The desire of contemporary society to improve the quality of life through the organization of wider access to education for people with disabilities raises several issues concerning the conditions for organizing inclusive education. In the article based on theoretical analysis and practical experience in implementing five-year research and educational project in cooperation with the Moscow City University, the hypothesis is substantiated that using specially developed didactic materials, individual training of applicants according to an adapted curriculum, and adaptive teaching methods, it is possible to ensure successful foreign language training of a foreign language teacher for blind and visually impaired adults enrolled in the inclusive education in an undergraduate program. The purpose of the study is to find the possibilities of teaching a foreign language to totally blind adults studying in an inclusive educational environment of a higher educational institution with the subsequent successful implementation of their professional activities. The scientific novelty of the research is seen in the development and testing of a model of methodically substantiated professionally-focused educational trajectory of foreign language education for totally blind adults studying at the university. Using classical research methods, such as the study of scientific literature and accumulated methodological experience, trial training, observation, and questionnaires, the researchers came to conclusions about the feasibility and productivity of the proposed approach to teaching English to blind students in an inclusive environment, contributing to a more effective professional training of people with disabilities, improving their self-esteem, better adaptation to life, as well as professional and personal advancement of all participants in the educational process.

The quality of life within the organizational environment has not reflected positively on people with disabilities, because in addition to their common characteristics, they carry others that limit them to perform tasks that are simple for others. In this sense, the study aims to analyze the quality of life at work of people with disabilities in private school. The research has qualitative, descriptive and comparative character. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Three public educational institutions and one private educational institution participated in the research. The main findings were that in public educational institutions there were no people with disabilities, so they could not analyze their quality of life in these institutions. In the private institution there are people with disabilities, having this type of employee is the initiative of the organization and not only because there are laws that require them to have a percentage of this type of employee. This type of employee is treated like other employees, from the recruitment and selection stage to the performance evaluation. However, they suffer prejudice from students and employees of the educational institutions themselves. To reduce this, internal awareness actions are proposed.

The article is devoted to the analysis of modern approaches to the organization of the educational process, which would contribute to the formation of a category of lawyers with the necessary knowledge and are capable of preparing and implementing reforms in the political and legal system of their state. It is determined that modern legal education poses its own requirements to the applicant, namely to be a comprehensively developed, independent, self-sufficient person, guided in life by his own knowledge and beliefs, in this regard, the issue of professional training of a modern lawyer, which could withstand modern challenges, becomes especially relevant. It is noted that the training of the future lawyer should be aimed at forming a versatile specialist (lawyer), ready to fulfill a complex set of modern practical tasks for the legal protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person and citizen. On this basis, the training of future lawyers should take into account modern approaches to the educational process. The most important of them are analyzed on the example of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (hereinafter - NULES of Ukraine). First, the quality of specialists’ training substantially depends on quality of teaching subject matters which is defined by providing applicants with the corresponding training material (modern qualitative textbooks, manuals, study guides, didactic materials, etc.). And most importantly - the use of computer technology, electronic educational resources, with the help of which the interaction of the sphere of higher education with other spheres of life of society is ensured. Of course, modern ICTs increase the efficiency of the educational process, open the possibility of introducing completely new methods of teaching and learning. However, the implications of the growing importance of ICT in general, and the Internet in particular, should also be taken into account. The use of modern ICTs has become an integral part of the educational process of NULES of Ukraine during the Covid-19 pandemic. Secondly, taking into account modern trends in the field of education, the training of future lawyers should not ignore one of the most important indicators of the quality of higher legal education - the use of a foreign language in the educational process, in particular English. In particular, the NULES of Ukraine provides teaching in English of certain legal disciplines for applicants for higher education of the first (bachelor's) level. Thirdly, the training of a lawyer should be not only theoretical, but also practical. Practical training of a lawyer involves work during practical classes, internships in enterprises, institutions and organizations, self-training by independently performing certain tasks. However, it is worth highlighting another form of practical component of the training of future lawyers - these are legal clinics. To date, such a form of specialists’ practical training in the field of law has been effectively introduced into the educational process of higher educational institutions of Ukraine of the III-IV levels of accreditation. NULES of Ukraine is no exception. The Legal Clinic «Protection and Justice» operates on the basis of the Department of International Law and Comparative Law. It is proved that the quality of specialists’ training in the field of law depends on many factors (the use of modern ICT in the educational process, electronic educational resources, the possibilities of foreign languages in teaching legal disciplines, etc.). However, to a large extent, the quality of training depends on the practical component of the educational process, and therefore special attention should be paid to this component. The development and implementation of models for determining the quality of professional training of future specialists remain significant problems for pedagogical science and practice. The relevance of the study confirms the fact that the change in requirements for training requires finding new approaches to quality management of the educational process of the university and all-round quality of the study. This raises the question of what performance is characterized by the quality of training, and how they can be measured in the educational process. To effectively solve the problem of quality of educational process management has been developed and multifactor mathematical model of quality tested experimentally. Using this model, it is possible to scientifically determine the parameters that influence the quality as much as possible, rank the parameters by the "strength of their influence" on the quality and predict the dependence of the quality change on the change in its parameters by 1%. Interpretation of parameters has been solved with the help of «Diagnostic Center» author's computing environment, diagnostic tests and the grading scale. The developed mathematical model can be built for any educational institution, for various specialties, the influence of external and internal factors. The accuracy of the model building will be the higher, the greater the statistical data used in the conclusion of multivariate equations. To confirm the effectiveness of our proposed innovative methodology for diagnosing the levels of quality parameters, a pedagogical experiment was conducted. The results obtained in the process of the pedagogical experiment give grounds to assert that the developed methodology for comprehensive quality diagnosis using the author's computer environment “Diagnostic Center” gave a positive result and helped to increase the quality levels of training of future specialists.

