Purpose – In this paper, the authors offer a methodological discussion and examples of visual analysis processes. The purpose of this paper is to illustrate a data analysis method that the authors named layered textural analysis, which brought together images and texts in ways that changed existing and decontextualized understandings. The authors used layered textural analysis to interpret photo-narratives from a photo elicitation study about the development of intercultural sensitivity in US study abroad students. Design/methodology/approach – Layered textural analysis, as carried out in this study, consisted of structural analysis of narratives present in interview text, visual analysis of the photos, and guiding questions related to the content and relationship of the photos and narratives. Findings – Individual experiences, images, and texts reflect complex connections between matter and thought. The multilayered analysis led to complex understandings and representations of participants’ learning and interpretation of cultural differences, and allowed us to examine photo-narrative events and participants’ individual meaning-making processes. Originality/value – Visual researchers rarely write about their processes of analysis in sufficient epistemological and methodological detail. Transparency about data analysis may inspire other scholars to experiment with data analysis approaches. The authors share layered textural analysis so that qualitative researchers can gain ideas for their own reflexive analytic techniques and to exemplify how multilayered analysis methods can change understandings of data and work against simplified knowledges.

This study aimed to examine the effect of demographic factors and organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The sample was an accountant who had worked as an auditor. Data collection methods using questionnaires with financial statement fraud case scenarios. This research use ANOVA data analysis method to examine demographic factors include age, gender, and experience, as well as organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The results showed only the experience of demographic factors that influence internal whistleblowing. Besides internal whistlelowing also influenced by organizational climate in the company.Keyword: Demographics, Organizational Climate, Whistleblowing

There are many understanding of society, that cash waqf it should not be legal. So is the trust factor of people's money management institutions waqf (Nazhir) is still a constraint. Research conducted in Tabung Wakaf Indonesia (TWI) and Wakaf Al Azhar this analysis method, namely the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Here researchers using purposive sampling, followed by giving a score using the Likert Scale. To determine whether the data obtained in the field is valid or not, the researchers used a method tri angular source. The results of the assessment of GCG in TWI and Wakaf Al-Azhar obtain a total score of at Tabung Wakaf Indonesia amounting to 3.15. Then the bias is said that the implementation of GCG at TWI and Wakaf Al-Azhar declared "GOOD ENOUGH". While the results of the evaluation tri angular mention, that the data obtained from the results of research in the field both TWI and in Wakaf Al-Azhar, when compared with the corporate governance principles can be declared invalid according to the KNKG.

The paper deals with comparative analysis of occupations in the regional labor market. Occupation is treated as a multi-dimensional space of characte- ristics, whereas a scalar form of a characteristic makes it possible to carry out a comparative analysis of occupations. Using cluster analysis of a pilot region indicators five meaningfully interpretable clusters of occupations were identified, reflecting their regional specificity.

Research highlights the importance of potato crop, which occupies a prominent food and economic status in food security besides rice, wheat and corn at the local and global level. Despite the expansion of the cultivation of potato crop in Iraq in general and Ameriyah district in particular However, potato productivity remains substandard, this may be due to a lack of knowledge of the most efficient varieties and not to use productive resources at the levels at which technical, specialized and economic efficiency is achieved. Therefore, the aim of the research is to determine the technical, specialized and economic efficiency according to the cultivated seed category. The data envelope analysis (DEA) method was used to estimate technical, specialized and economic efficiency, assuming constant and variable capacity returns. As a result of the study, the Safrana variety achieved the highest average technical efficiency according to the stability of the yield and capacity efficiency in addition to achieving the highest average specialized and economic efficiency, The Lapadia variety achieved the highest average technical efficiency, assuming that capacity returns have changed. Therefore, we recommend the adoption of items that achieve higher efficiency and the need to redistribute the elements of production better and Achieving the optimum levels at which technical, specialized and economic efficiency is achieved and saving what has been wasted.
