cThe article is devoted to the study of the current situation in the drug use by juvenile onvicts serving sentences in educational colonies. The data of official statistics illustrating the growing dynamics of the number of persons convicted of crimes related to drug trafficking are presented. The leading role of socio-psychological factors in the development of drug-addicted behavior of juvenile criminals is noted. The aim of the study is to identify the most significant socio-psychological factors contributing to the determination of drugaddicted behavior, to determine possible areas of work for personnel of educational colonies to prevent the drug-addicted behavior. The methodological basis of the research was formed by the questionnaire, statistical method, analysis, synthesis, induction, system-structural and formallogical methods. As a result of the work carried out, it was established that the level of drug use among convicted juveniles is significantly higher than both officially recognized and declared by the adolescents themselves. The most significant sociopsychological factor leading to such behavior is the family, mistakes in family upbringing, family problems or lack of education. Attention is drawn to the fact that one of the areas of educational colonies work in the prevention of drug addicted behavior can and should be the work not only with the inmates, but also with their parents. It is proposed to strengthen the responsibility of parents for drug addicted behavior of children. Implementation of the conclusions and proposals made will help stabilize the situation and reduce juvenile delinquency related to drug trafficking.

The article dwells on the problem of teenagers' professional self-determination as the readiness to making choice of the profession. Psychological factors of professional self-determination of high school students are defined and theoretically substantiated. Psychological properties are investigated, the means of which is the formation of factors of senior school students’ professional self-determination. In our research by professional self-determination we mean a stable, value-oriented complex of professionally important traits and personality traits, which is characterized by a certain structure, determines the readiness of high school students to choose a profession and is formed by a number of psychological factors. We prove that the set of psychological factors of professional self-determination of high school students has a nonlinear character and multi-level structure. The purpose of the publication is to investigate the psychological factors of professional self-determination and to substantiate the need to introduce a program of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of professional self-determination of high school students. As a result of the research psychological factors of professional self-determination of high school students were established: actual motives; sufficient level of development of volitional regulation of personality; locus control; a sufficient level of the formation of reflectivity development. The conducted psycho diagnostics revealed the immaturity of psychological factors of professional self-determination among high school students; unreadiness of teenagers to make an independent, conscious professional choice. This situation requires targeted correction through the introduction of a program of psychological and pedagogical support.

Conceptual approaches of determining the economic essence of the concept of investment attractiveness of the enterprise are investigated. The advantages and main disadvantages of the existing concepts of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise are identified. The several groups of existing approaches to definitions of the concept of investment attractiveness of the enterprise as domestic and foreign scientists are highlighted. In particular, a factorial, internal and comparative approach to the study of investment attractiveness of enterprises is considered. The own classification of conceptual approaches to determination of essence of investment attractiveness of the enterprise is offered, the structure of which is supplemented in particular by the characteristics of the enterprise from the perspective of its development prospect and the presence of social and psychological factors. The concept of investigation of the essence of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise is supplemented and generalized. The experience of developed foreign countries on the issues of formation of investment attractiveness of enterprises, as well as industries and regions in general are analyzed. In particular, the foreign experience of increasing of investment attractiveness in the example of the USA and China is generalized and the cluster strategies used in European countries are considered

The problem of human traffick is transnational, wide-ranging character and threatens national security of states is considered. The OSCE data indicating a number of socio-economic and political factors that cause the growth of human traffick in Ukraine are presented. In the review of the main legislative acts of Ukraine the organizational and legal regulation of counteraction to human traffick, directions of public policy and international cooperation are denoted. Researches of Ukrainian experts studying socio-psychological factors that may be of significant importance for crimes related to human traffick are considered. Object, subject and tasks of the forensic psychological research on the victims of crimes falling within the scope of Art. 149 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Analysis of note 2 to this article was performed from the positions of legal (qualifying) signs of the vulnerable state of the injured person, as well as from the standpoints of scientific psychology and forensic psychological examination. In particular, since the legal concept of "vulnerable state" refers to the category of appraisal, the tasks of psychological research are determination of individual psychological characteristics of victim's personality, specifics of his motivational, intellectual and emotional spheres, specific activities in the situation of the particular offense, and other psychological factors that may be premorbidity for the formation of dependence on another person or on certain life circumstances that can create favorable conditions for manipulating the consciousness and volitional activity of victim while making a vital decision, limiting the regulation of his activities. Result of psychological research is a degree determination of victim conscious activity who has (or does not have) all the necessary signs of complex volitional behavior. Corresponding expert methodology for psychological research is being developed taking into account the relevance of this topic and increasing requests of judicial investigating bodies to perform appropriate psychological examinations at Poltava branch of the KhRIFE.

The article is dedicated to the study of the psychological determination of the state’s image in the students’ perception. The results of empirical research of the infl uence of the students’ adaptation and orientation to their vision of the state are described in the article. The state image in the perception of student youth was analyzed according to the parameters of the state’s accomplishment assessment, the feeling of a sense of belonging to the state, thesense of vision of the state existence and the assessment of the state power as competent, effective, credible, and strong.

The relevance of research of social sphere professionals’ resilience in order to identify the major resources of adaptation and development of people who are affected by risk factors in their work is discussed. The determination of the working conditions influencing on the professionals’ resilience is presented. It was shown that some of struc- tural components of the professionals’ resilience with different work experience allow to state that they have specific resources which help them to support their resilience in the work with orphans during the initial period of their operation, and in the period from 2 to 5 years. The interrelations of working conditions and resilience of the profes- sionals who are working in the social sector for over 6 years are discussed. The factor "work experience" affect such components of professionals’ resilience as internal locus of control and perseverance that allows to conclude that the resilience support actions should be carried out during the first 5 years of operation.
