This article presents the genesis of the development of the higher educational space of the Republic of Kazakhstan, considers the positions of the authors on the holistic theory of learning, contradictions of modern pedagogy. The introduction of educational technologies into the training system does not lose its relevance. This is due primarily to the fact that practice and social demand do not reduce, but, on the contrary, increase the requirements for teachers. Practice indicates that training through the using of innovative didactics allows integrating educational technologies and increasing its effectiveness. During recent years, it has been done a lot to develop innovative didactics and the use of educational technologies to improve the educational process; this can be clearly seen especially in the process of improving students' assimilability of theoretical material. Teachers of a higher, special educational institution need to master the innovative didactics purposefully and assertively of both its theoretical basis and its practical component expressed in intensive and interactive learning technologies: games, trainings, cases, game design, creative techniques and many other teaching techniques, because they develop the basic competence and multicompetence of the teacher. The teacher of a higher, special educational institution should have the skills and abilities necessary for the profession, which create the prerequisites for psychological readiness to introduce intensive training technologies into real practice.

There are numerous disputes and discussions about the need to introduce online learning technologies into the educational process of the university. However, the welcoming examples of individual educational institutions should not give rise to the illusion of complete and widespread prosperity. In many Russian universities, the situation with the introduction of new teaching aids is, to put it mildly, difficult both in terms of the availability of an organizational strategy and in terms of cultural changes. The article attempts to characterize the situation with online education in universities based on an analysis of the expectations of students who seem ready to move to digital, and the decisions of the Bologna process, requiring the introduction of online components in the educational process of universities. In addition, the authors of the article provide an overview of the initial attempts to introduce online learning into the educational process of universities in a particular region, taking into account the systematic and psychological difficulties that have arisen. As the best option, the authors propose a combination of online education with a research component in order to preserve the university’s status as a center of science and education.

The article deals with the organization of independent work of students with the active use of innovative educational technologies that open up new opportunities for optimizing the educational process in a medical university and set teachers tasks that are aimed at developing modern forms and methods of its implementation, which contribute to the organization of professional activities at a qualitatively new level. The purpose of the article is to analyze various aspects and methods of independent work of students in the light of innovative educational technologies in the study of internal medicine to optimize the educational process. The site of the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy has a web-page of Internal Medicine Department № 1, where students can find guidelines for independent work for IV and VI courses in preparation for classes in Ukrainian, Russian and English using the Internet. Future doctors use multimedia technologies at meetings of the student scientific society, during educational events and open lessons for school students, organizing educational hours among the student audience, which expands opportunities for creativity, develops competence and mobility, and strengthens the role of independent work. Using the information of the group "department of internal medicine № 1" in the social network Facebook, students not only master modern learning technologies in the era of the so-called information society but also master communication skills with other people, learn to search in different ways and analyze certain information. As a result of the functioning of the computer class, students have the opportunity to pass the test control of the initial and final levels of knowledge in the current and final practical classes, test tasks from the license exam "KROK-2", which encourages them to more thorough preparation for classes in internal medicine. In the course of studying internal medicine, it is important to create and optimize conditions for independent work of students for further development of professional competencies of a doctor: the ability to work with information on the global Internet, to use the capabilities of modern computer systems and innovative technologies to solve professional problems. The use of innovative educational technologies in the organization of independent work of future doctors at Internal Medicine Department № 1 contributes to a deeper study of internal medicine, the formation of professional knowledge and their application in practice, and strengthening the connection between educational and scientific work, and also optimizes the learning process of medical students, which ensures the dynamic development of a specialist's personality, activates his creative and clinical thinking, helps to implement an individual approach to training and meets the requirements of modern medical education.

Introduction. The relevance of the research is underpinned by the lack of conceptual and methodological framework for the upgrade of educational practices against the background of common transition to new educational technologies associated with e-learning and distance learning technologies. The purpose of this article is to identify the key features of constructivist pedagogy to build the educational design understood as a set of teaching practices to create a series of educational events that allow a teacher to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in the most effective way. Materials and methods. We used methods of critical analysis of modern constructivist epistemology approaches; we applied methods of ideal type differentiation and content analysis; we used principles of definition of concepts reflecting the substance of constructivist pedagogical paradigm. Results. The analysis of modern forms of the constructivist pedagogical paradigm revealed its capabilities for overcoming crisis points in modern processes of common transition to e-learning formats and distance learning technologies. Increasing information competence of teachers will make it possible to leverage constructivist methods and stimulate the students' abilities to create their own sense of learning. Among the innovative educational technologies of constructivist pedagogy, there is a great potential for education related to the performance of creative artistic tasks in non-artistic professional education. Conclusion. The constructivist pedagogical paradigm is a new philosophy of education that is likely to systematically restructure the educational process at the undergraduate level and form an active position of student as the main subject of educational process.
