Uninhabitable Housing Assistance (RTLH) is a government program which distribute  to village office, it has purpose to improve the life quality of community. Poor people can life convenient with Uninhibitable Houses Assistence. Determination of social assistence construction of Uninhabitable Houses is going to do by relying on the intitution. The purpose of this research is creating a decision support system that can help to determine the appropriate poor people are receiving social assistence of Uninhabitable House  (RTLH) using simple additive weighting (SAW) method. It is used the creteria such as, the monthly income, the occupation, the total of burden, the condition of house wall, the condition of house floor, the condition of house roof, and the condition of bathroom. The result of this research is the beneficial system for receiver of Uninhabitable Houses.

In this paper, an evolutionary technique is proposed as a method for generating new design solutions for the floor layout problem. The genotypes are represented by the vectors of numerical values of points representing endpoints of room walls. Equivalents of genetic operators for such a representation are proposed. A case study of the design problem of one-story houses is presented from the initial requirements to the best solutions. An evaluation method using requirement-weighted fitness function for evolved plans is also proposed. The obtained results as well as the advantages and issues related to such an approach are also discussed.

Tuberculosis (TB) is a direct infectious disease caused by TB (mycobactic tuberculosis) germs. The disease is still in the attention of the world and until now, there are no one neither country free from TB. Deli Serdang regency is an regency with the highest Tuberculosis case discovery in North Sumatra Province. This study was observational research with the design of study control cases, in order to determine the characteristics of the patient and the risk factor for the tuberculosis incident. The number of samples is 45 cases and 45 controls. The characteristic association and risk factors with the incidence of tuberculosis were analyzed in univariat and bivariat, Analysis is carried out using cross-con 2x2 to calculate the value of prevalen ratios and confidence values (CI). Statistical test used for analysis is chi square at the trust rate 95% (? = 5%). The results of the lighting study are obtained from the value of OR 0.348, CI 0.144 - 0.840 and p-value 0,031. Residence density obtained from the OR 0.35 CI 0.142 - 0.700 p-value 0.020 and Venting obtained from the OR 0,348 CI 0,144 – 0,840 p-value 0.031. Lighting, venting, and residence density have a relation with the incident TB in Kabanjahe District, while the variables with no relation are temperature, moisture and house floor condition.

Abstract Background Ingestion and inhalation are common routes of exposure for lead in humans. Developing countries still have unacceptably high rates of lead toxicity, especially in children. Studies on probable risk factors of lead poisoning in Iranian children are insufficient. In this study, we aimed to evaluate possible environmental factors in children with high blood lead concentrations living in Tehran and neighboring cities. Methods In a prospective cross-sectional study between March 2018 and March 2019 we followed all children referred from two pediatric gastrointestinal clinics with blood lead level (BLL) > 5 μg/dL in metropolitan Tehran to investigate possible environmental risk factors in their home. Household specimens including scratched wall paint, house floor dust, windowsill dust, tap water, and consumed spice were evaluated using atomic absorption method to detect lead concentrations. Epidemiological and environmental data collected through in-depth interviews with parents/guardians. Industrial areas were defined based on municipality maps on industrial places. Results Thirty of 56 parents/guardians with BLL > 5 μg/dL agreed to be followed through environmental investigation. The only categorical statistically significant risk factor was a history of lead poisoning in the family and living in an industrial zone. There was a positive correlation between BLL and interior windowsills dust lead level, r = 0.46, p = 0.01. Scratched paint lead level and BLL showed a significant positive correlation, r = 0.50, p = 0.005. House floor dust lead level (median = 77.4, p < 0.001) and interior windowsill dust lead level (median = 291, p = 0.011) were both significantly higher than the environmental protection agency (EPA) standards of 40 μg/ft2, 250 μg/ft2. Interior windowsill dust lead concentrations were significantly higher in industrial areas (p = 0.026). Conclusion Children’s playing environment should be cleaned more often to reduce dust. Moreover, specific rules may need to be implemented for paint lead concentrations and air pollution, especially in industrial areas.

When, and under what circumstances, are congressional minority parties capable of influencing legislative outcomes? We argue that the capacity of the minority party to exert legislative influence is a function of three factors: constraints on the majority party, which create opportunities for the minority party; minority party cohesion on the issue at hand; and sufficient motivation for the minority to engage in legislating rather than electioneering. Drawing on data on every bill considered in the House of Representatives between 1985 and 2006 and case examples of notable lawmaking efforts during the same period, we show that our theory helps predict which bills are considered on the House floor, which bills become law, and the substance of policy-making outcomes. Our findings have important implications for theories of congressional party power and our understanding of minority party influence on Capitol Hill.

The Rice Subsidy Program for Low-Income Communities or the Raskin Program is one of the government's programs to eradicate poverty. However, in practice, determining the criteria for Raskin recipients is a complicated problem. The Raskin program is a cross-sectoral national program both horizontally and vertically, to help meet the rice needs of low-income citizens. Determining the criteria for Raskin recipients is often a complicated issue. This study aims to analyze the classification of the Target Households (RTS) for the Raskin Program. The method used is binary logistic regression by utilizing R GUI. Binary logistic regression method is a method to find the relationship between independent and dependent variables, with a binary or dichotomous dependent variable. The data used is the March 2018 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) data for Brebes Regency. The independent variables used in this study are the criteria for determining poor households, namely the area of the house, floor type of the house, wall type of the house, defecation facilities, lighting used, fuel used, ability to buy meat/milk, education level of the head of the household, and the capacity of installed electricity in the main residence. The results of the analysis show that in the final model, the variables that significantly affect the classification of RTS are the ability to eat healthy food, the capacity of installed electricity in the main residence, the education level of the head of the household, and defecation facilities with an accuracy value of 85.4%.Keywords: Raskin Program, Binary Logistic Regression, R GUI

The impact of climate change increasingly felt in every country including Indonesia. One of the forms of climate change that happened in Indonesia is a tidal flood in the coastal areas, so the households should have to adapt to the tidal flood. The purpose of this study is to explain how coastal households survive the tidal flood. The research data collected by a survey to farmer’s and non-farmer’s household in Timbulsloko Village, Sayung Regency, Demak District, Central Java. Farmer’s and non-farmer’s household adapt in physical strategies like rising the house floor and economic strategies like getting additional income from non-agricultural works. Non-agricultural works have become the primary choice of work by the head and other members of a household because the only agricultural works left in the village is becoming fisherman as almost all the agriculture land and fishpond submerged by tidal flood. Keywords: adaptation strategies, farmer’s and non farmer’s household, tidal flood ABSTRAK Dampak perubahan iklim semakin terasa di setiap negara di dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu bentuk perubahan iklim di Indonesia adalah banjir rob yang terjadi di pesisir Indonesia, sehingga penduduk yang terdampak harus melakukan adaptasi.
