Cancer is assemblage diseases involving abnormal cell growth amid the potential of spread to other parts of the body due to tobacco use are the cause of about of cancer deaths. Another 10% is due to obesity, poor diet & drinking alcohol. In 2012 about 14.1 million new cases of cancer occurred globally. In females, the most common type is breast cancer. Cisplatin also known as cytophosphane is a nitrogen mustard alkylating agent from the oxazophosphinans groups were used to treat cancers & autoimmune disorders. Based on the above reasons I will fix the aim Preparation characterization of Cisplatin- nano particles  &  its anticancer activity. Solid tumor volume examination report showed that the assessment of different day indication 15,20,25 & 30th variations of different groups of tumor volumes were decreased CPG Nanoparticles (100 mg/kg)+ DAL(15th day 4.97±0.24↓), (20th day 0.6±0.13↓), (25th day 1.35±0.30↓) & (30th day 1.89±0.13↓).

Living organisms take nutrients from the environment, and together with them, substances with toxic potential � such as heavy metals. Lead is one common metal pollutant especially in aquatic environment, from where the fish can be intoxicated very easily. Bioavailability, distribution, toxic action, synergistic and antagonistic effects are characteristics which can alter the fish health. Our experimental study followed the effects of lead overload in water on iron distribution, in different tissues sample Carassius gibelio Bloch fish. We performed the experiment in four different fish groups: control C; lead � Pb (administration of lead in water 0.075mg/mL of water, as Pb(NO3)2 x � H2O); lead (the same dose) and 2% of freeze-dry garlic incorporated into fishes� food � Pb+garlic; lead (the same dose) and 2% chlorella incorporated into fishes� food � Pb+chlorella, for 21 consecutive days. The iron concentration was analysed with AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy) from gills, muscle, skin (and scales), intestine, liver, heart, brain, ovary, testicles, and kidney. The obtained data presented a significantly decrease of iron content in all tested tissue samples that demonstrated, alteration of iron homeostasis, explained by a strong antagonistic effect of lead on iron. Our experiment showed that biologic active principles from garlic and chlorella act like natural protectors, and potentiate the iron deficiency even in the case of lead overload in aquatic environment, for fish.

Objective: Polydopamine coated iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4@PDA NPs) were synthesized, characterized, and their MR imaging contrast agents and photothermal potency were evaluated on melanoma (B16-F10 and A-375) cells and normal skin cells. To this end, MTT assay, Fe concentration, and MR imaging of both coated and uncoated NPs were assessed in C57BL/6 mice. Methods: Fe3O4 nanoparticles were synthesized using co-precipitation, and coated with polydopamine. The cytotoxicity of Fe3O4 and Fe3O4@PDA NPs on melanoma cells, with different concentrations, were obtained using MTT assay. MR images and Fe concentrations of nanoprobe and nanoparticles were evaluated under in vivo conditions. Results: Findings indicated that uncoated Fe3O4 showed the highest toxicity in animal (B16-F10) cells at 450μg/ml after 72h, while the highest toxicity in human (A-375) cells were observed at 350μg/ml. These nanoparticles did not reveal any cytotoxicity to normal skin cells, despite having some toxicity features in A-375 cells. MR image signals in the tumor were low compared with other tissues. The iron concentration in the tumor was higher than that of other organs. Conclusion: It is concluded that the cytotoxicity of Fe3O4@PDA was found to be significantly lower than uncoated nanoparticles (p <0.001), which allows some positive effects on reducing toxicity. The prepared nanoprobe may be used as a contrast agent in MR imaging.

