This study aims to find out how the application of the problem based learning (PBL), and the learning outcomes of Nahwu students; and to know the effect of the problem based learning model on Nahwu results at Wahid Hasyim Sleman High School. This type of research is Experimental Research with comparative data. The subject of this research is class X Mipa 1 as an experimental class and class X IPS as a control class. The results of this study indicate that the average experimental class students before applying the PBL learning model is 74. While the average control class students before being given treatment is 72. The average experimental class students after applying the PBL is 85, and the average control class after being given a treatment of 74. From the results of the T test analysis obtained a significance value of 0,000. That is, the PBL is influential in improving student Nahwu learning outcomes. This shows that the class given a PBL model on average is bigger than the class applied in the conventional learning model. The difference is significant. That is, the PBL model is influential in improving the learning outcomes of Nahwu.

Purpose- this study aims tofind out and analyze the appropriate curriculum in Arabic learning during the covid-19 pandemic, where at this time the covid-19 pandemic is increasing and its spread is growing rapidly, so it becomes a challenge for a teacher to overcome the learning so that it continues as it should. , including learning Arabic.   Design/Methodology/Approach- This study used a qualitative approach with a library research method that used books and other literatures as the main object. This research was analyzed descriptively on the content to provide a clear, objective, systematic, analytical and critical description and description of the appropriate Arabic language learning curriculum during the COVID-19 pandemic.   Findings- 4 basics in the development of the Arabic language learning curriculum during the pandemic: 1) the preparation of learning objectives must be adapted to the circumstances of students and socialized to parents to work together to achieve these goals. 2) the content or material content is designed in such a way as to get students to lead to higher order thinking skills. 3) During the learning process the teacher is required to be as creative as possible to guide learning, the use of appropriate methods and media is very influential. 4) evaluation based on project is highly recommended to avoid the possibility of students cheating on each other. Research Limitation/Implications- This study cannot cover all in detail about Arabic language skills, because in essence during the current COVID-19 pandemic, teachers need more ways in which subject matter can be conveyed properly to students. However, this study can provide a comprehensive picture of the needs of Arabic language teachers in teaching, one of which is the use of learning technology.

Purpose-This study aims to 1) describe the organizational management of the TAC program at Thursina IIBS Malang, and 2) the division of tasks in the management of the TAC program at Thursina IIBS Malang.   Design/Methodology/Approach-This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method which was carried out on the TAC program at Thursina IIBS Malang. The data was collected by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data collection is done by reducing data, presenting or presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Data analysis using Miles and Hubberman technique with 1) Data reduction, 2) Data presentation, 3) Data verification. Findings-The results of the study explain that good organizational management is one of the factors for the success of students in learning Arabic, this is evidenced by the large number of Thursina students who have won several Arabic language competitions at the national or even international level. Research Limitation/Implications-This research cannot deepen research on several Arabic language learning program activities in Thursina, because basically there are several Arabic language learning programs that are not enforced temporarily in the midst of the covid'19 pandemic. However, the organizational management of the Arabic language learning program in Thursina can be said to be good and orderly because of the clear structure and the division of tasks in each division in the structure. Because with this clear structure, there is no overlap between one individual and another in carrying out the duties of each individual.

Purpose-assessments conducted at the national level require good quality in these assessment instruments. This research focuses on analyzing item of the arabic final exam questions with the standard indicators set by the ministry of religion for the 2021 madrasahs’ final exams (UM). Design/Methodology/Approach- the researcher used the quantitative approach and the quantitative non-experimental method. As for the basic data are the question items for the Arabic language and the standards set by the Ministry of Religion 2021. the next data is the student's answer items needed to measure reliability and validity. Analysis of the suitability of the questions using a percentage scale, added with Bloom's taxonomy; to measure reliability the anates program was used.  Findings— the results are (1) the arabic language questions tested in jombang are in accordance with the UM standars with a validiity score 92%, (2) as bloom's taxonomy, the cognitive level shows that 42.5% are at level one, 3% at cognitive level two, and 27.5% at cognitive level three. (3) the anates program got reliability score of 0.83.   Research Limitation - collecting much data is difficult because some schools use a randomization program, made the required data cannot be included in the anates.

