Objective. This article has analyzed the publications of articles in scientific events using open data from the Lattes Platform. Design/Methodology/Approach. The LattesDataXplorer tool was used to extract curricular data from the Lattes Platform. The selection stage consisted of verifying which curricula had works published in scientific events. In the treatment stage, a characterization of the articles was carried out, thus allowing the analysis of articles published in scientific events. Results/Discussion. It was possible to carry out some characterizations such as temporal analysis, analysis by a large area of expertise, and which articles use persistent identifiers. The temporal analysis made it possible to verify how many articles were published per year. Through the analysis by a large area of action, the individuals with the highest and lowest rate of publication in annals of events were identified. Approximately 3% of articles report the persistent identifier (DOI). Conclusions. The peak of publications is in 2011, afterwards, there was a significant drop. Individuals from Health Sciences have a higher rate of publication in event proceedings, while individuals from the Exact and Earth Sciences have a lower volume of publications. Only 30,936 of the articles have a persistent identifier, but individuals from the Exact and Earth Sciences (30.68%) are the ones who use persistent identifiers the most. Originality/Value. From data extracted from the Lattes Platform, the results of original research that seeks to characterize Brazilian scientific production utilizing events are presented.

This study aimed to reveal the situation of young women farmers (YWFs) who benefited from cattle farming support for three years in Kırıkkale, one of the provinces where the study was carried out. In Kırıkkale province, 397 young farmers were supported and 250 of them were YWFs. The projects with the highest grant support were cattle farming projects, and they constituted 62.22% of the projects (247 units). The rate of YWF who benefited from cattle farming support for three years was higher than young men farmers (YMF) and was determined as 59.51%. In this study, face-to-face survey questionnaires were filled in the 2020 year with 36 YWFs and 36 YMFs. As a result of the study, it was determined that YMFs have more experience in cattle breeding than YWFs. It is seen that especially YWFs are married and their families have high non-agricultural income; their husbands support especially YWFs at the application stage. 52.78% of YWFs and 69.44% of YMFs stated that they want to expand their farms with the given support. As a result of the study, it was determined that there was a significant increase in the number of animals after the given support to the young farmers, and it was revealed that the most important problem of the young farmers was that they had financial difficulties in the supply of production inputs. It is seen that this project, which has both social and economic aspects, encourages YWFs to take more part in agricultural activities. However, it is important to determine more effective criteria at the selection stage, follow up and supervise the beneficiaries of the incentives both during and after the project, and support the successful ones to grow their farms. Keywords: Young women farmers, young farmers project support, rural development, kırıkkale-Turkiye.

This study uses empirical research by describing the implementation of the functions of regional regulatory bodies in practice associated with statutory regulations related to the formation of regional regulations. The research data used is primary data through interviews and secondary data through the collection of articles relevant to the procedures for implementing the functions of regional regulatory bodies. Furthermore, data analysis uses qualitative data analysis by describing in fact the implementation of the function of the regional regulation formation body in relation to regulations on the formation of regional regulations. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the function of the regional regulation formation agency has not been effective because in the process of submitting a proposal for a regional regulation, it is not careful in realizing a higher level statutory order and in the selection stage the proposed regional regulation does not consider the priority scale based on the Regional Government Work Plan. The ineffective implementation of the functions of the Regional Regulation Formation Bodies in Pangkajene and Islands Regencies is caused by factors of legal substance, legal structure, facilities and legal culture

In health science there is a technique to determine the level of risk of pregnancy, namely the Poedji Rochyati score technique. In this evaluation technique, the level of pregnancy risk is calculated from the values of 22 parameters obtained from pregnant women. Under certain conditions, some parameter values are unknown. This causes the level of risk of pregnancy can not be calculated. For that we need a way to predict pregnancy risk status in cases of incomplete attribute values. There are several studies that try to overcome this problem. The research "classification of pregnancy risk using cost sensitive learning" [3] applies cost sensitive learning to the process of classifying the level of pregnancy risk. In this study, the best classification accuracy achieved was 73% and the best value was 77.9%. To increase the accuracy and recall of predicting pregnancy risk status, in this study several improvements were proposed. 1) Using ensemble learning based on classification tree 2) using the SVMattributeEvaluator evaluator to optimize the feature subset selection stage. In the trials conducted using the classification tree-based ensemble learning method and the SVMattributeEvaluator at the feature subset selection stage, the best value for accuracy was up to 76% and the best value for recall was up to 89.5%

Most lung cancers do not cause symptoms until the disease is in its later stage. That led the lung cancer having a high fatality rate compared to other cancer types. Many scientists try to use artificial intelligence algorithms to produce accurate lung cancer detection. This paper used extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost) models as a base model for its effectiveness. It enhanced lung cancer detection performance by suggesting three stages model; feature stage, XGBooste parallel stage and selection stage. This study used two types of gene expression datasets; RNA-sequence and microarray profiles. The results presented the effectiveness of the proposed model, especially in dealing with imbalanced datasets, by having 100% each of sensitivity, specificity, precision, F1_score, area under curve (AUC), and accuracy metrics when it applied on all of the datasets used in this study.

Medical students as early adults have different challenges from high school, especially medical students. Based on the results of the previous study, it was found that medical students experienced anxiety, stress, and even depression with various levels. Ranging from mild to moderate-severe. Various efforts have been made, starting with increasing early detection of students from the first year, to the training stage to increase the role of academic advisory lecturers, to solving student problems that are sent to the counseling guidance section. The purpose of this training is that peer guidance services can be used as a form of guidance and counseling services provided to adolescents or early adults who have low social interaction. Before the training, it was started with the selection stage for peer counselors using an empathy questionnaire, based on the results of the questionnaire 28 students were found to be candidates for peer counselors. The training begins with a pretest then presentation material and case discussions then end with a post-test. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, there was an increase in knowledge about peer counselors, their roles, the benefits of counseling, and media that can be used as promotions as part of the peer counselor's duties. It is hoped that from this training, students can increase the role of assistance to students from the early stages so that severe cases experienced by students both in terms of academic and non-academic can be resolved.
