Depressed areas are naturally degraded sections of urbanized territories. Their existence is always a cause of deterioration in social, economic and environmental conditions. Renovation of depressed areas is an activity that ensures the restoration of favorable conditions in the areas they occupy. Renovation is necessary to ensure the safety of the population and normal living conditions. There are several types of depressed areas that differ in their scale. Depressed objects are individual abandoned buildings and territories around them. Depressed urban districts include parts of the territory of cities with low or naturally declining quality of life, which is characterized by destroying buildings and structures, as well as undeveloped and unsettled sections. Depressed industrial zones are vast territories surrounding complexes of abandoned industrial enterprises. A separate type of depressed areas are ghost towns. They are considered urban-type localities with collapsing buildings and degraded infrastructure, abandoned by residents or a significant part of them. A characteristic feature of all types of depressed areas is their uncontrolled colonization by various organisms. For this reason, depressed areas can be considered as unmanageable natural and technical systems. Transpersonal socionics is an interdisciplinary science, the subject of which is the study of the interaction of various organizational structures and social groups consisting of individuals united by common interests. Such aggregate elements of society can be divided into several categories that differ in the nature of their involvement in the renovation process. They are designated as economic, territorial, technological, administrative, political, and social stakeholders. For each of the categories, the nature of risks caused by the existence of depressed areas is described. Special attention is paid to the problems of environmental risks of various categories of stakeholders. Based on the use of the principles of transpersonal socionics, a method is proposed that allows providing a systematic unified approach to the development of programs for the renovation of depressed areas on the basis of the consideration of all parties involved in this problem (stakeholders).

Over the past decade, the arsenal of original compositions for the accordion has considerably expanded, but a significant place among the performing repertoire is the genre of translation of works from the repertoire of other instruments, ensembles or orchestras for the accordion. Since the translation of the orchestral repertoire with account of the timbre features of the accordion, has not yet become the subject of musicology research, the task is to elucidation of the main principles of this genre. The combined analysis of translations and executive-methodical recommendations become the basis for a deep understanding of the ideological conception, stylistic features and rethinking of the timbre transformations, and therefore the quality of the performance of the work itself.Translation works for the accordion from the repertoire of the Ukrainian folk instruments orchestra has favorable conditions for many parameters, as demonstrated by Y. Oleksiv "Ukrainian fantasy". The timbre specificity - the existence of a large number of different instrumental groups and voices in the orchestra is successfully transmitted in the accordion translation due to a number of timbre registers of the instrument, the diversity of which allows the most complete transfer of orchestral coloration. The author takes into account the slight difference in the sound of the right and left keyboards of the accordion and demonstrates it in an advantageous applying for translation, creating the effect of a multi-timbre "dialogue". The techniques of playing on the accordion fully reproduce the dynamic gradations of the orchestral sound, as the characteristic feature of such orchestra is a chamber. The author simulates the techniques of sound formation and the specifics of various orchestral instruments. The bandura pinch, the overtones dulcimer "echo", the reed pipe glissando, the violin detache and the articulation variety of instrumental composition of the orchestra composer transmits using a detail palette. Perfect constructive features of the accordion allow you to successfully adapt the multi-layer orchestra texture. In the accordion translations of orchestral compositions, the epic and poetics of folk melodies are transmitted as clearly as possible. This work is aimed at deeper understanding of the content and expressiveness of translated works by the performers. The research can be an impetus for transmissions and their research on the repertoire of the chamber ensemble for the accordion, as well as the translation of pieces for the accordion.

Nowadays, improving the competitiveness of catering facilities (CF) by improving the quality of services is a key task in this area of activity. The quality of services provided by CF is ensured by a multitude of parameters, including the degree of accessibility, reliability, characteristics of personnel and their interactions, etc. Each parameter is important for the functioning of CF, but the quality of communications between personnel is currently a problematic issue in many CF, because heads of facilities often pay more attention to the processes of production and sale of products themselves, but forget about establishing of high-quality interactions between these two processes. Part of the communication between staff is interfunctional interactions. The absence of any regulation of such interactions is an important and extremely urgent problem, taking into account the current growth of popularity of CF, the growth in sales and turnover of such facilities, and, consequently, the complexity of the organizational structures of CF. The object of the study were interfunctional interactions of the service process in public catering enterprises. Accordingly, the subject of the study were risks arising from interfunctional interactions of the service process in CF. The main objective of the study was to develop the theoretical and methodological aspects of risk management of interfunctional interactions of the service process at CF.