Abstract: Teachers have an obligation to provide quality teaching. Therefore, teachers always try to develop pedagogical competencies. One of the paths taken by the teacher to achieve that goal is by practicing a lifelong learning culture or andragogy. Starting from this problem, this study aims to examine the learning culture of Arabic teachers in improving pedagogical competence. The principles and characteristics of andragogy theory are used to develop research. The study uses qualitative methods with interview data collection techniques. While the research subjects were Arabic language teachers at the High School level and equivalent in Pekalongan. Data analyzed with Miles and Hubermen stages include, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The practice of andragogy of Arabic teachers in Pekalogan can be said to be good and centered on developing pedagogical and professional competencies while social and moral competencies are the driving force of teachers to do lifelong learning.   Keywords: andragogy, Arabic language teacher and pedagogical competence.   Abstrak: Guru memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan pengajaran yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, guru senantiasa berusaha untuk mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik. Salah satu jalan yang ditempuh oleh guru untuk mencapai tujuan itu ialah dengan mempraktikkan budaya belajar sepanjang hayat atau andragogi. Bertolak dari permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji budaya belajar guru bahasa Arab dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik. Prinsip dan ciri teori andragogi digunakan untuk mengembangkan penelitian. Penelitian menggunaan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara. Sementara subyek penelitian adalah guru bahasa Arab tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas dan sederajat di Pekalongan. Data dianalasis dengan tahapan Miles dan Hubermen meliputi, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Praktik andragogi guru bahasa Arab di Pekalogan dapat dikatakan baik dan berpusat pada pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional sementara kompetensi sosial dan moral merupakan daya dorong guru untuk melakukan belajar sepanjang hayat.   Kata kunci: andragogi, guru bahasa Arab dan kompetensi pedagogik.

Abstract This research examines the application of Arabic learning strategies that are in accordance with the characteristics of students in the Arabic language education study program, Palopo State Islamic Institute. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Arabic learning strategies in the Arabic language department of Palopo State Islamic Institute, as well as the lecturers' attention to the characteristics of students in implementing Arabic learning strategies in the Arabic language department of Palopo State Islamic Institute. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. The data collection instruments in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that lecturers in implementing learning strategies in the Arabic language education study program at the Palopo State Islamic Institute pay attention to student characteristics. The Arabic learning strategies applied are very varied, such as the implementation of strategies in learning using audiovisual media using several strategies that are in accordance with the characteristics and abilities of students. Keywords: application, Arabic learning strategies, characteristics of students Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan strategi pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik pada program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo, serta perhatian dosen terhadap karakteristik mahasiswa dalam menerapkan strategi pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dosen dalam menerapkan dan memilih strategi pembelajaran pada program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palopo sangat memperhatikan karakteristik dan latar belakang mahasiswa. Strategi pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang diterapkan sangat bervariasi, seperti penerapan strategi dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media audiovisual dengan menggunakan beberapa strategi yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kemampuan mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: Penerapan, strategi pembelajaran bahasa Arab, karakteristik siswa.

Purpose-This study aimed at analizing the effectiveness of android-based iSpring Suite learning media to improve student learning achievement of Nahwu dan Shorof. Design/Metodology/Approach-The study used research and development research design with 4D Thiagarajan. Quantitative apporach and statistic descriptive was also used in this study. The sample involves 35 eighth grade students from three classes in MTs. Al Hikmah Jombang. The research instrument for interview guideline, observation sheet, questionnaires for revealing the students’ need of iSpring Suite learning media, and media expert validation questionnairs which covered subject master expert and subject master linguist. The results show that the iSpring Suite learning media was able to facilitate teachers in developing learning models.  Findings-The iSpring Suite learning media with android based for Nahwu and Shorof became an interactive medium to improve student achievement. The quizzes on android-based iSpring Suite interactive learning media on Nahwu and Shorof were in the form of multiple choice and true/false. The results of the student scores appeared in the teachers e-mail. The 35 samples involved expressed their interest in using the android-based iSpring Suite learning media in Nahwu and Shorof subjects.  Research Limitation/implications-  The research cannot go deeper into dialogue simulation in the iSpring Suite because the development foccused only on learning materials, videos and quizzes.  However, the research found out that the iSpring Suite learning media successfully assisted teachers to develop a learning media to improve the student achievement. The covid-19 pandemic forces students learning using digital media or called online learning. Lack of interaction between students when learning online makes lectures have to be creative and innovate in making learning more active and effective. Therefore, “Random Pairs Group” becomes a learning model that an increase interaction between students though they have not meet face to face at all member of class for one semester. Sp, the purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the “random pairs group” in Arabic online learning. This research is a naturalstic qualitative research. Respondents of this study were intensive Arabic students of Tarbiyah faculty class N from group A and B, totaling 40 students. Data collection techniques were by observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Arabic learning process using “random pairs group” learning model is able to create positive interactions between students until the communication is created that builds students’ Arabic language skills

