The article reviews the scientific literature on the quality of distance learning. The forced temporary transfer of the educational process to a distance form is considered as an unplanned event to assess the quality of education, which allows us to assess the effectiveness of the management system in education for all participants in educational relations, as well as to determine the directions of modernization and development of the education system as a whole. The use of digital technologies in the educational process helps the teacher to more fully build interaction with students, improve their methodological and organizational skills and competencies, use visual formats for presenting various information, which, in turn, contributes to the development of cognitive activity of schoolchildren and students. Educational interaction in the framework of distance learning has a special specificity and special qualities that place increased demands on the professional competence and pedagogical qualifications of teachers, as well as on the personal and professional competencies of all subjects of the distance educational process. Distance learning now allows interaction between the trainers and trainees, but not fully appropriate to ensure the achievement of learning objectives, learning content of the subject and control assessment of knowledge, skills, competencies. Distance learning technologies should complement (and this is their significant functionality and potential), and not replace the already established traditional face-to-face forms of educational interaction, models and methods of teaching.

The article establishes that the student-centered approach is a requirement of time, a response to the educational needs of higher education seekers, as well as employers. The purpose of the article is to generalize the concepts, determine the basic properties and requirements of student-centered education on the basis of the analysis of the national legislation and scientific works of domestic scientists. It was found that the essence of the corresponding paradigm is that the applicant for higher education is a conscious, active, full-fledged, responsible subject of his studies and his own life. It is revealed that the main requirements of the student-centered approach are the creation of an educational environment that takes into account the needs, interests, abilities, general characteristics of applicants, focused on them, as well as establishing between teachers and students as the main subjects of the educational process. mutual respect and trust. It is stated that the full implementation of the student-centered approach is possible only by providing a set of organizational and normative (relevant provisions of educational legislation and local regulations) and psychological and pedagogical, including methodological, (forms, methods and technologies of teaching) to enhance cognitive activity VO, therefore, should provide for solving problems, discussing them in a group, forming and justifying their position) conditions. Emphasis is placed on the fact that student-centered learning is learning that requires the creation of opportunities for higher education to build an individual educational trajectory. As a result of the analysis of the domestic educational legislation it is revealed that ways of realization of an individual educational trajectory are a choice by applicants of educational disciplines of not less than 25% of volume of ECTS credits on OP, and also a possibility of a choice of forms, methods, technologies of training. research, etc. Key words: human-centeredness, academic freedom, higher education, educational program, subject of study, innovative learning technologies, individual educational trajectory.

The article analyzes different approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "monitoring", clarifies the essence of the concept of monitoring the quality of student learning outcomes in higher education institutions. The Ukrainian laws for monitoring the quality of higher education learning outcomes is analyzed. The essence of the concept of "pedagogical factor" from the standpoint of modern scientists is considered, its main types (external and internal) are revealed. Three main pedagogical factors for organizing and conducting monitoring of the quality of student learning outcomes in higher education institutions have been identified and substantiated, namely: readiness of subjects of the educational process to monitor student learning outcomes in higher education institutions; phases monitoring of the quality of student learning outcomes in higher education institutions; development of educational and methodological support for monitoring the quality of student learning outcomes in higher education institutions. The essence and three main types of readiness of the subjects of the educational process to monitor the quality of student learning outcomes in higher education institutions are outlined, namely: psychological, logistical, documentary. Emphasis is placed on three main criteria for the readiness of students to monitor the quality of student learning outcomes in higher education institutions, namely: cognitive, practical-logical, value-motivational. The step-by-step organization of monitoring of the quality of student learning outcomes in higher education institutions by highlighting the main six successive stages of its implementation is revealed. It has been determined who has the right to organize pedagogical monitoring of the quality of students' learning outcomes in higher education institutions. Emphasized the importance of developing educational and methodological support for monitoring the quality of student learning outcomes in higher education institutions, introduction of innovative learning technologies based on the use of modern educational platforms and modification of the educational process by using elements of distance learning during teaching disciplines.

The article highlights the need for positive changes in education through the use of innovative learning technologies. Analysis of scientific sources shows that this problem is urgent in the education system. Modern findings of equipping teachers with knowledge based on the innovations and child-centered approach are considered. The meaning and the content of flipped learning concept is specified; the own vision of the term is offered in the article. The principles of literary competence formation among high school students with the use of blended learning are substantiated and determined. The methodological aspects of the model application in a modern school are covered as well as its essence, features, advantages, possible difficulties and conditions which ensure the acquisition of literary education. The appropriateness of introducing such training in Ukrainian literature lessons is substantiated. The use of flipped learning at the Ukrainian literature lesson is demonstrated, due to which students acquire moral and ethical values. In the article there are covered methodological aspects of the Flipped Classroom, implementation possibilities of the competence approach in teaching of Ukrainian literature. The educational process is modeled in accordance with the modern requirements of student-oriented approach and task-based approach and Flipped classroom at the lesson of Ukrainian literature. The article proposes an algorithm based on the flipped learning for conducting the 11th grade Ukrainian literature lesson about the life and career of Valerian Pidmohylny. It is noted that the effective acquisition of knowledge occurs due to a combination of traditional and innovative learning, and it also depends on the student’s moral values and the staged use of technological learning. It is justified that the reading experience is based on the ability to analyze, interpret, compare, draw parallels, draw conclusions, use knowledge of literary theory in practice. It is primarily a combination of logical and sensory aspects, modern means of education, remote teaching and online learning, these components allow students to acquire competencies through projects, discussions and other activities. It is proved that the combination of traditional and innovative learning approaches including the virtual and real educational resources contributes to the transformation of literary knowledge into social and reading experience, prepares students for productive activities by turning them into active learners and changing teachers' role from the main source of knowledge to facilitator

The present article considers the results of implementing the distance learning technologies at Vinnytsia National Pirogov Memorial Medical University in the process of mastering the discipline "Internal Medicine". Today, the amount of information that is so necessary for obtaining, understanding and mastering knowledge is growing rapidly. Given the current pace of development of education, today it is quite important to find innovative forms of quality organization of the educational process. This led to the introduction of information technology in education and the formation of a separate type of learning - distance learning. Now in Ukraine, distance learning is widely developing at all levels of education, this makes it possible to individualize the process of acquiring knowledge, abilities, skills and methods of human cognitive activity, which occurs mainly through the indirect interaction of participants in the educational process distant from each other in a specialized environment, functioning based on modern information and communication technologies.

The purpose of the academic paper is to reveal and define the set of competences of teachers of higher educational institutions, corresponding to the concept of “lifelong learning”. The study was conducted by surveying four higher educational institutions in Ukraine and Poland. Along with this, the basic components of the general competence of teachers of higher educational institutions are as follows: professional, psychological-communicative and academic competence. A set of certain features has been selected for a clear and concise essence of competences. It has been established that the competence of introduction of innovative learning technologies in the educational process, research, digital and competence of lifelong learning are relevant in accordance with the requirements. Systematization of indicators of professional, psychological-communicative and academic competence has made it possible to reveal that the improvement of these characteristics is achieved through continuous learning. It has been proved that the development of tools for assessing the competence teachers of higher educational institutions will help identify positive or negative trends.
