ABSTRACT Loktanella maritima strain YPC211 was isolated from the American lobster (Homarus americanus). We report here the draft genome sequence for L. maritima YPC211 and identify genes of potential importance to its role within the microbial community.

ABSTRACT Aquimarina sp. strain I32.4 (formerly Aquimarina sp. ‘ homaria ’) is a putative pathogen involved in epizootic shell disease in the American lobster ( Homarus americanus ). We report here the draft genome sequence for Aquimarina sp. strain I32.4 and describe virulence factors that may provide insight into its mechanism of pathogenicity.

The genome of strain HO-Geo1 is annotated for elucidation of the metabolic potential and its possible function in the subsurface microbial community and biotechnological application.

Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Pseudorhodobacter sp. strain E13, a Gram-negative, aerobic, nonflagellated, and rod-shaped bacterium which was isolated from the Yellow Sea in South Korea. The assembled genome sequence is 3,878,578 bp long with 3,646 protein-coding sequences in 159 contigs.

ABSTRACT Vibrio harveyi is a Gram-negative bacterium associated with vibriosis in penaeid shrimp. Here, we report the draft genome sequence of a V. harveyi strain isolated from Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) during a vibriosis outbreak. The availability of this genome will aid future studies of vibriosis in shrimp aquaculture.

Here, we report a high-quality draft genome sequence and highlight features of E. faecium VRE16, a representative of this ST.