Didalam penyusunan kurikulum, haruslah memperhatikan landasan epistimologi dengan melihat beberapa gagasan pakar pendidikan bahasa Arab mengenai hal tersebut, di antaranya adalah gagasan Mahmud Kamil An-Naqoh. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian library research yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang epistimologi kurikulum bahasa Arab perspektif Mahmud Kamil An-Naqoh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan ada empat dasar yang menjadi landasan menyusunan kurikulum bahasa Arab perspektif Mahmud Kamil An-Naqoh, yaitu: (1) dasar linguistik/al-lughawiyyah, (2) dasar sosial-budaya/aṡ-ṡaqāfiyyah, (3) dasar psikologi/an-nafsiyyah, dan (4) dasar edukatif/at-tarbawiyyah. Akan tetapi dari ke empat pembagian tersebut, Mahmud Kamil An-Naqoh masih membaginya lagi menjadi lima bagian, yaitu: (1) pengalaman dan praktik bahasa/al-khibroh al-lughawiyah wa al-mumārosah, (2) sifat bahasa Arab/ṭobī`atu al-lughah al-`Arabiyah, (3) sosial budaya Arab/aṡ-ṡaqōfah al-`Arabiyah, (4) sifat pembelajar bahasa (peserta didik)/ṭobī`atu al-muta`allimin lilughah, dan (5) sifat pengajaran bahasa Arab sebagai bahasa Asing/ṭobī`atu `amaliyatu ta`lim al-`Arabiyah bi`itibārohā lughah ajnabiyah. Sehingga dari dasar epistimologi tersebut terumuslah lima komponen kurikulum menurut Mahmud Kamil An-Naqoh, yaitu: (1) tujuan/al-ahdāf, (2) isi/materi/al-muhtawā, (3) metode/aṭ-ṭuruqu, (4) panduan pengajar/guru bahasa Arab/dalīlu mu`allim al-lughah al-`Arabiyah, dan (5) evaluasi/at-taqwīm. Abstarct Learning Arabic, especially syntax requires deep learning of analogy, and this learning is at the highest level so it is impossible to leave this discussion, but it must be deepened. One of the Nahwu scholars who used analogy in determining law was Sibawaih, the imam of the Nahwu experts. The book by Sibawaih which is duubed the “Qur’an Ilmu Nahwu” is a a source of learning for nahwu because it contains a discussion of Nahwu’s problem, along with its rules, analogy, and their causes. The purpose of this study is to determine the form of analogy in Sibawaih’s book and kinds of kinds. In this discussion, the researcher describe the “Forms of analogy in the Sibawaih’s Book” with the research method of literature research to describe the form of analogy in the Sibawaih’s book, as for the completion of the discussion by examining previous book that discuss the theory. The conclusion of this study is that Sibawaih has used analogy in law-talking in Nahwu science, and these analogy can be seen in his book “Al-Kitab” which is the main source of Nahwu learning from ancient times and today. And this analogy produces nahwu’s laws such as “wujub, man’u, jawaz”. Among the kinds of analogy found in the Sibawaih’s book, namely “qiyas al-‘ilah, qiyas as-syibh, al qiyas allafdhi, al qiyas al ma’nawi” seen from a different point of view.
