Technological process and design of site-maker is proposed with flexible working bodies in the form of rope pieces, performing remote of the soil by sites around stumps for their grinding below ground level in order to improve the quality of tillers on cutting and efficiency of the cutting machine elements to reduce the stumps by reducing wear and tear resulting from their contact with soil particles. A mathematical model of site-maker is developed, system of equations describing the device as a whole and interaction of the elements of flexible working bodies, soil and stump one another are presented.

Screw mechanisms are widely spread in all areas of national economy of Ukraine. The creation of new designs of flexible screw working bodies is an up-to-date issue. The research considers the development of new designs of sectional screw conveyor flexible working bodies (section double connection of screw spirals and a section of flexible screw conveyor) and the raising their functional and operational characteristics, made with the individual sections, because the existing flexible screw working bodies may not fully meet performance requirements because of their high material consumption, high energy expenses and other requirements. It has been proved that the choice of screw working bodies’ design will depend, first of all, on the characteristics of the process and the load on the screw. Therefore, to ensure the design of producing joints equal in spirals, we can limit the number of design choices and offer a number of functioning structures of sections of flexible screw conveyors for transportation of granular materials on curved roads. The analytical dependences for determination of design parameters of conveyor flexible screw sections are determined in the paper. The results of the research are protected by declaration patent No. 123628 "Screw hinge-part working body." It benefits in the expansion of technological capabilities and reducing the radius of the track. The new designs of conveyor sectional flexible screw working bodies (SGGRO) have advanced technological capabilities that provide significant increase in operational reliability and durability, reduction of the radius of transportation track curvature, reduce in energy costs and increase in productivity

Multivariate computer experiment is planned, which characterizes the process of working of site-maker for the formation of sites around the stumps. Input process criteria were divided into 4 groups: "Options of site-maker", consisting of the construction of the machine, "Kinematic parameters", describing its technical characteristics, "Parameters of the soil" and "Parameters of the stump". The research results can be used in the design and manufacture of site-makers with flexible working bodies and in their application to the felling and slash areas.

To eliminate the shortcomings of the known hydraulic autoregulators of the water level, together with Ya. V. Bochkarev, we developed a design of a hydraulic autoregulator of the level with flexible working bodies, combined with an automatic gate for washing sediments, which provides the discharge of floating bodies and bottom sediments in front of the partition structure. To ensure stable vibration-free operation of this hydro-automatic level controller, the task was set to justify the shape and size of the elements of its main gate and the gate-automatic washing of deposits and determine the throughput of the automatic gate washing of deposits. As a result of solving this problem, for the stable vibration-free operation of the hydro-automatic level controller, a non-vacuum shape of the profile of the spillway part of its main gate was adopted, the shapes and sizes of other gate elements were justified, and a theoretical formula for the throughput of the automatic gate for washing sediments was obtained, taking into account the lateral outflows.

To determine the throughput of the automatic gate of the flushing device, which is part of the hydraulic automatic water level controller with flexible working bodies, developed by the author together with Ya.V. Bochkarev, experimental studies were conducted. They were carried out by the method of physical modeling of the model and nature on an experimental installation, with the installation of two models of an automatic shutter: a) with a fixed angle of inclination of the pressure board, b) with an automatic shutter in the form of a container consisting of a rigid board under pressure in front of it and a rubberized fabric, as part of an automatic water level regulator. Based on the results of these studies, formulas and dependencies were obtained to determine the flow rates without taking into account and taking into account the lateral outflows and lateral compression coefficients and the water flows passing through the automatic gate.

Supported by media technologies, today’s employees can increasingly decide when and where to work. The present study examines positive and negative aspects of this temporal and spatial flexibility, and the perceptions of control in these situations based on propositions of self-determination theory. Using an exploratory approach we conducted semi-structured interviews with 45 working digital natives. Participants described positive and negative situations separately for temporal and spatial flexibility, and rated the extent to which they felt autonomous and externally controlled. Situations appraised positively were best described by decision latitude, while negatively evaluated ones were best described by work–nonwork conflict. Positive situations were perceived as autonomous rather than externally controlled; negative situations were rated as autonomously and externally controlled to a similar extent.
