and necessary object for contemporary education. The following research methods were used in the article: literature study, analysis, synthesis, methods of theoretical generalization. According to the solution research hypothesis, the following main tasks were: to define the concept of "distance learning"; to reveal the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning in education. It is concluded that: although there are disagreements about distance education as a tool in presential school; its use is a path of no return. Teachers and technicians must be equipped to update and use them in a common way in their daily lives.

Rice is one of the most important staple foods not just to people in Asia, but around the world. To meet domestic and export demands, farmers in Southeast Asia (SEA) grow 2-3 crop cycles per year, which leaves only a short period for land preparation. Field open burning of rice straw has been widely practiced to quickly clear the surface biomass for the next crop planting. However, this uncontrolled open combustion of rice straw releases large amounts of toxic air pollutants including key conventional pollutants along with carcinogenic compounds like dioxins, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and benzene, as well as major climate forcing agents. Emissions from rice straw open burning (RSOB) have been shown to significantly elevate ambient levels of PM2.5 and surface ozone in adjacent urban areas. During the dry season, when stagnant meteorological conditions are prevalent, intensive open burning activities further intensify haze episodes. Rice straw, however, is a valuable resource that should be recovered and not disposed of by open burning. Indeed, several non-open burning alternatives are available that would bring in multiple benefits to air quality, climate, health, and economy. For example, the production of rice straw fuel pellets for cooking in clean gasifier cookstoves is one promising option. For the successful elimination of RSOB in SEA, technology development along with formulation and implementation of appropriate policies should be in place to mobilise active participation from all stakeholders.

Based on the flatbed inkjet printing technology development status at home and abroad, provided an overview of the flatbed inkjet device and technology principle, and introduced the required ink and plate. To focus on the flatbed inkjet device which the plate is fixed and the print head moves, put forward the mechanical design requirements. Besides, from the structure and layout of the device, elaborated the types of the flatbed inkjet device innovative ideas of design. Finally, summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the flatbed inkjet technology, and forecast its development prospects. To have some help in better understanding and application of flatbed inkjet technology.

The technology of blocking has emerged not so long ago, but has already become known due to such advantages as security, reliability and openness. It is believed that the block is most often used in the economy, namely, to work with crypto-currencies. Nevertheless, technology can be useful in various industries. The article is devoted to the review of blockade technology, the study of the basic principles of its operation and the ways of applying the technology in various fields. In the course of the study, the history of the appearance of blocking technology was briefly studied and the concept of technology was defined, which is a multifunctional information system distributed throughout the world designed to account for various assets. An analysis was also made of the main advantages, which include: the absence of intermediaries, the unchanged data, as well as the decentralization and openness of information. Along with the advantages, a number of disadvantages inherent in the technology of blocking are revealed. The paper discusses the prospects for applying technology in the economy and in financial spheres; analysis of the use of blocking technology in accounting, reporting, reconciliation of accounts and in the implementation of operations with objects of value. Particular attention is paid to the use of technology in various spheres of life, not related to the economy. On the basis of the study, perspective directions of technology development in Russia and abroad are determined.

The article presents the results of monitoring the availability and state of production of irrigation machinery and equipment in Russia. Based on the information and analytical studies carried out, data on the structure of the irrigation equipment fleet are presented, taking into account the availability and supplies of Russian and imported equipment. A complex of engineering, technical, organizational, and managerial measures has been developed, aimed at providing agricultural producers with domestic irrigation machinery, corresponding to the modern scientific and technical level of technology development in the world. A relevant issue is not only the conduct of experimental design and technological work on the development of a new generation of sprinkling equipment, which has the author’s priority of the Russian Federation but also a comprehensive State policy is needed, which creates opportunities for Russian machine-building enterprises to organize and develop serial production, will reduce the dependence of the melioration industry on imported equipment, which is consistent with the goals of the Food Security Doctrine and the Import Substitution Strategy in the Russian Federation.
