Globalization has made the inhabitants of the world interconnected more closely in almost every aspect of life because of the speed of information obtained. One of the important things that need to be considered in realizing the process of globalization is the development of information technology. The development of information technology has led to the emergence of new media. The new media is being used in various industries and business including in tourism industry. Public relation practitioners working in tourism industry take benefits of new media as means of communication and promotion. Ragunan Zoo is a tourist destination located in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The development of the era led to the development of strategy in introducing this tourism destination to local and overseas tourists. The types of new media that this tourism destination exploits are websites, social media, and mobile phone applications.

Scandals of corruption in government and mismanagement in business and government departments has made us rethink of what the world is becoming and what should be done to steer it on the right track. Brilliant policy and law makers have tried to put in place laws and governing statutes that can assist in ethically governing businesses and governments so that they can sustain themselves and maintain a healthy respectful and transparent relationship with all their stakeholders and communities. The failure by certain governments and businesses to adhere to policy, statutes and laws has frustrated good people and their only podium left standing is social media and online petitions. On websites worldwide communities are getting together to discuss and defame businesses and governments that are perpetuating unethical behaviour. This has changed the face of marketing as marketers and the public relations departments are in change of maintain and promoting a company or governments image. The face of marketing has changed as social media has introduced itself into the mix.

Nghiên cứu này nhằm phân tích các yếu tố Digital Marketing tác động đến hành vi mua căn hộ chung cư tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Qua thực hiện khảo sát trực tuyến và trực tiếp, nhóm nghiên cứu thu thập thông tin đối với 265 khách hàng về “Tác động Digital Marketing đến hành vi mua căn hộ chung cư tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh” đến từ các công ty bất động sản. Kết quả phân tích dữ liệu cho thấy có 06 yếu tố tác động đến hành vi mua căn hộ chung cư, đó là Social Media Marketing; Content Marketing; Search Engine Marketing; Online Public Relations; Affiliate Marketing; E-Mail Marketing trong đó yếu tố Social Media Marketing có tác động mạnh nhất đến hành vi mua của khách hàng. Kết quả nghiên cứu sẽ là những thông tin hữu ích cho Doanh nghiệp để khai thác triệt để các phương tiện Digital Marketing nhằm thúc đẩy hành vi mua của người tiêu dùng đối với thị trường căn hộ chung cư tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

Popularity of the social media and the amount of importance given by an individual to social media has significantly increased in last few years. As more and more people become part of the social networks like Twitter, Facebook, information which flows through the social network, can potentially give us good understanding about what is happening around in our locality, state, nation or even in the world. The conceptual motive behind the project is to develop a system which analyses about a topic searched on Twitter. It is designed to assist Information Analysts in understanding and exploring complex events as they unfold in the world. The system tracks changes in emotions over events, signalling possible flashpoints or abatement. For each trending topic, the system also shows a sentiment graph showing how positive and negative sentiments are trending as the topic is getting trended.

Language being a potent vehicle of transmitting cultural values, norms and beliefs remains a central factor in determining the status of any nation. India is a multilingual country which tends to encourage people to use English at national and international level. Basically English in India owes its presence to the British but its subsequent rise is not fully attributable to the British. It has now become the language of wider communication which is now spoken by large number of people all over the world. It is influenced by many factors such as class, society, developments in science and technology etc. However the major influence on English language is and has been the media.
