This study is conducted to examine the rebooting of customer loyalty of Bata products through Guerrilla marketing that helps to sustain their customers. In this era of globalization all firms are facing competition. Bata Company is not an exception. Hence this study will reveal how for this guerilla marketing is effective to sustain in the market. Primary data collected through survey method. Questionnaire constructed and data was collected from customers in Chennai city. Multiple regression analysis tools are used that helps to predict the effect of independent variables on dependent variable. Multiple regression analysis determines the fit of the model and the relative contribution of each of the predictors to the total variance. The variation in loyalty of customers of Bata products through Guerilla marketing is explained by change in design, cost effectiveness, variety of products and offers to attract customers. Each independent variable explains the variance.

The purpose of this study is to find out the commitment and work environment will affect the engagement of YASBU Al-Qomariah Vocational employees. The research method used in this research is explanatory research. The use of this method is because the researcher does not only describe empirical facts found in the field, but also intends to analyze and explain the influence between variables. Data collection is obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study were employees of YASBU Al-Qomariah Vocational High School. Methods Analysis of the data used is the Multiple Regression Analysis, where data is processed with the help of SPSS. The results of testing the data using the regression equation showed the results of a positive and significant effect of commitment to engagement variables with a significant value of 0.001 smaller than 0.05, while the work environment was not significant with a value of 0.563.Keywords: Commitment, work environment, employee engagement.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Efektivitas pembelajaran ilmu resep di SMK bidang keahlian farmasi di Kabupaten Cilacap, dan (2) Pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru, pengelolaan kelas dan sarana prasarana pembelajaran dengan efektivitas pembelajaran ilmu resep pada siswa SMK bidang keahlian farmasi di Kabupaten Cilacap. Populasi seluruh siswa SMK bidang keahlian farmasi kelas XI di kabupaten Cilacap. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert dan rating scale. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas pembelajaran ilmu resep di SMK bidang keahlian farmasi di Kabupaten Cilacap berada pada kategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis regresi ganda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif secara bersama-sama kompetensi profesional guru, pengelolaan kelas dan sarana prasarana pembelajaran terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran ilmu resep di SMK bidang keahlian farmasi di Kabupaten Cilacap dengan koefisien korelasi 0,521 dengan Fhitung=15,497 dan sumbangan efektif 27,1%.  THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PRESCRIBING SCIENCE LEARNING AT PHARMACY SKILL PROGRAM OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN CILACAP REGENCYAbstractThis study aims to reveal: (1) the effectiveness of prescribing science learning at pharmacy skill program of vocational high school in Cilacap Regency, and (2) the effect of teacher’s professional competency, class management and educational facilities and infrastructures on the effectiveness of prescribing science learning at pharmacy skill program of vocational high school in Cilacap Regency. The population is all grade XI students of the pharmacy skill program of vocational high schools in Cilacap Regency. The data were collected by means of questionnaires with the Likertscale model and rating scale. The data were analyzed using the descriptive, simple regression, and multiple regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the effectiveness of perscribing science learning at pharmacy skill program of vocational high school in Cilacap Regency is in the very good category. The result of the multiple regression analysis shows that there is a positive and significant effect of the teacher’s professional competency, class management and educational facilities and infrastructures as an aggregate on the effectiveness of prescribing science learning at pharmacy skill program of vocational high school in Cilacap Regency with a correlation coefficient of 0.521 with Fobserved= 15.497 and an effective contribution of 27.1%.

This study aimed to determine: (1) the influence of principal leadership on teachers’ performance; (2) the influenceof compensation on teachers’ performance; and (3) the influenceof principal leadership and compensation simultaneously on teachers’ performance. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents and were analyzedby using multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all teachers of SMP NegeriatBabatSupat sub-district, MusiBanyuasin Regency, totaling 134 people. The sampling technique used was probability sampling by using the Slovin formula to obtain 100 teachers as the research sample. The results of the study found that: (1) there was a significant influence between principal leadership on teachers’ performance; (2) there was a significant influence between compensation on teachers’ performance; (3) there was a significant influence between principal leadership and compensation on teachers performance.

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect of teaching experience on teachers’ performance; 2) the an effect of training on teachers’ performance; and (3) the effect of training on teachers’ performance. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study was 703 State Senior High School teachers in Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency. The sample in the study was taken by using purposive sampling technique; thus, the sample of this study were 160 teachers. The results of the study found that: (1) there was an effect of teaching experience on the performance of teachers; 2) There was an effect of training on the performance of the teachers; 3) There was an effect of teaching experience and training simultaneously  on the performance of teachers.

This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

Seaweed-Kappaphycus-Euchema Cottonii and Denticulum species was first cultivated at Sabah side of Sebatik in 2009. By November 2014, sixty one Sabahan seaweed farmers cultivated 122 ha or 3,050 long lines. Thirty Sabahan seaweed farmers in Kampung Pendekar (3.2 m.t dried) and 31 in Burst Point (12.5 m.t dried) produced 16 metric tonnes of dried seaweed contributed 31% to Tawau’s total production (51 m.t). The remaining 69% were from farmers in Cowie Bay that separates Sebatik from municipality of Tawau. Indonesian in Desa Setabu, Sebatik started in 2008. However, the number of Indonesian seaweed farmers, their cultivated areas and production (as well as quality) in Sebatik increased many times higher and faster than the Sabah side of Sebatik. In 2009 more than 1,401 households in Kabupaten Nunukan (including Sebatik) cultivated over 700 ha and have produced 55,098.95 and 116, 73 m.t dried seaweed in 2010 and 2011 respectively. There is a divergence in productions from farming the sea off the same island under similar weather conditions. Which of the eight explanatory factors were affecting production of seaweeds in Sebatik? Using Cobb Douglas production function, Multiple Regression analysis was conducted on 100 samples (50 Sabahan and 50 Indonesian). Results; Variable significant at α = 0.05% are Experience in farming whereas Farm size; Quantity of propagules and Location — Dummy are the variables significant at α 0.01%. Not significant are variables Fuel; Age; Number of family members involved in farming and Education level.

AbstractInternet addiction has become a worrying phenomenon for Indonesian teenagers. This research was conducted to determine whether the psychological factors will influence internet addiction in adolescents. This research uses quantitative with multiple regression analysis method. The winning sample is 200 adolescents. The instrument collects data using a scale internet addiction scale that compiled by Griffiths (2005) and developed by Lemmens (2009), Parenting Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) developed by Buri (1991), Social Skill Inventory (SSI) developed by Riggio (1986), and A Rasch-Type Loneliness Scale compiled by De Jong Gierveld (2006).  The results showed that there were significant differences in the parenting style, social skills, and loneliness on the tendency of internet addiction in adolescents.AbstrakAdiksi Internet menjadi salah satu fenomena yang mengkhawatirkan untuk remaja Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor psikologis apakah yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kecenderungan adiksi internet pada remaja. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 200 remaja dengan menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur sebagai berikut, alat ukur adiksi internet yang dikembangkan oleh Lemmens (2009), Parenting Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Buri (1991), Social Skill Inventory (SSI) yang dikembangkan oleh Riggio (1986), dan A Rasch-Type Loneliness Scale yang disusun oleh De Jong Gierveld (2006). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian ditemukan pengaruh signifikan gaya pengasuhan, keterampilan sosial, dan kesepian terhadap kecenderungan adiksi internet pada remaja.
