AbstrakBelakangan ini hampir seluruh universitas yang ada di indonesia memiliki sistem informasi alumninya sendiri-sendiri. Sistem informasi alumni mampu memberikan informasi tentang kondisi alumninya setelah menyelesaikan masa perkuliahannya. Alumni merupakan aktor yang berperan penting dalam pendidikan. Saat ini jurusan Informatika Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang telah memiliki website alumni. Permasalahannya belum adanya sistem yang memberikan alumni rekomendasi grup pada sistem, sehingga para alumni mampu saling bertukar informasi didalamnya. Dengan adanya data alumni dan juga di dukung dengan adanya tracer study, dapat di bentuk suatu rekomendasi grup dari data tracer study. K-medoid adalah metode pengelompokan data ke  dalam  sejumlah cluster  tanpa  adanya  struktur  hirarki antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Algoritma k-medoid memiliki nilai coefficient yang lebih tinggi di bandingkan dengan k-means dalam penelitian ini. Yang mana k-medoid mendapatkan nilai rata-rata Silhouette Score 0.7325888099 dalam pengujian dengan jumlah cluster 5 dan perulangan sebanyak 10 kali. Jika dibandingkan dengan k-means yang hanya memiliki nilai rata-rata Silhouette Score 0.6872873866.AbstractLately, Almost all universities in Indonesia have their own alumni information systems. The alumni information system is able to provide information about the condition of its alumni after collage graduation. Alumni are actors who play important role in education. Currently, the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Malang has an alumni website.  The problem is the absence of system that gives alumni group recommendation on the system, so that alumni are able to exchange information in this website. With the alumni data and also supported by the existence of a tracer study, it can be formed as group recommendation from the data tracer study. Clustering is one of tools in data mining that aims to group object into clusters. K-medoid is a method of grouping data into a number of clusters without hierarchical structure from one another. The k-medoid algorithm has higher coefficient value compared to k-means in this study. This K-medoid gets an average value of Silhouette Score 0.7325888099 in testing with the number of clusters 5 and repetitions 10 times. When compared with k-means which only has an average value of Silhouette Score 0.6872873866.

Banten Jaya University is a tertiary institution located in Serang City, Banten Province. Which has three faculties including education, computer science and engineering. In a university, information about alumni data is needed, starting from  the  department,  graduation  year,  place  of  work  and  other  information related to the alumni. Tracer Study is useful as a link between universities and the business world and industry. The tracer study process at Banten Jaya University is still not optimal, because the data collection is still done manually by distributing questionnaires to alumni and lack of information dissemination to alumni, because it is limited only through social media. This is why the information system Tracer Study is built using the PHP programming language and MySQLi as the database, to collect alumni information. This information system uses web-based technology and the waterfall method in the development. From the results of testing this system is in accordance with the algorithm that was made,users can fill out questionnaires online, see other alumni information, and managing job openings, as well as displaying graphs of alumni who had worked after graduation and the number of graduates each year.

Alumni merupakan komponen terpenting institusi dalam meningkatkan citra perguruan tinggi. Salah satu aspek penilaian kredibilitas suatu perguruan tinggi pada persepsi publik dan institusi dapat dilihat dari relevansi antara lulusan, bidang studinya dan jenis pekerjaannya. Kurikulum dan proses belajar mengajar pada institusi pendidikan dapat dinilai baik apabila setiap lulusannya dapat diterima pada pasar kerja dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna lulusan, sehingga untuk menuju taraf tersebut pergururuan tinggi harus mengetahui tren pasar dan kebutuhan pengguna lulusan dengan mengikutsertakan keterlibatan dari alumni dan pengguna lulusan untuk mendapatkan informasi umpan balik. Di dalam pengelolaan informasi kegiatan tracer study dengan mengedapankan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menjadi suatu keharusan, dimana pesatnya perkembangan TIK dan kesibukan aktivitas stakeholder menjadi aspek yang tidak bisa diabaikan. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan artistektur enterprsise dan prototype sistem informasi tracer study dengan memanfaatkan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM melalui 4 (empat) fase yaitu Architecture Vision, Bussiness Architecture, Information System Architecture, Technology Architecture. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh arsitektur enterprise dan prototipe tracer study yang diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber acuan dalam implementasi dan dapat mempermudah pengelolaan dan penelusuran lulusan, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek bisnis, aplikasi, teknologi dan jaringan, efektivitas dan efisiensi tata kelola sitem informasi tracer study AMIK XYZ.

