This study discusses about information systems of CPO supply chain management in PTPN 6 Ophir. PTPN 6 management still use the conventional system (archival documents) in running their business. This information is not yet integrated with the map of plantation, so it will allow errors and inaccuracies in the planning, management and maintenance of oil palm plantations. Otherwise, the output from the production and processing of FFB to CPO and Palm Kernel also has not been well managed. So this would have difficulties in data storage on the the plantation and harvest information and to make decision for the FFB receiving division and distribution of CPO and Palm Kernel. Therefore needed a system that can control the activities in the oil palm plantation and processing by utilizing information technology system that integrates mapping and data information in a software that will facilitate decision making for planning and maintenance. The stages of the study consist of preliminary study, the selection method of problem solving, designing model system, database and software design and verification and validation of the model system. The study used primary data and secondary data. The primary data includes interviews about the company's business processes and the mechanisms of oil production. Secondary data includes administrative forms such as SPB, form the collection of FFB, weight measurement form and daily report sheet of factory. Model systems in the information system design used Object Oriented Analysis and Design method. This method will considers and designing systems with focusing the objects associated with the system. Verification results of the design has been done by using the method of Computerized Model Verification. This method to see whether the information system has been designed to run properly with the conceptual model of the system. Validation has been done by using Operational Validity. Validity Operational techniques used Black Box Test Method or directly test by the person that understand the issues in study. The results was Information System Software Design of CPO Supply Chain Management at PTPN 6 already integrates all data and information on the plantation, processing and marketing of CPO and palm kernel oil in a web-based application with support for spatial data processing in online mapping format. The system model can be seen through the business process diagram, use case diagram, class diagram and entity relationship diagram. Keywords: Information System,Supply Chain Management, Crude Palm Oil, GIS

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is an alternative form of distributing agricultural products, including fish, consistent with the model of food supply chain shortening. It extends beyond the traditional model of profit maximization and aims at strengthening local interactions with food consumers. The purpose of this article is to assess the feasibility of implementing the CSA model in the Polish carp market, representing the dominant aquaculture product. The research focused on the potential identified on the supply and demand sides of the carp market. The source material was collected through a pilot two-track empirical study conducted in 2019 in the Barycz Valley, where the largest complex of carp breeding ponds is located in Poland, and in Europe. We propose that the following CSA model of direct sales can become a source of specific benefits in the economic, social, and environmental dimensions for the key stakeholders of the supply chain, (i.e., carp producers and consumers). The research results show that in the case of carp production in Poland, CSA may turn out a desirable support for the sale of fish in the future; however, the existing conditions are not yet fully favourable for its development.

As is known that, one of the challenges in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products in China is how to organize plenty of scattered small farmers and integrate them into the modern agricultural products supply chain system. In this paper, in order to promote the tight integration of agricultural products supply chain, based on multi-agent system, a computer simulation model of agricultural products supply chain is proposed. Through a series of simulation experiments, the evolution of the organizational structure of the agricultural products supply chain, its impact on the quality and safety of agricultural products under different government regulations are explored and discussed in detail. It follows from these simulation results that the more long-term-contract farmers and sellers, the more conducive to the improvement of the quality and safety of agricultural products, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are also provided.

As awareness of environmental protection increases worldwide, enterprises have been building their supply chains in ways that conserve natural resources and minimize the creation of pollutants. One of the practical ways to make supply chains more sustainable is for enterprises to utilize green innovation strategies and to increase resource reuse. In this work, we focus on a closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) consisting of a manufacturer, a retailer, and a collector. In the investigated CLSC, the manufacturer and the retailer drive the green innovation strategy either individually or simultaneously to boost market demand. In the reverse flow of the CLSC, the collector is responsible for collecting consumers’ used products and transferring them to the manufacturer for remanufacturing. By combining two types of the market leadership and three types of green innovation strategies, we establish six different Stackelberg game models and solve them analytically. Through an extensive comparative analysis, we show who should have market leadership and who should drive the green innovation strategy in the CLSC. Various numerical examples are also given to support our major findings. One of our key findings suggests that the supply chain members must participate in green innovation activities at the same time to achieve a win-win scenario in the CLSC.
