The development of coherent dialogical speech is most effectively carried out in preschool age, since this period is favorable for the development of the ability to master oral speech. However, this problem is not always given due attention within the framework of the educational process of preschool institutions, the work is carried out mainly in special classes on speech development. Besides, in various types of organized educational activities, there are great opportunities for teaching dialogue to children, one of which may be a workshop. The empirical part of the work was carried out on a sample of 50 children from the pre-primary education group, at the age of 6-7 years attending the preschool educational institution "Kindergarten No. 26" in the city of Kirov (Kirov region, Russian Federation). For diagnosing their level of dialogic speech development, the methodology for identifying the level of development of dialogical communication skills by M.M. Alekseeva, V.I. Yashina; diagnostics of dialogical speech development in preschool children by A.V. Chulkova. The statistical analysis was carried out through mathematical statistics – Pearson’s test. On the basis of the data obtained, it was concluded that productive activity is an effective means of developing the dialogical speech of senior preschool children; speech skills and abilities include the ability to make contact; the ability to make a request for information; replication; possession of speech etiquette; communication emotionality; the ability to compose a dialogue. The effectiveness of workshops as a means of developing the dialogical speech of 6-7-year-old children can be ensured by creating the following conditions: providing children with the opportunity to conduct dialogues at all technological stages of the workshop; implementation of various forms of organizing children’s joint activities; providing children with the opportunity to organize exhibitions, presentations and playing around hand-made crafts. In the process of applying the technology, the possibilities of each stage of developing children’s speech skills should be taken into account. According to the results of the experimental group χ2emp=31.922, which exceeds the critical value, therefore, the discrepancies between the distributions are statistically valid. The prospect of the study is to study the development of children’s communication skills during the workshop.

The purpose of the paper is to search for arguments to confirm the working hypothesis about the importance of implementing a systemic approach to using the effective means of ensuring economic security of higher education institutions in terms of their further involvement in market relations. It is necessary to adapt the universal concept of a systemic approach to the peculiarities of the participants’ relations in the educational process. Methodology. To solve the problems arising from the purpose of the study, methods of generalization and systematization of primary information obtained during the observation of the practice of domestic higher education centers, as well as data from state statistics have been used. Results. Modern centers of educational services are going through a period of profound transformation. Along with the strengthening of business requirements for the quality of intellectual capital they produce, the competitive confrontation with Ukrainian and, more recently, foreign providers of educational services has significantly intensified. Moreover, the relevant state policy has changed dramatically, accordingly, it is becoming increasingly difficult to rely on budget funding, and the economic security is becoming a daily affair of the whole academic management. Taking care of the future well-being is becoming a matter for everyone: from the rector to the head of the department, even professors and senior lecturers. The scientific work has examples of how this problem is solved in relations with key stakeholders: applicants, educational institutions operating in common market segments, representatives of the business community, state executive authorities. The subject of special attention is the internal system structure, the important characteristics of which are considered to be flexibility, balance, and economy. For this reason, it is proposed to distinguish key activities of the educational institution: operating, research and development of the institution and administration. The vectors for development are determined: digitalization, personalization of education, project approach to the formation of educational content, a combination of its formal and informal forms.

In today's society there are social and cultural changes that characterize the modern style of formation of human relationships, changing models of interpersonal interaction. These processes penetrate even the level of the relationship between preschool children and adults (parents, teachers and other adults) with whom they interact. Parents, as the founders of a positive family microclimate, form in children value orientations and moral norms, cultivate in them personal qualities in order to gradually engage in social activities. The institution of the family needs pedagogical support from the very first educational institution – the institution of preschool education, in particular from the preschool teacher, in matters of choosing effective and appropriate educational technologies in the moral sphere. In view of this, there is a need for scientific substantiation and methodological support of the educational process aimed at forming the personality of a preschool child in an adequate model of interpersonal interaction, in which the child is the subject of real relationships established and developed on the basis of moral values. formation of respectful attitude in children of the 5th year of life to adults. Historical analysis of scientific and pedagogical experience allows us to assert the priority of values in society and human life, because the future of society and its culture will depend on how much they are accepted and actualized by each person. In the context of the national revival of the spirituality and culture of the Ukrainian people, the formation of the individual and, in particular, its moral sphere, is a priority of the philosophical, psychological and pedagogical aspects of society. The culture of intergenerational relations is analyzed and its types are singled out (M. Mead): post-figurative, co-figurative, pre-figurative. The purpose and tasks of research are defined, in particular: philosophical researches are described, structural elements of concepts «morality», «moral values» are specified. The potential of the Ukrainian fairy tale in the context of the research topic is revealed; the functions performed by fairy tales are analyzed: mirrors, alternative concepts, models, mediation, changes of position, storage of experience. Pedagogical conditions of formation of respectful attitude to adults in children of the 5th year of life are substantiated, namely: creation of developmental environment in preschool educational institution for the purpose of maintenance of a positive emotional background of perception by pupils of moral maintenance of fairy tales; systematic enrichment of knowledge of children of the 5th year of life by the content of fairy tales of moral orientation; involvement of children in practically oriented activities in the context of creative interpretation of fairy tales with subsequent behavioral projection and tested their effectiveness in the educational process of preschool education in Ukraine. Comparative results of experimental research are described. The obtained data testify to the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of respectful attitude in children 5 years old to adults with the help of a Ukrainian fairy tale. The prospect of further research requires the question of the educational trajectory of educators in order to increase their pedagogical competence in moral education.

The article deals with the problem of Russian-Ukrainian bilingualism formation of preschool children under the conditions of the multicultural and multilingual environment of south-eastern Ukraine. It corresponds to the objective need to teach childrenthe Ukrainian language as a state language in preschool institutions with a predominantly Russian-speaking organization of the educational process. As it turned out, the process of bilingualism formation in children faces several contradictions arising between the sociolinguistic specifics of the South-Eastern region of the country and the linguistic situation in preschool institutions, between the actual level of preschool children’s knowledge of their native language and the Ukrainian language; between the level of language-consciousness development of children and the applied methodological tools of bilingualism formation. The most frequent errors in common practice in the formation of secondary phonetic, grammatical, dialogical, and communicative skills are singled out; the effective means of coping with cross-language interference, methodical ways of maximizing the positive impact of the transposition are named. Bilingualism formation in a multilingual environment can be successful if the training is based on the principles of reliance on pupils’ native language, on awareness and communication, taking into account the function of language units. The main conditions of bilingualism formation are the following: parity in the bilingual educational potential of preschool institutions’ speech environment; provision of conscious learning of a second language based on the native language; maximum immersion of children in the actual communicative speech and in language-play activities; the presence of positive emotional stimuli.