It is the mission of Vocational High School (SMK) education in Indonesia to produce highly competitive and skilled graduates. One standard for evaluating the success of vocational education is assessing the achievements of alumni. The evaluation process can be carried out with programmed alumni tracking activities or commonly known as tracer studies. However, the implementations of tracer studies that have been carried out by vocational schools in Kediri are still using the manual method. These conditions make the school find many obstacles in the implementation of tracer studies. Some schools have used technology with e-mail applications but have financial constraints. This research aims to improve the performance of assessing the alumni achievement of Vocational Schools in Kediri by integrating the website-based tracer study information system with social media Telegram API. Usability testing that gave 4.83 of 5 scales has shown that the integration can improve the performance and benefits of an application compared to the application before integration

Tracer Study is one of the methods used by several universities, especially in Indonesia to get feedback from alumni. Along with the development of AMIK Indonesia's e-Tracer Study, it needs to be evaluated for use by students and alumni. Evaluation of Tracer Study from the usability aspect can be done to find out a system that can be used by users in the effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. One method that can be used to conduct observation and evaluation is the HOT (Human-Organization-Technology) Fit Model. The method in this study consisted of three stages namely; 1) literature review, 2) discuss theories about information system evaluation models and fit, and 3) analysis and identification of models, and data analysis tools used are SPSS and SmartPLS. From the results of the current research achievements, it can be concluded that in theory, this study has added a reference to the use of the HOT-FIT model for subsequent researchers or other parties in understanding the measurement of the successful implementation of the system, it can be used as a material consideration for the student sector as the manager of the e-system -Tracer Study. There is a deletion of 1 deleted indicator, the LO3 indicator. From 12 hypotheses there are 3 rejected hypotheses, namely IQ → STR, IQ → SU, and LO → NB. the relationship between variables IQ → STR, IQ → SU, and LO → NB did not have a significant effect, based on data analyzed from 124 respondents, 79% stated they use of e-Tracer Study felt very good, 11% felt quite good, and 10% feeling unwell.Keywords:Evaluation, e-Tracer Study, HOT (Human-Organization-Technology) Fit Model

Abstrak— Informasi alumni sangat penting dan dibutuhkan perguruan tinggi dalam proses akreditasi. Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi dan melakukan penelusuran terhadap alumninya yang telah tersebar ke  berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Tracer study alumni merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menelusuri informasi mengenai alumni. Informasi yang diambil meliputi identitas pribadi alumni, riwayat pendidikan, riwayat pekerjaan. Salah satu data yang sulit untuk diperoleh adalah data valid mengenai alamat pekerjaan alumni serta cara menyajikan data alamat pekerjaan alumni. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi tracer study yang diharapkan memberi kemudahan bagi institusi dalam melakukan penulusuran terhadap alumni. Sistem informasi tracer studi ini dibangun berbasis Web, sehingga bisa diakses oleh semua alumni yang berada diseluruh Indonesia maupun berada diluar negeri. Sistem informasi tracer studi dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall, framework CodeIgniter dan database MySQL. Melalui sistem ini alumni dapat memasukkan data diri dan pekerjaannya  sehingga  akan mudah untuk melacak keberadaan alumni.Kata kunci— Tracer, alumni, informasi, waterfall, web. Abstract— Alumni information is very important and is needed by universities in the accreditation process. Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic has difficulty in obtaining information and conducting a trace of alumni who have spread to various regions in Indonesia. Alumni tracer study is one method used to trace information about alumni. Information taken includes alumni personal identity, education history, employment history. One of the data that is difficult to obtain is valid data regarding the address of the alumni's work and how to present the address data of the alumni work. Therefore, a tracer study information system is needed which is expected to provide convenience for institutions in conducting research on alumni. The tracer information system for this study was built based on the Web, so that it could be accessed by all alumni who were located throughout Indonesia and abroad. The study tracer information system is built using the Waterfall method, CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. IPB Diploma Program has alumni that are broadly spread throughout Indonesia. Tracer study is always conducted progressively each year. Other methods conducted include questionaire via post, email, mailing list, graduation ceremony, alumni meeting, etc. By evaluating tracer study, some innovations are needed to increase its activities. Regarding the advancement of web based technology and internet media that has gone significant in Indonesia, one innovation for tracer study is a website facility which can be accessed by alumni, assumed that all alumni have internet access. IPB Diploma Program Tracer Study Information System is built on the basis of web technology. This system is aimed to increase data collectivity and gives out information, in form of report with default format prepared by IPB Diploma Program. This research yields an IPB Diploma Program Tracer Study Information System which already helps alumni and the data collection of user satisfaction. IPB Diploma Program Tracer Study Information System has a feature to show report which makes alumni information and user satisfaction data to be easily obtained. The information shown is in the form of graphic and tabular data. On the other hand, this system is also equipped with alumni searching facility to track whether an alumni has already participated in tracer study activity.Keyword : Information system, tracer study, website facility