The effects of nano particles Fe3O4 addition on the superconducting and transport properties of YBa2Cu3O7-δ (YBCO) were studied. YBa2Cu3O7-δ superconductor powders were prepared by using high purity oxide powders via solid state reaction method. Nano Fe3O4 with 0.01 – 0.05 wt.% with average size 28 nm was added into YBCO. The transition temperatures (Tc) of the samples were measured by using four point probe method. The critical current (Ic) of the samples has been determined by using the 1 μV/cm criterion from 30 – 77 K. Sample with 0.02 wt.% nano Fe3O4 showed the highest Tc at 87 K. It is interesting to note the same sample also exhibited the highest Jc at 77 K up to 1683 mA/cm2. Nano Fe3O4 has acted as effective flux pinning centers in YBCO. A small amount of nano particles Fe3O4 addition has successfully improved the superconducting and transport properties of YBCO. The excessive addition of nano Fe3O4 (> 0.02 wt.%) suppressed the Tc and Jc. Overall, Jc decreases with increasing temperature (30 – 77 K) as a consequence of thermally activated flux creep. Magnetic impurities normally suppress superconductivity. However, by adding magnetic nano particles, current carrying capacity of superconductors YBCO was enhanced significantly.

ABSTRACT In pathogenic bacteria, the ability to acquire iron, which is mainly regulated by the ferric uptake regulator (Fur), is essential to maintain growth as well as its virulence. In Vibrio vulnificus, a human pathogen causing gastroenteritis and septicemia, fur gene expression is positively regulated by Fur when the iron concentration is limited (H.-J. Lee et al., J. Bacteriol. 185:5891-5896, 2003). Footprinting analysis revealed that an upstream region of the fur gene was protected by the Fur protein from DNase I under iron-depleted conditions. The protected region, from −142 to −106 relative to the transcription start site of the fur gene, contains distinct AT-rich repeats. Mutagenesis of this repeated sequence resulted in abolishment of binding by Fur. To confirm the role of this cis-acting element in Fur-mediated control of its own gene in vivo, fur expression was monitored in V. vulnificus strains using a transcriptional fusion containing the mutagenized Fur-binding site (fur mt::luxAB). Expression of fur mt::luxAB showed that it was not regulated by Fur and was not influenced by iron concentration. Therefore, this study demonstrates that V. vulnificus Fur acts as a positive regulator under iron-limited conditions by direct interaction with the fur upstream region.

Series ferrofluid based sensors are novel sensors which use ferrofluid as inductive core to measure signals. The physical properties of ferrofluid affect mostly on performance parameter of these series sensors. There is several generality regularity for ferrofluid appliedd in series sensors. This paper analyses the generality of parameter controlling for properties of ferrofluid used in series ferrofluid sensors. The working area of magnetization curve of ferrofluid used in series sensors should be in its linear area where the permeability of ferrofluid is considered as a constant. The magnetic nano-particles generally obtained by reaction of ferrous chloride and ferric chloride. With the increment of viscosity and density of ferrofluid, the saturation magnetic intensity of ferrofluid increases. The concentration of reacted solution is better to be 0.6mol/L. Saturation magnet intensity of magnetic nano-partcles is highest as the molar ratio of trivalent iron ion to bivalent iron ion is equal to 1.75. The reacted temperature is better between 65~80°C while PH value of solution is in a weak alkaline state.

ABSTRACT To study the possible use of probiotics in fish farming, we evaluated the in vitro and in vivo antagonism of antibacterial strainPseudomonas fluorescens strain AH2 against the fish-pathogenic bacterium Vibrio anguillarum. As iron is important in virulence and bacterial interactions, the effect ofP. fluorescens AH2 was studied under iron-rich and iron-limited conditions. Sterile-filtered culture supernatants from iron-limited P. fluorescens AH2 inhibited the growth ofV. anguillarum, whereas sterile-filtered supernatants from iron-replete cultures of P. fluorescens AH2 did not.P. fluorescens AH2 inhibited the growth of V. anguillarum during coculture, independently of the iron concentration, when the initial count of the antagonist was 100 to 1,000 times greater that of the fish pathogen. These in vitro results were successfully repeated in vivo. A probiotic effect in vivo was tested by exposing rainbow trout (Oncorynchus mykissWalbaum) to P. fluorescens AH2 at a density of 105 CFU/ml for 5 days before a challenge with V. anguillarum at 104 to 105 CFU/ml for 1 h. Some fish were also exposed to P. fluorescens AH2 at 107 CFU/ml during the 1-h infection. The combined probiotic treatment resulted in a 46% reduction of calculated accumulated mortality; accumulated mortality was 25% after 7 days at 12°C in the probiotic-treated fish, whereas mortality was 47% in fish not treated with the probiont.
