In order to solve the problems of the existing solar wing, such as complex process and obvious structural vibration. a new space deployable solar wing mechanism composed of single DOF modularization was designed. The structure and working principle of the space deployable solar wing are described, and the driving system is briefly introduced. The single module of the solar wing is divided into two parts and the kinematics equations of the kite-shaped mechanism and origami mechanism are established respectively. Secondly, the output motion rule of the bar at the end was solved when the special driving is applied to the kite-shaped mechanism. And based on this output, changed the angle of the origami mechanism’ plates and the change curve of the centre of mass and the angle between the plates is obtained. The study results show that, synthesize considering the shrinkage and the ratio of folding to span, the optimal solution is the angle of plates φ=4°. Through the above research that provide the theoretical basis for the optimization and improvement of the mechanism.

Location and routing are the main critical problems investigated in a logistic. Location-Routing Problem (LRP) involves determining the location of facilities and vehicle routes to supply customer's demands. Determination of depots as distribution centers is one of the problems in LRP.  In LRP, carbon emissions need to be considered because these problems cause global warming and climate change. In this paper, a new mathematical model for LRP considering CO2 emissions minimization is proposed. This study developed a new  Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP)  model for LRP with time windows and considered the environmental impacts.  Finally, a case study was conducted in the province of Central Java, Indonesia. In this case study, there are three depot candidates. The study results indicated that using this method in existing conditions and constraints provides a more optimal solution than the company's actual route. A sensitivity analysis was also carried out in this case study.

The given article states out the essence of international exchange programs, benefits and drawbacks, solutions to be taken to make the exchange programs more effective and acceptable for everybody on the experiences of Kazakh Ablai khan University of International Relations and World Languages’ students, academic staff. There were 55 participants who took part in questionnaire, 20 students on the specialties of bachelor’s degree, 10 former students who gained master’s degree in other countries, 10 PhD doctoral degree students, and 15 academic stuff members. In the form of questionnaire, we collected and analyzed the participants’ answers to clarify the importance of the academic mobility and suggested the ways to improve the international programs. The study results showed that there are many pros of the international exchange programs than cons; otherwise there are things to be ameliorated. We concluded that the role of the international exchange programs is great, they do not only satisfy the needs of one country or nation, but the other needs. It is a two-way and complex process in scientific-educational system.

Abstract To simulate the transonic atomization jet process in Laval nozzles, to test the law of droplet atomization and distribution, to find a method of supersonic atomization for dust-removing nozzles, and to improve nozzle efficiency, the finite element method has been used in this study based on the COMSOL computational fluid dynamics module. The study results showed that the process cannot be realized alone under the two-dimensional axisymmetric, three-dimensional and three-dimensional symmetric models, but it can be calculated with the transformation dimension method, which uses the parameter equations generated from the two-dimensional axisymmetric flow field data of the three-dimensional model. The visualization of this complex process, which is difficult to measure and analyze experimentally, was realized in this study. The physical process, macro phenomena and particle distribution of supersonic atomization are analyzed in combination with this simulation. The rationality of the simulation was verified by experiments. A new method for the study of the atomization process and the exploration of its mechanism in a compressible transonic speed flow field based on the Laval nozzle has been provided, and a numerical platform for the study of supersonic atomization dust removal has been established.

Inerter-based dampers have gained great popularity in structural vibration control. In this paper, equivalent linearization methods (ELMs) for a single-degree-of-freedom (SDOF) system with a clutching inerter damper (CID) are studied. The comparison of a SDOF system with a CID and an inertial mass damper (IMD) shows the advantage of the CID. Considering that the system with the CID is nonlinear, which is problematic for its performance evaluation and the integrated design of the structure and control system, three equivalent linearization methods based on different principles are proposed and discussed in this paper. The CID is considered to be equal to a combination of an IMD and a viscous damper. The equivalent inertance and damping can be calculated using the obtained formulas for all methods. In addition, all methods are compared in a numerical study. Results show that the ELM based on period and energy is recommended for small inertance-mass ratios.

Recently, major improvement on compressed air energy storage technology has been made by using the heat of compression for heating energy or using it to preheat the compressed air in the expansion phase and by demonstrating its ability to produce cooling energy. Thus, the trigenerative compressed air energy storage has been introduced. In this paper, we introduce a configuration of trigenerative compressed air energy storage system giving the preference to the electric energy production. The study then focuses on undertaking an optimization study via a parametric analysis considering the mutual effects of parameters. This analysis is applied to a micro-scale application including the existing technological aspects. The parametric study results applied on the hot temperature of the thermal energy storage indicate the possibility to find an optimal solution as a trade-off between system performances and other parameters reflecting its cost. On the contrary, the selection of the maximal storage pressure cannot be achieved by finding a compromise between energy density and system efficiency. A complete study of other design parameters will be addressed in a future publication.

The optimal saving energy permanent magnet lifting chuck has been designed. Working principle of this technology is introduced. Magnetic circuit design is carried out by finite element method (FEM). At the same time, a perfect self-acting driving system has been invented for picking and releasing loads fast and conveniently without using any electricity at all. Industry prototype was manufactured, and it verified that the proposed lifting permanent magnetic chuck was feasible.

In order to achieve fully automated picking of camellia fruit and overcome the technical difficulties of current picking machinery such as inefficient service and manual auxiliary picking, a novel multi-links-based picking machine was proposed in this paper. The working principle and process of this device was analyzed. The mechanism kinematics equation was given, and the velocity executive body was obtained, as well as the acceleration. The acceleration at pivotal positions was tested in the camellia fruit forest, and the simulated results agreed well with the experimental ones. Then, the maximum acceleration of executive body and weight was considered as the optimization objective, and the rotating speed of crank, the radius and thickness of crank and the length and radius of link rod were regarded as the design variable. Based on the Kriging surrogate model, the relationship between variables and optimization objectives was built, and their interrelations were analyzed. Finally, the optimal solution was acquired by the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II, which resulted in the reduction of the maximum acceleration of executive body by 31.30%, as well as decrease of weight by 27.51%.

Driving force analysis is performed on the no-spin differential and full-time all-wheel-drive vehicle; this thesis takes an automatic loading mixing vehicle as an example to introduce the compositions and working principle of the driving system. Based on the tire-ground mechanics, the model of the dynamics and the kinematics is established under the walking straight and steering conditions. According to the theoretical model, the influence of the vehicle’s gravity center on the moving system is analyzed. Co-simulation based on LMS Imagine Lab AMESim and LMS Virtual Lab Motion is performed to build the hydraulic driving system and the multi-body dynamics system models. Based on the tire-ground load environment simulation model built by 1D + 3D, various positions of the gravity center of the model are set to compare with the theoretical analysis. Various weight blocks are also added to change the location of the gravity center in the practical experiment. The conclusions that different gravity center positions lead to the change of the driving torque distribution are proved by the simulation results and experimental data.
