Employee stock ownership is one of the common medium and long-term incentive methods for state-controlled mixed ownership. As the current state-controlled mixed-ownership enterprise employee shareholding is still in the pilot stage, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council is still relatively strict on the implementation of relevant conditions for enterprises. Based on the analysis and research on the relevant policies and corporate practices of employee stock ownership, this paper puts forward the implementation path of state-controlled mixed ownership enterprises to carry out employee stock ownership, and gives reminders and early warnings of common risks in the implementation process.

At present, the issues of economic security seem to be relevant both for the economic development of the state and for complex scientific research. A wide range of the vital activities of society includes indicators that reflect the potential threats that can be encountered by economic agents. The problem of economic security is now becoming increasingly important, and this in turn is caused by the rapid development of a diversified alternative economy that uses the latest achievements of scientific and technological progress. It is quite difficult to predict the development of the country’s economy in the long term when the current challenges and threats are not taken into account. That is why in the information age, where information technology is the main basis for conducting economic activity, and information security is one of the main directions of state development, while the state itself acts as an economic institution. Therefore, the development of the digital economy in Russia poses both opportunities and significant threats.

The present study was conducted in the state of Maharashtra with an objective to analyze the farmers’ perceptions on Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) in the state of Maharashtra. Member farmers were selected as sample respondents for the study. The results of the present study revealed that after association with producer company, there has been an improvement in the yields as stated by 96.66 per cent of the farmers under category I, 82.73 per cent of the farmers in category II and 77.50 per cent of the farmers under category III. It was also observed that there was an improvement in the quality of the produce and a majority of the farmers were happy with the price for their produce received after joining FPCs. It was also interesting to note that the problems faced by the farmers were different in all the three categories of FPCs. However, the common problem faced by the farmers in category II and III was manipulation of quotas and quality specifications by some of the companies. The SWOT analysis revealed that the major strengths identified by the farmers were more or less same in the selected FPCs like provision of inputs and production services, higher yields due to better management, minimizing the prices risk and better bargaining for small holders. The adoption of new production technology was a common weakness and pro-government policy was an important opportunity of all the producer companies as perceived by the farmers. The common threats to the producer companies of all categories include problem of sustaining long term operations, cut throat competition among companies, social and cultural constraints.

The high-priority task in international and national agricultural programsis to preserve the genetic resources of livestock and develop some ways to use them effectively, because there is a tendency in the world where we can see the reduction of the breed composition of domesticated animal species. Today, horse farms are unprofitable, do not have the funds for expanded reproduction, and accordingly the population of valuable breeds of horses is reduced, the general gene pool is impoverished. The aim of the study was to analyze and highlight the current state of horse breeding in Ukraine, the characteristics of domestic breeds of breeding horses, which are the basis for breeding work, and forecasting their importance in the breed process. To analyze the state of development of horse breeding in Ukraine, the State Register of subjects of breeding in animal husbandry for 2005-2018 and the data of long-term research in the field of horse breeding in Ukraine were used. There were used the methods of system generalization, graphic, analytical and comparative-statistical. The analysis of the state development of horse breeding in Ukraine has been carried out. It was also proved that in the conditions of a long crisis for the last 14 years pedigree horse breeding in Ukraine has undergone a significant decrease in the number of livestock, narrowing of the breed structure and change of ownership. At the beginning of 2019 in Ukraine, according to the State Register of Breeding Entities in Animal Husbandry, there are 38 breeding entities: 18 stud farms, 20 breeding breeders. The largest number of breeding horses is concentrated in the eastern regions of Ukraine: Luhansk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Zaporizhia. It is established that the leaders in the number of factory breeds of horses are the Ukrainian horse, Orel trotter and purebred horse. During the period from 2005 to 2019, the horse breeding industry in Ukraine suffered significant losses, and the number of breeding horses decreased more than twice. However, over the last year in Poltava, Kyiv, Khmelnytsky regions there have been tendencies to increase the number of breeding horses. Some breeds of horses can be used both in the breeding process and for custom of crossbreeding for sports. Key words: breed, horse farm, breeding breeder, livestock, stallion, mare, foal yield.

Purpose. Disseminating knowledge on tourist space as a subject of study (ontological aspect) and methods for researching (describing and measuring) it, including paradigms and applied research approaches (epistemological aspect). Research hypothesis: the measure of tourism (tourist space) development is the achievement, within a given area, a state of long-term sustainability, defined as the situation in which the (widely understood) benefits outweigh (widely understood) costs of tourism development incurred by all (direct and indirect) groups of stakeholders. Method. The first part of the paper provides an overview. On the basis of the existing definitions and ways of understanding or delimiting tourist space, different measures (including measures of tourist space development) were distinguished and classified. In the second part of the paper, the results of a pilot research project investigating the state of sustainability of tourist space (tourism) in the town of Jastarnia were presented (case study). The research project was carried out using an innovative research method based on a model of sustainable tourism. This was a qualitative project and the obtained results have been quantified. Findings. The current state of tourism (tourist space) in Jastarnia was found to meet the criteria of sustainability, although certain sub-groups of respondents reported lack of sustainability in the component of costs. Research and conclusion limitations. The results of the empirical research reflect the current state (2015). The research project was carried out on a determined sample (it is not representative). Practical implications. The proposed method can be used for assessing the state of tourism at any destination. The obtained results can serve as a guide in the decision making process regarding the directions of tourism development. Originality. An innovative empirical research method has been applied. Type of paper. The first part of the paper provides an overview. The second part contains results of an empirical research project.

At the present time, the common classification of geophysical maps is missing, which is a consequence of their long-term development of the geological mapping. The features of existing approaches to the definition of geophysical maps’ place among maps of natural phenomena and the limitations of existing lists of mapping themes were determined and identified in this article. New approaches to the classification of geophysical maps that take into account the completeness of their contents and the current state of geophysical mapping were offered. A new classification of geophysical maps was elaborated based on four criteria

ABSTRACT This study examines whether and how the Chinese central government's intervention in the IPO process, in terms of the State Council's granting the discretionary exemption to help IPO firms circumvent its own regulation on the three-year operation requirement, is related to the quality of IPO firms and investor protection. The results show that the State Council grants the exemption to IPO firms with relatively better operating performance in both the pre-IPO and the post-IPO periods. Although the financial information of exempt IPO firms for the pre-IPO period is pro forma, investors do not show more concern. As a result, they do not react more negatively to these firms than to the regular IPO firms on the IPO day. Moreover, the stock of exempt IPO firms outperforms that of regular IPO firms in both the short term and the long term after the IPO. Overall, the results indicate that the central government can sometimes act as a helping hand, which produces positive impacts on resource allocations.

SOE mixed ownership reform has gained increasing prominence. In addition to government top-design policies, various pilot experiments have been carried out. Additionally, broader and more sophisticated methods are also employed, including stock market listing, capital and asset restructuring, and employee stock ownership plan. However, issues remain. The role of non-state parties that own part of the state firms is still poorly defined, thus their impact is uncertain. Government efforts to strengthen Party leadership have also dampened confidence of non-state investors.