The subject of research is to develop a mechanism for making effective management decisions in the liberalization of the engineering market. The purpose of the study is to Identifying the main trends and contradictions that arise in the operation of machine-building industrial enterprises. The methodological basis of the study The article shows and substantiates the need to improve existing scientific approaches and the organization of mechanisms for training and decision-making in industrial enterprises. Results. The article analyzes the existing approaches to understanding the concept of "mechanism of making effective management" in the industrial enterprises. On the basis of the conducted research the author's approach to formation and realization of model of acceptance of administrative decisions at the enterprise with use of artificial neural networks is proved. It is proposed to use existing software products and international standards for analysis and forecasting to develop the company's strategy, without which it is impossible to build an adequate mathematical model with given parameters, which in turn will help to describe each process in production. The use of created elements of mathematical and software allows to save time to obtain adequate mathematical models to reduce energy and computational costs for the study of real objects, to improve the quality of management and prediction of their behavior. Conclusions. The proposed scientific and practical developments can be used by industrial enterprises, and the study of the functioning of both individual enterprises and industry complexes, requires a systematic approach that focuses not only on the enterprise itself but also on its environmental factors. In this case, the object of study is not considered as an isolated and independent structure, but as an open socio-economic system.

This article is devoted to the peculiarities of the translation orchestral composition for the Ukrainian folk instruments orchestra Yaroslav Oleksiv "Ukrainian fantasy" for the accordion. The dynamic development of the Ukrainian musical art of the XXI century is connected with the active attention to academic performance in folk instruments, the creation of original compositions and the translation of works for the folk instruments orchestra and Ukrainian folk instruments. The high level of contemporary Ukrainian accordion art has inspired many accordionists to musical creativity. The combined analysis of translations and executive-methodical recommendations become the basis for a deep understanding of the ideological conception, stylistic features and rethinking of the timbre transformations, and therefore the quality of the performance of the work itself. In the translations of orchestral compositions for the accordion it is necessary to preserve figurative content in the new timbre conditions. The expressive potential of the recipient tool reveals the "hidden" shades of common figurative content, interpreting it through the prism of its own timbre-sonorous palette. The accordion sound registers give the opportunity to transfer the peculiarities of sounding various instruments with the slightest losses. Modification of the timbre specificity does not change the nature of music. The organic connection of the timbre with the general intonation and sound complex is dominant in the translation works of orchestral literature. Translation works for the accordion from the repertoire of the Ukrainian folk instruments orchestra has favorable conditions for many parameters, as demonstrated by Y. Oleksiv "Ukrainian fantasy". The timbre specificity - the existenсe of a large number of different instrumental groups and voices in the orchestra is successfully transmitted in the accordion translation due to a number of timbre registers of the instrument, the diversity of which allows the most complete transfer of orchestral coloration. The translation of orchestral compositions for the accordion opens up a wide range of sound-expressive features of the instrument and reproduces the multi-timbre of the orchestra. Perfect constructive features of the accordion allow you to successfully adapt the multi-layer orchestra texture. In the accordion translations of orchestral compositions, the epic and poetics of folk melodies are transmitted as clearly as possible. This type of accordion translations enriches the repertoire and promotes the popularization of littleknown works of Ukrainian composers. This work is aimed at deeper understanding of the content and expressiveness of translated works by the performers. May serve as a theoretical basis for both members of the Ukrainian folk instruments orchestra, accordionists and the authors of the translations. The research can be an impetus for transmissions and their research on the repertoire of the chamber ensemble for the accordion, as well as the translation of pieces for the accordion.

This paper focuses on the understanding of service quality in the context of Vietnamese universities. It proposes an approach for measuring the quality of the higher education service provided by universities in Vietnam. Firstly, an exploratory study was conducted. Then, the set of items which were generated became the subject of a questionnaire that was then administered to 675 students of a Vietnamese university to determine the dimensions of higher education service quality in this context. The obtained results permit us to appropriate a measurement scale which is slightly different from the SERVQUAL scale widely known as the standard for measuring service quality. The results also show that tangible elements, responsiveness and assurance seem to be three specific dimensions of the higher education service of Vietnamese universities.

In the article the reflective competence is seen as an integrative personal formation which develops in the process of acquiring of the reflective experience, when the subject is using various forms of the reflective activity for the solving of specific reflective tasks. In the structure of the reflective competence the value-motivational component performs such functions: an evaluation of forms of the reflective activity and its results, a prediction of the possible changes in the process of solving of the problem-conflict situations, a determining of the priorities for further development of himself as a subject of the reflective activity. The system of the criteria of an evaluating of the reflective activity`s forms functions on the cognitive level of the reflective competence. The level of the cognitive complexity is the basic feature of this system. The predictive abilities` system, that allows to form the expectations of the activity`s results, presents the value-motivational component on the metacognitive level. The system of the life tasks for the self-development, which stimulates the subject to make efforts to develop his own qualities, to form specific skills and knowledge, functions on the personal level. The fragmentation of the elements is an indicator of the incompleteness of the formation of the internal structure of the value-motivational component. The low level of integration of the separate elements does not allow effectively to compensate the functioning of the unformed elements of the system. The index of the formation of the abilities to predict his own activity has the greatest meaning in the internal structure of the value-motivational component. These data confirm the hypothesis about the system-forming function of the metacognitive structures that unite other structures. Thus the development of the predictive abilities will promote the increase of the abilities to the prediction of the others` behavior. An adequate assessment of other people significantly reduces the inconsistency of his own expectations and estimations of others. The development of the predictive abilities creates favorable conditions for the formation of the life tasks for the self-development to increase their value in the system of other tasks
