The article substantiates that achievement of certain economic security level set by management for the current time point is a necessary but insufficient condition of further development of the enterprise. When the mentioned condition is fulfilled, the degree of its personnel’s innovation activity should also be considered. The article presents further development of the methods of assessing the level of the dependent part of economic security of the enterprise’s stakeholders, including the personnel, which, unlike others available, is based on estimation of outstanding expenditures. Innovation activity of the personnel is determined to depend on their attitudes to innovations. The article presents a developed economic and statistic toolkit of assessing the personnel’s probable attitudes to implementation of innovations considering the degree of recognizing the necessity of innovations and awareness of the enterprise’s activities in terms of innovations. The level of probable (expected) attitudes to innovations is taken as a basis for a combined classification of particular personnel categories. The article suggests a matrix approach to determining the type of enterprise development based on comparison of the level of economic security for the current time point and the personnel’s innovation activity.

The article analyzes the economic essence of such an important component for any enterprise as economic security. The importance of protecting the enterprise from all sorts of threats, as well as the need for their constant monitoring, is substantiated. The need to ensure the economic security of the enterprise is determined not only at the enterprise level, but also at the state security level. Two main approaches to the definition of the concept of "economic security" were identified, on the basis of which a definition was given of the concept of "economic security of the enterprise" in modern conditions of functioning on the Ukrainian market. The term “threats” was analyzed, on the basis of which the term “threat to the economic security of an enterprise” was defined. A classification and ranking of threats was formed depending on their nature and the degree of danger they represent. Based on the classification of threats, it was concluded that, in addition to common global threats, threats for each enterprise have certain characteristics depending on its type and nature of activity. It was concluded that the factors of formation of dangers and threats to the activities of the enterprise can be considered from different points of view, depending on the sphere of formation, mechanisms of influence and the possibility of forecasting. Based on the above definition, the causes of global threats, as well as threats at enterprises, are formed, a classification of factors that form threats is given. Given the problems of industrial enterprises in Ukraine, specific threats to industrial enterprises were examined on the basis of criteria put forward by various scientists. It was concluded that threats to the economic security of the enterprise overlap and intertwine, which leads to certain difficulties in identifying them when constructing economic security systems and identifying the subjects and objects of economic security.

The article is devoted to the application of the subject-oriented approach in the management of innovative activities in the context of digitalization. The key directions of the analysis of the readiness of the enterprise for the implementation of innovations are identified and substantiated and their impact on innovative processes is characterized. The multi-subject nature is noted as one of the most significant aspects of the implementation of innovative activities by an enterprise, which affects its effectiveness. A conceptual scheme for the interaction of subjects is proposed, taking into account the specifics of innovation and focus on improving its efficiency in key areas. In order to form the optimal subject composition, a classification of the participants in the innovation network is proposed. The mechanisms of accounting for the degree of workload of an innovative subject as a consequence of the multi-project nature of the activity are considered. An algorithm has been developed for constructing the optimal subjective structure of innovation activity, based on the use of elements of graph theory in order to assess its optimality. Risks of intersubjective interaction are formulated when participants of the external environment participate in the innovation network.

The article deals with the interpretation of the concepts of competitive advantages, competitiveness, competitive potential, competitive sustainability, sustainability risk and sustainable enterprise development. The author's vision of categorical apparatus is based on the generalization of existing viewpoints and approaches to their definition. According to the author's point of view, the competitive advantages are the collection of some strong prevailing characteristics of the company that clearly distinguish it from the competitors, providing further development through the production of high quality products and satisfying the growing needs of the consumers. Enterprises must activate the work in direction of optimal use of present resources, take into account internal development possibilities, quickly adapt to the changes of environment. Especially important is the attention of the enterprises focusing on components of the competitive potential (economic, financial, innovation, intellectual, marketing, communication, information, production etc.) which should be examined to determine possible measures of further development. Competitive sustainability is an integral part of ensuring economic security of the enterprise. Economic security reflects the ability of the enterprise to ensure sustainable development, both in the current period and in the future, under the influence of negative factors of external and internal environment. Background: Due to the establishment of a nationwide certification system for cancer centers in Germany, the availability of psycho-oncological services for cancer patients has increased substantially. However, little is known about the specific intervention techniques that are applied during sessions in an acute care hospital, since a standardized taxonomy is lacking. With this study, we aimed at the investigation of psycho-oncological intervention techniques and the development of a comprehensive and structured taxonomy thereof. Methods: In a stepwise procedure, a team of psycho-oncologists generated a data pool of interventions and definitions that were tested in clinical practice during a pilot phase. After an adaptation of intervention techniques, interrater reliability (IRR) was attained by rating 10 previously recorded psycho-oncological sessions. A classification of interventions into superordinate categories was performed, supported by cluster analysis. Results: Between April and June 2017, 980 psycho-oncological sessions took place. The experts agreed on a total number of 22 intervention techniques. An IRR of 89% for 2 independent psycho-oncological raters was reached. The 22 techniques were classified into 5 superordinate categories. Discussion/Conclusion: We developed a comprehensive and structured taxonomy of psycho-oncological intervention techniques in an acute care hospital that provides a standardized basis for systematic research and applied care. We expect our work to be continuously subjected to further development: future research should evaluate and expand our taxonomy to other contexts and care settings.
