ABSTRACT

The development of information technology has touched various joints of human life, especially the development of the internet. The development of the internet forms a new world where every individual has the right and ability to interact with other individuals indefinitely. The objectives of the research are (1) The influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction in accessing online shop website, (2) To know the influence of attitude and trust toward online shop shop user and (3) Influence of satisfaction to consumer loyalty online shop. Data analysis method used is included in the category of quantitative data analysis is a data analysis using statistical instruments. Statistical instruments used are Chi Square Test and performed using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) software. The results of model fit testing showed that the four factors (cultural, economic, social and ethical) that have the most contigency coefficient on consumer behavior in accessing online shop site are Social variables. This means showing a group of people or individuals having a relationship between consumers with each other in choosing products through an online shop site and building good communication in choosing products and knowing the risks faced when buying products through online shop site.

Keywords: Consumer Behavior, Use of On-Line Website Access Shop

This study aims to explore the Lebanese sociolinguistics as manifested in chatting, that is, to assess how a sample of Lebanese students use their languages skills while carrying an on-line conversation via chatting. The research will also investigate the variations governed by sociolinguistics branding the Lebanese chatting community. To carry out this study, a mix approach of quantitative and qualitative methodology is used. Indeed, the research will describe the participants’ computer literacy and how this is interrelated to the choice of chatting language. The researcher uses two methods, formal interviews with selected chatters and a survey questionnaire that reflects both linguistic issues and computer and chatting literacy. Data analysis uses SPSS version 25 software and performed descriptively. Findings show that although having a multilingual society is considered a positive and uplifting certitude, this fact should not be taken for granted and languages must be directed properly. Students cannot be left without guidance to the use of any language.

This work shows the outcomes of a research activity aimed at the energy characterization of residential users. Specifically, by data analysis related to the real energy consumption of sample buildings, the flexible loads amount has been identified so as to investigate on the opportunity to implement a demand/response (DR) program. The most meaningful input data have been collected by an on-line questionnaire created within an Excel spreadsheet allowing one to simulate and compare the calculations with the actual dwellings’ consumption; 412 questionnaires have been used as statistical sample and simulations have been performed based on single-zone dynamic model. Additionally, once the energy consumptions have been sorted by the different services, reference key performance indicators (KPIs) have been also calculated normalising those ones by people and house floor surface. From data analysis, it emerges how the Italian residential users are not very electrified. Furthermore, the flexible loads are low and, implementing minor maintenance interventions, the potential of flexibility can decrease up to 20%. For that reason, the current research can be further developed by investigating on suitable flexibility extensions as well as on the automation system requirements which is needed managing the flexible loads.

A Data Warehouse (DW) is a collection of historical data, built by gathering and integrating data from several sources, which supports decisionmaking processes (Inmon, 1992). On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) applications provide users with a multidimensional view of the DW and the tools to manipulate it (Codd, 1993). In this view, a DW is seen as a set of dimensions and cubes (Torlone, 2003). A dimension represents a business perspective under which data analysis is performed and organized in a hierarchy of levels that correspond to different ways to group its elements (e.g., the Time dimension is organized as a hierarchy involving days at the lower level and months and years at higher levels). A cube represents factual data on which the analysis is focused and associates measures (e.g., in a store chain, a measure is the quantity of products sold) with coordinates defined over a set of dimension levels (e.g., product, store, and day of sale). Interrogation is then aimed at aggregating measures at various levels. DWs are often implemented using multidimensional or relational DBMSs. Multidimensional systems directly support the multidimensional data model, while a relational implementation typically employs star schemas(or variations thereof), where a fact table containing the measures references a set of dimension tables.

An easily constructed, low-priced, simple, and reliable module to obtain stroke volume and cardiac output by analog integration of aortic blood flow velocity signals is described. Rapid data analysis of physiologic and pharmacologic cardiovascular responses in dogs is greatly facilitated by on line computation of these parameters.
