ABSTRACT [The Effectiveness of Using a Model Problem-based Learning (PBL) to the Results of Physics Learning on High School Students 9 Lubuklinggau]. The objective of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of problem-based learning model. The research method used experiments with the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample in this research is the students of class XI A and class XI B SMA N 9 Lubuklinggau City which amounted to 50 students. The technique of collecting data in this research is a test. The test is in the form of pretest and finally test (posttest). The purpose of holding initial and final tests to determine the effectiveness of Physics learning with PBM model and conventional learning. The test instrument that was made before the test was tested was done by panelists test using Intracorelation class coefficient (ICC). Data analysis technique used in this research is t-test. The results showed that there are differences in student learning outcomes taught with Problem-Based Learning model (PBM) with students taught with conventional learning model. The difference can be seen in the result of t-test which yields t-count> t-table (3,98> 2.01). The effectiveness of using the PBM model in the experimental class is 13.5% better than in the control class. Keywords: Effectiveness; model; PBL; learning outcomes.

This study aims to find out how the application of the problem based learning (PBL), and the learning outcomes of Nahwu students; and to know the effect of the problem based learning model on Nahwu results at Wahid Hasyim Sleman High School. This type of research is Experimental Research with comparative data. The subject of this research is class X Mipa 1 as an experimental class and class X IPS as a control class. The results of this study indicate that the average experimental class students before applying the PBL learning model is 74. While the average control class students before being given treatment is 72. The average experimental class students after applying the PBL is 85, and the average control class after being given a treatment of 74. From the results of the T test analysis obtained a significance value of 0,000. That is, the PBL is influential in improving student Nahwu learning outcomes. This shows that the class given a PBL model on average is bigger than the class applied in the conventional learning model. The difference is significant. That is, the PBL model is influential in improving the learning outcomes of Nahwu.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there are significant differences in learning outcomes between students whose learning uses PBL learning models with PjBL learning models in the Vibration and Wave material in Class VIII Belitang Madang Raya 3 Middle School Learning Year 2017/2018. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were class VIII students in the Belitang State Junior High School 3 in Madang Raya consisting of 6 classes. The sampling technique in this study was carried out in a random manner through drawing existing classes. Data collection techniques to find out the learning outcomes of students using tests, and testing hypotheses using the z-test. Based on student learning outcomes after the test is obtained the average value of the experimental class I is 81.88 and the average value of the experimental class II is 73.2. There are significant differences in learning outcomes between students whose learning uses the PBL learning model with the PjBL learning model in the material of Vibration and Waves in Class VIII of the State Middle School 3 Belitang Madang Raya Learning Year 2017/2018. This can be seen from the value of Zhit = 39.3 not located between -1.96 and 1.96, so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Project Based Learning, Student Learning Outcomes.

Creativity is one of four crucial competencies for students in the 21st century. It has an important role in forming a superior generation to face challenges 4.0. This research is set to determine the difference of the influence of using the project-based-learning model on the students' creativity and cognitive learning outcomes. It is experimental research by using non-parametric data analysis techniques. Kruskal Wallis test is employed to test hypothesis then a post hoc follow-up test (Mann-Whitney U) is carried out. The sample is the entire population of the students of class X SMAN 1 Amarasi Timur, Indonesia. Creativity and cognitive learning outcomes are measured by using material momentum and impulse. Student’s creativity is measured by using a closed questionnaire that consists of positive, negative statements, and project work results. Meanwhile students’ cognitive learning outcomes are measured using a multiple-choice test with 22 questions. The results research inform that there is a significant influence of using the project-based-learning model on students' creativity and cognitive learning outcomes.

The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes in theme 4 using the Problem Based Learning Model. The research cond ucted was a Classroom Action Research (PTK) consisting of three cycles, with each cycle consisting of a pre-test meeting. The stages of each cycle are planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Each meeting was conducted with a post test to determine the development of students. In the first cycle the students who completed after carrying out the post test were 66.66%. In the second cycle students who completed after carrying out the post test were 92%. In cycle III the students who completed after carrying out the post test were 100%. These results indicate that the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model can improve student learning outcomes, especially the theme 4 Class V at SDIT Nurul Islam Butuh.

This study explored the effect of problem-based learning and motivation toward learning outcomes of the subject of computer routing network. Computer routing network is part of the subject of computer network design in a computer network engineering class. The purpose of this study was to examine the difference in learning outcomes between students treated with the problems based learning model and treated with direct learning model by considering students’ learning motivation. This study was categorized as quasi-experimental designed with a factorial experimental design. The sampling technique used purpose-sampling. The data were analyzed using a two-way Anava method. The results of the study showed that (1) the learning outcomes of students in the subject of routing network with problem-based learning model was better than the student treated with direct instruction learning, (2) based on the learning outcomes in the subject of routing network, a group of students with high motivation was better, and (3) there is an interaction between the application of problem-based-learning model and motivation to the students learning outcomes.