The article highlights the organizational issues of social inclusion in modern educational institutions, ensuring equal access to education without discrimination at all levels. The author argues that inclusive education guarantees every child the right to self-realization, socialization in society, promotes the disclosure of natural abilities, obtaining the necessary help and support from parents, peers, teachers, and professionals. It is necessary to create a new culture of acceptance and social inclusion so as to allow every individual to feel a part of the community and be recognized in society. Psychological and pedagogical support is perhaps the most important for stimulating the successful provision of inclusive education. Inclusive education provides an equality-based learning environment for children with mental and physical disabilities and their healthy peers. In the focus are the main aspects of psychological and pedagogical support: the creation of a tolerant attitude to students with disorders of psychophysical development, the favorable climate in an educational institution; involvement of every child in social processes, acceptance by teachers, peers, family, and understanding the special educational needs of everyone; providing a correctional and developmental component of inclusive education. The article considers the basic principles of correctional-pedagogical work in educational institutions, emphasizing the strengths and weaknesses of this activity. The author states that the quality of the educational process largely depends on the extent to which the potential opportunities for learning and development of each child, his/her individual characteristics are taken into account and realized. The professional competence of a teacher and its constant improvement in the changing conditions of inclusive education contribute greatly to the learning process efficiency. To ensure the principles implementation effectiveness, teachers ought to concentrate on the organization of correctional and developmental work. They have to develop a system of correctional, preventive, developmental tasks, promote the unity of diagnosis and corrective methods of psychological influence, taking into account age and individual characteristics, and active involvement of the immediate social environment. The study seeks out to identify the main problems that arise during the organization of inclusive education (shortcomings of the legal framework, funding, content of education, adaptation of secondary schools, lack of proper teachers' training, specialized textbooks, and various socio-psychological issues). The findings of the study argue that in today's rapidly changing conditions, the educational environment is not isolated from external and internal factors that can cause both positive results and generate destructive changes. A system of preventive measures is offered to ensure the successful implementation of social inclusion
