With the development of information technology, the communication between people is becoming more and more convenient, and the educational resources and teaching methods in colleges and universities are becoming more and more diversified. However, the conflict between ideology and mainstream values brought by open network environment often puzzles college students and seriously affects the development of their cognitive and moral level. Tea culture, as an important cultural resource, plays an important supporting role in moral construction and world civilization construction. Through excavating the ideological and political elements of tea culture, this paper systematically analyzes the application value of tea culture in ideological and political construction. On this basis, this paper makes full use of the platform and technical advantages of the Internet, puts forward the practical path of ideological and political construction in higher vocational colleges, and points out the direction for the development of higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of talents.

Python language, as one of the most popular programming languages, has become the preferred programming course in Colleges and universities. Based on the existing disadvantages of traditional teaching mode of Satellite Meteorology course in Chengdu University of Information Technology and the new teaching mode overview of “Internet Plus flipped class”, this paper is mainly to construct flipped class teaching mode of Satellite Meteorology under the background of “Internet Plus” in Chengdu University of Information Technology. Through the Internet, it also tries to integrate this teaching mode into flipped class before class, in class, after class, which means to provide a new thought for the teaching of this course in colleges and universities.

At present, with the continuous improvement and rapid development of the socialist market economy in China, especially the sudden rise of electronic information technology, the new communication tools are changing with each passing day. In this process, new media information technology, with its unique advantages, “broke” into the vision of modern people, participated in and influenced people’s way of life, behavior habits and social operation, and brought the development of human society into a new stage, the new media age. In today’s era, the new media has been developing rapidly in terms of technology and content, and its content is timeliness and interesting. It matches the characteristics of contemporary college students in pursuit of freshness and individuality, so that it has won the general favor of college students. However, when the new media information technology affects and permeates all aspects of the University, the ideological and political education of college students does not seem to keep pace with the times. With the continuous development and progress of information technology, China has entered the stage of comprehensive network information development. Internet technology is also gradually playing an important role in various fields. At present, our society has gradually developed into an Internet-based society. Driven by the development of the Internet, many areas including education have begun to reform and innovate. Many colleges and universities in China have always adopted the traditional teaching methods, for instance, using a unidirectional teaching method or teaching in a fixed place. In the era of Internet, these methods fail to meet the needs of both parents and students. Subsequently, with the emergence of Internet Plus technology, the limitations that were originally found in the development of English teaching in colleges and universities can be overcome. By combining virtuality and reality, a new mode of simultaneous online and offline teaching has been realized, making English teaching no longer affected by the limitation of space.
