Transformation of the Russian economy is connected with technological renewal of all components of the national economics. Accelerating processes of technological renewal is now connected with implementation of the Program “National technological initiative”. Best innovations of the national origin that have strategic superiority on the global markets are concentrated in this Program. The essence of the road maps in each of the global directions is a translation of requests from the leaders of the new technological markets into the system of public administration. Matrixes of the National technological initiative have been developed in order to capitalize scientific advances and creation of conditions for their practical implementation with preservation of the priority positions of the Russian companies of the created global markets. They link design and development with available resources, as well as with the legal and regulatory framework and stimuli of introduction. Basic technological package analyzed in its development is supposed not only to accelerate activities of companies of the Russian origin, but also create conditions for responses to the global challenges of science. In this regard, the article presents the main steps to ensure the practical implementation of the main directions of the National technological initiative. The analysis of matrixes demonstrated necessity of supplementing them with the project pool on the elimination of infrastructure wear and tear that would provide complex solution of the task of the full-scale implementation of the development potential of Russia.

The objective of the study is to determine the nature of heterogeneous structural deformations in the economy of Russia. The structural deformations result from the development strategy formed during the transitional period in the 1990s. Implementation of the strategy caused an increase in investment in the commodity sector along with its shortage in the high-tech sector; it resulted in a low knowledge-intensity level of the Russian production which became uncompetitive both on the domestic and global markets. The article covers all the aspects of the structural deformations in the Russian economy including the preconditions for these deformations to arise.

The article is devoted to the problems of finding ways to improve the mechanisms of implementation of state policy in the socio-humanitarian sphere. The purpose of this article is to identify areas for improvement of mechanisms for implementing public policy in the socio-humanitarian sphere, taking into account the needs of their unification within a single approach to the organization of social processes in the analyzed area. Achieving this goal has provided solutions to more practical problems: the development of goals, objectives, areas of state policy in the socio-humanitarian sphere, as well as organizational and legal support for its implementation. All this together will allow to introduce quite detailed algorithms and tools for managing the socio-humanitarian development of Ukraine and to quickly and effectively overcome the negative risks that arise in it. The content, essence and state-legal nature of mechanisms of public administration, as a set of ways and tools of practical realization of state policy are revealed. The analysis of modern approaches to understanding the essence of mechanisms of public administration is carried out. The author's definition of the mechanism of public administration in the socio-humanitarian sphere is offered. The content and essence of state policy in the socio-humanitarian sphere are revealed. The conclusion concerning the basic determinants and features of its development is made. Approaches to the formation of mechanisms for the implementation of state policy in the socio-humanitarian sphere are generalized. The need to further unify approaches to the implementation of such public policy in different sectors of the socio-humanitarian sphere has been proved. The main directions of improvement of mechanisms of its realization are allocated. The mechanism of state policy implementation in the socio-humanitarian sphere is defined as a set of nonlinear sets of tools and methods of state influence, which is implemented through appropriate management decisions (a set of measures as components of state policy) to develop the rights and interests of citizens and practical implementation. guarantees of the state in the fields of education, health care, social security, as well as others covered by the humanitarian mission of the state and able to influence the formation of productive forces, human, intellectual and social capital in society.

Graduation or college graduation become the most exciting moment for a student. In addition to successfully get a degree, they are also eager to enter the workforce. But sometimes the spirit was lost in the middle of the road. Many fresh graduates complain of difficult to get a job at this time. Every year the number of graduates to grow while jobs are not directly proportional to the increase in the number of graduates. The study analyzed what are the chances of graduates Mathematics Education FKIP Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu in getting a job. Samples taken as many as 78 graduates between September 2015 to April 2016. The factors considered were gender, age, GPA, national origin, jobs for college and the work areas as desired. Analysis of survey data using ordinal logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the dominant factors that affect the length of the graduates in getting a job is GPA, work experience in college and the desired field of work.

The practical implementation of the concept “Industry 4.0” entirely depends on the level of coordination between businesses, organizations and the entire group of consumers. The dominating comprehension of such interaction as a net of complex topology where nodes act as objects that have an interface a surface for contacts, results in a neuro-net-concept or the Web 4.0. Within the framework of the Russian national program “National Technological Initiative”, the development of this direction is considered as one of the main priorities. The quality of implementation of the system interaction in this paradigm is greatly influenced by algorithms used in the cloud servers of the nodes included into the structure of the Web 4.0. Besides, operation of businesses in the conditions of global markets will take place in the situation of strict competition and solutions forming the basis of the software have to be based on the scientific approach with the use of the methods of optimization and mathematical models. As the competition in the commercial sphere turned into the contest between the economic efficiency of on-line platforms, this work proposes a particular implementation of the algorithm of omni-channel interaction formed on the basis of a mathematical model.

In the late 1990s and early 2000s Latin American films Amores perros, Diarios de motocicleta, El hijo de la novia, Y tu mamá también, and Cidade de Deus enjoyed unprecedented critical and commercial success in global markets. Benefiting from external financial and/or creative input, these films were considered examples of transnational cinema. This book examines the six transnational directors (Iñárritu, Cuarón, del Toro, Meirelles, Salles and Campanella), who made these and the subsequent commercially successful and mostly ‘deterritorialized’ films (21 Grams, Babel, Biutiful, El espinazo del Diablo, El laberinto del fauno, Blindness, The Constant Gardener, Children of Men, On the Road, El secreto de sus ojos). Arguing against criticism in which these films’ commercial (Hollywood) and transnational features efface the authorial sensibilities of these directors and make them irrelevant to Latin American trends and politics, this book shows how they engage with national, continental and hemispheric politics and identity. Bringing a new perspective to the transnational films of Latin America’s transnational auteurs, including the recent Gravity, The Revenant, Birdman, and Crimson Peak, this book facilitates understanding how different genres function across cultures.

This chapter maps the road traveled by the Jesuits from the time they chose Pedro Arrupe as their Twenty-Eighth Superior General in 1965 till the election of their confrere Jorge Maria Bergoglio (Pope Francis) in March 2013, followed by the one of Arturo Sosa as the Thirty-First Superior General of the order in October 2016. During that period, the Jesuits significantly shifted priorities, highlighting integration between faith and justice and a return to the sources of Ignatian spirituality. Today’s mission is presented as being one of reconciliation among peoples, among religions, and with the whole creation. Internal challenges include shrinking global membership (while Asia and Africa are growing numerically), formation model for younger members, collaboration with laity, and protection of minors. Jesuits need to further their internal reform process while helping the church and society at large creatively respond to pressing global challenges.
