The issues of the interaction of sea and land transport during the transportation of perishable goods are especially in demand at present in connection with the active development of intermodal transport. In addition, due to the rapidly changing specifics of the transport and logistics infrastructure in ports and terminals, the organization of transportation of perishable goods, which are especially vulnerable in terms of quality, requires new approaches and methods. The paper notes the high importance of preliminary preparation for the process of interaction between marine and land transport by operators of marine and land transport. On the part of the marine transport operator, it is advisable to focus on the pre-contractual work and clarification of the conditions for the formation of the freight rate; on the part of the land transportation operator, in the process of preliminary preparation, the state of the transport network for transporting refrigerated cargo near the port is of great importance. The paper proposes two new indicators for assessing the state of the transport network for the transportation of refrigerated goods. At the end of the paper, a model of the interaction of sea and land transport during the transportation of perishable goods with the expression of the multitude of cargo flows of perishable goods in the port through the matrix form is presented.

The purpose of this study was to determine the model of a interaction system between the DNA with protein. The interaction system consisted of a molecule of protein bound with a single chain of DNA. The interaction between DNA chain, especially adenine and thymine, and DNA-protein bound to glutamine and adenine. The forms of these bonds are adapted from the hydrogen bonds. The Cornell potential was used to describe both of the interactions. We proposed the Hamiltonian equation to describe the general model of interaction. Interaction system is divided into three parts. The interaction model is satisfied when a protein molecule triggers pulses on a DNA chain. An initial shift in position of protein xm should trigger the shift in position of DNA ym, or alter the state. However, an initial shift in DNA, yn, should not alter the state of a rest protein (i.e. xm = 0), otherwise, the protein would not steadily bind. We also investigated the stability of the model from the DNA-protein interaction with Lyapunov function. The stability of system can be determined when we obtained the equilibrium point.

With the development of megalopolises, constant expansion of their borders and chaotic and – to a greater extent – unreasonable territorial division of lands, potential recreational areas are experiencing colossal anthropogenic load and can be found in the state of oppression, gradually moving into an industrial functional zone, from the environmental point of view. For the preservation of ecosystems and rational planning of urban development, it is necessary to pay special attention to the functional purpose and mode of use of the sites, which are the essence of zoning and governance in the field of urban development of land. This paper presents a geoecological assessment of the dynamics of changes in pollution halos among the functional areas of the Eastern Administrative Okrug of Moscow over the past 30 years. Geochemical series of pollutants were compiled with the help of methods of preliminary preparation and statistical data processing. A forecast of the spread of pollution in the surface horizon for the next 100 years is presented, taking into account the hydrogeological features of the territory of the Eastern Administrative Okrug of Moscow.

Abstract. A sinkhole of great proportions was produced in one of the most trafficked zones of Quito. Constructed in the late sixties, this area is of high importance in solving the traffic jams of the capital city. The sinkhole called "El Trebol" started to be generated in the form of a crater, reached finally dimensions of approximately 120 m in diameter and some 40 m of depth, where at its base the river Machangara appeared. The generation of this sinkhole paralyzed the traffic of the south-central part of the city for the following weeks and therefore the state of emergency was declared. Soon the cause of the sinkhole was encountered being the result of the lack of monitoring of the older subterranean sewer system where for a length of some 20 m the concrete tunnel that canalized the flow of the river collapsed generating the disaster. The collapse of this tunnel resulted from the presence of a high amount of trash floating through the tunnel and scratching its top part until the concrete was worn away leaving behind the sinkhole and the fear of recurrence in populated areas. The financial aspects of direct and indirect damage are emphasized.

Good afternoon. I am very pleased to welcome Vice Premier Qian Qichen to the State Department. We are meeting again, so soon after my February trip to Beijing, and I think that that indicates the high importance that the United States and China attach to our bilateral relationship.

: Self-healing coatings are intended to increase long-term durability and reliability and can be enabled by the presence of microcapsules containing a self-healing agent capable of interacting with the matrix and regenerating the system. This review article provides an overview of the state-of-the-art, focusing on the patents published in the field of microcapsule-based self-healing organic coatings, since the early 2000’s. A discussion about coatings for corrosion protection and the different self-healing approaches and mechanisms are also addressed, as well as future challenges and expectations for this kind of coatings.

The article solves the problem of finding a solution for building a digital model of the transport network or transport infrastructure object. On the basis of the analysis, the limitation of available solutions is given and the limited state of implementation of digital models in new modernizations of transport systems is fixed. The paper provides a general scheme of using documentation of the state of the transport system, nodes and elements and considers examples based on real transport systems. The paper examines the basic requirements for digital transport models and proposes a solution based on the use of unmanned aircraft systems. A model of formation of flight task variants is proposed and, as a proof of relevance of the research, the results of a real experiment are given. The task of modernizing a segment of the transport network of the city, the identification of the state of the site on the basis of data from unmanned aircraft system is considered. The article presents a solution to the problem, which has a high quality of building a digital model and the possibility of integration into other information systems for monitoring the condition and forecasting of development.

The objective of this chapter is to propose the implementation of a plan of continuous support from the government of the State of Colima in Mexico to start-ups and micro-enterprises classified as belonging to the trade and services sector, policy public, to increase the economic units that manage to stay beyond three years and thereby derive social benefits such as employment generation, greater wealth and improving the quality of life of the population of the state. This proposal is given based on the sequential design procedure policies. The method used is the analysis of the national situation. It can be concluded from the analysis on the proposal for a design process of public policy based on the matrix of policy alternatives under the assumption that continuity and permanence of the companies will be positively impacted in the current rates of survival if companies born have the support of the government.
