Abstract: In the current study, we have tried to get an approximation of the ideal profile of high performance coaches in athletics. In the high-level sports world, the coach must develop the role of teacher, technician and leader,  which makes it difficult to delimit  his/her competencies (knowledge, skills and personal qualities). Therefore, the main motivation of this work is to define the role that the coach plays in relation  to the physical, technical, tactical, psychological and moral preparation of elite athletes. Keeping this aim as an objective, we have considered as the target population the high performance coaches who are active at the time of the investigation, since we were interested  in knowing their own perspective. The data that was collected is a part of a wider investigation, conducted by a survey, for which we designed a questionnaire of 78 questions divided on three topics: the profile of the coach and the athlete, as well as the figure of the coach educator in the Practicum. In this work, we focus on the first topic and the analysis of the information that we obtained allows us to conclude that almost all the track and field coaches find it necessary to dominate the technical and methodological aspects. They also consider that professional ethics must be governed by the principles of autonomy and care that values   like honesty and justice must prevail in the performance of their work.

This research sought to investigate the self-perceived competence of mental health occupational therapists in Queensland. The research is a post-hoc analysis of survey results that formed part of the 1995 Professional Development Strategy for Adult Mental Health Services for the Queensland Health Mental Health Unit. A sample of 55 occupational therapists was compared with other professionals in relation to both general self-efficacy and efficacy in specific competencies. The devised scale for measuring self-efficacy was found to have a high level of internal reliability. The results indicated that the general self-perceived competence of occupational therapists for the whole sample was comparable to that of other professional groups, but that in the community-based sample it was significantly higher than that of social workers or nurses. In addition, occupational therapists in community settings had significantly higher general self-perceived competence than occupational therapists in hospital locations. Greater length of experience in mental health was strongly predictive of higher levels of competence for occupational therapists than for other professionals. The results suggest that occupational therapists have adapted well to the demands of multidisciplinary community practice. The possible reasons for these results, and the implications for competency-based recruitment and training, are presented.

The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of natural and cultural resources, to know the perceptions, participation and aspirations of the community and to develop a community-based ecotourism development strategy in Selelos Village, Gangga District, North Lombok Regency. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative case study and exploratory descriptive to find the potential in the form of biodiversity in the Selelos forest area. Data collection was carried out by observing the biodiversity in it, testing water quality, and using a questionnaire to 50 community respondents and 7 respondents from the village government. The results showed that Selelos Village has a forest area ecosystem that holds several potentials to be developed into ecotourism, including: waterfalls, springs, customary forests, and plantations (agro-tourism). In addition, it has a diversity of flora and fauna, there are about 13 high-level plant families with many species in it, as well as about 5 families of fauna and there are also endemic animals such as partridge and deer (senggah). Of the four springs quality tested, all of them are suitable as raw material for drinking water. Meanwhile, based on the questionnaire analysis, the community and village government will work together in developing and managing ecotourism. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy used in developing ecotourism is to take advantage of the strengths of opportunity (S-O), among others; mapping the potential of ecotourism, developing special ecotourism such as agro-tourism, synergizing ecotourism with local culture and customs, equipping, providing facilities and infrastructure, and improving human resources.

This study argues that regional development of tourism and recreation industries is of critical significance to the interregional division of labor and participation in interdistrict exchange of products and services, only in the case of ensuring a competitive recreational product. The findings demonstrate that the specifics of a cluster development strategy application in tourism and recreation sectors in Ukraine is based on the premises that strategic planning and clustering paradigm relies upon forecasting and development planning of individual territories and businesses with a high level of tourism and recreation potential whereas a number of other region’s territories remain uninvolved in any regional projects or programs. Based on a cluster approach, the study offers a framework to enhance management support of the regional tourism and recreation businesses that will facilitate fair assessment of the current situation as well as ensure effective utilization of the resources needed for harmonious industry development. The implementation of the cluster approach in coordinating tourism and recreation business activities will contribute to creating a high-quality competitive product, thus imposing important social, economic and other implications for the region and the society. In addition, the study presents a well-grounded formalized model of building a management decision-making process in marketing-driven management of tourism and recreation entrepreneurship which allows identifying the target management function, with a special focus on the core characteristics of tourism and recreation business as well as on the priority alternatives to substantiate an effective marketing action plan to ensure social and economic performance.

The high rate of drug abuse in Indonesia has spread to high school adolescents. 183 million people consume marijuana, 35 million opioids, 37 million amphetamines and drug stimuli, 22 million ecstasy, 18 million opiates, 17 million kokai (BNN, 2017). East Java is one of the provinces where the population is at risk of experiencing drug abuse. Surabaya occupies a position as a metrapolitan city which has a high level of modernity both from technology and infrastructure. The high level of population and technological advances have made this region vulnerable to drug abuse. The role of the School is to develop capabilities and shape dignified national character and civilization in order to educate the life of the nation and the state aimed at developing potential students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative , be independent, and become a democratic and responsible citizen. For this reason, schools have an important role related to the prevention of drug abuse. Based on the data and policies obtained, the researchers aimed to identify the atmosphere development strategy in schools in an effort to prevent drug abuse in schools. This research was conducted using in-depth interviews with 14 informants who held positions as teachers. The research conducted will later use the WHO 1984 Health Promotion Strategy approach by using atmosphere development variables. The results of the study stated that the community development activities carried out in North Surabaya's high schools were in the form of peer counselors, teaching and learning activities, inspection, urine tests and counseling facilities.

Object detection is facing various challenges as an important aspect in the field of remote sensing—especially in large scenes due to the increase of satellite image resolution and the complexity of land covers. Because of the diversity of the appearance of track and fields, the complexity of the background and the variety between satellite images, even superior deep learning methods have difficulty extracting accurate characteristics of track and field from large complex scenes, such as the whole of China. Taking track and field as a study case, we propose a stable and accurate method for target detection. Firstly, we add the “deconvolution” and “concat” module to the structure of the original Single Shot MultiBox Detector (SSD), where Visual Geometry Group 16 (VGG16) is served as a basic network, followed by multiple convolution layers. The two modules are used to sample the high-level feature map and connect it with the low-level feature map to form a new network structure multi-scale-fused SSD (abbreviated as MSF_SSD). MSF-SSD can enrich the semantic information of the low-level feature, which is especially effective for small targets in large scenes. In addition, a large number of track and fields are collected as samples for the whole China and a series of parameters are designed to optimize the MSF_SSD network through the deep analysis of sample characteristics. Finally, by using MSF_SSD network, we achieve the rapid and automatic detection of meter-level track and fields in the country for the first time. The proposed MSF_SSD model achieves 97.9% mean average precision (mAP) on validation set which is superior to the 88.4% mAP of the original SSD. Apart from this, the model can achieve an accuracy of 94.3% while keeping the recall rate in a high level (98.8%) in the nationally distributed test set, outperforming the original SSD method.
