In fact, many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs/UMKM) are not yet aware of the importance of branding for competitiveness and not aware of the importance of protecting intellectual property rights and more focused on aspects of product sales. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs/UMKM) play an important and strategic role in building the national economy. Seeing the fairly good conditions above, it turns out that the existence of Coffee MSMEs in Wonogiri Regency, Central Java still has several obstacles, namely in branding / promotional media and also protection of Trademark Intellectual Property Rights. Because it is very important for every Coffee MSME to have a strategy and approach that is clear and unique to an identity to be poured into branding through social media or other digital media. To strengthen coffee MSMEs in Wonogiri Regency, one of the important strategies to implement is to provide awareness dissemination of the importance of branding/brands for MSMEs and also assistance in branding through social media as the identity of MSMEs. Branding strategies need to be done in order to build the image and identity of the products produced by MSMEs that are able to influence consumers to have positive perceptions of the products, characters, abilities, appearance and offers that are being promoted. The last most important problem for MSME actors is that there is no awareness of the importance of legal protection regarding Intellectual Property Rights regarding Trademarks, Copyrights, and Industrial Designs. So there is a concern that the product is plagiarized by others or is prosecuted legally because there are products that have the same trademark.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) must continue to combine technology and market adaptation or open innovation to sustain their business. One of these ways is to promote their products and services extensively. This study investigated the best media to promote SMEs in the local agricultural markets of Hungary. This study uses an approach of asking consumers where they receive information about SMEs and their determinants. Research questionnaires were distributed to 156 consumers who purchased agricultural products on the Budapest Central Market Hall. The data were analyzed using a binary logistic model. The studies showed that consumers obtain market information through word-of-mouth and digital media. Older consumers tend to receive information through word-of-mouth, while consumers who rarely interact with others or who are educated or foreign choose digital media. Therefore, SMEs in Hungary’s local agricultural markets have yet to focus on developing promotional activities through these two media. For the future, recommendations are given to SMEs in Hungary to maintain the quality of products and services and to develop two-way communication in digital media (e-WOM).

Digital media can support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) businesses to increase brand awareness of their products, so they can gain competitive advantages and reach a broader market. Unfortunately, not all MSME businesses have the capabilities to utilize digital media to support their businesses. The MSMEs in Buah Batu district face problems that can not be resolved by conventional marketing methods, such as lack of brand awareness and drop in sales which results in the decrease of their revenues and profits. This Community Service aims to improve the MSME's knowledge and skills on creative digital marketing strategy and their understanding of the marketplace so they can create online stores for their businesses. Online stores make it feasible for those MSMEs to broaden their market reach. For the problems related to the IT area, the team will provide network training. The method applied was the service-learning approach. The results of this community service are that the MSMEs in Buah Batu District are capable to create their online shops, promote their products through the marketplace and social media and finally increase their revenues. The paper considers necessary conditions for acceleration of labor productivity growth in Russia. Based on micro data, as well as aggregate data, the paper quantifies the contribution of small and medium firms to labor productivity growth. It shows that mere increase of the number of small and medium enterprises is not as important for positive effects of these programs, as qualitative improvements: development of favorable environment for growth, which is largely determined by business climate. Accelerating productivity growth involves redistribution of labor and capital from inefficient to efficient enterprises. In particular, it is necessary to create conditions, which allow a firm to grow after it enters the market instead of stagnating as a small firm with low efficiency. At the same time, it is necessary for ineffective firms, which exhausted their growth potential, to have an opportunity to exit the market easily leaving resources including labor to fast-growing companies.
