Blade tip timing is a technique for the measurement of vibrations in rotating bladed assemblies. In Part I of this work a class of methods for the analysis of blade tip timing data from bladed assemblies undergoing two simultaneous synchronous resonances was developed. The approaches were demonstrated using data from a mathematical simulation of tip timing data. In Part II the methods are validated on an experimental test rig. First, the construction and characteristics of the rig will be discussed. Then, the performance of the analysis techniques when applied to data from the rig will be compared and analysed. It is shown that accurate frequency estimates are obtained by all the methods for both single and double resonances. Furthermore, the recovered frequencies are used to calculate the amplitudes of the blade tip responses. The presence of mistuning in the bladed assembly does not affect the performance of the new techniques.

Blade tip timing is a technique for the measurement of vibrations in rotating bladed assemblies. Although the fundamentals of the technique are simple, the analysis of data obtained in the presence of simultaneously occurring synchronous resonances is problematic. A class of autoregressive-based methods for the analysis of blade tip timing data from assemblies undergoing two simultaneous resonances has been developed. It includes approaches that assume both sinusoidal and general blade tip responses. The methods can handle both synchronous and asynchronous resonances. An exhaustive evaluation of the approaches was performed on simulated data in order to determine their accuracy and sensitivity. One of the techniques was found to perform best on asynchronous resonances and one on synchronous resonances. Both methods yielded very accurate vibration frequency estimates under all conditions of interest.

This article aims to look at how to improve self-efficacy through guidance and counseling services at SMP 1 Pleret, Yogyakarta. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, data collection methods through interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Results and discussion that there are still many students who have low self-efficacy so they are difficult to achieve good learning outcomes. This is proven by some students rarely doing school work and rarely doing homework also do not have the motivation to excel. BK teachers try through guidance and counseling services in the form of a preventive approach for those with high self-efficacy and a curative approach for students with low self-efficacy. Such as helping students to convince themselves that students are able to do tasks even though it is difficult and able to excel and to convince students to avoid feeling inferior about themselves. Guidance and counseling provided by BK teachers shows significant changes in some students who already have high self-efficacy. So it can be concluded that through guidance and counseling can be an effort to improve student self-efficacy.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This study was conducted to determine the process of group communication in the center learning method at TK Zaid bin Tsabit. This study discusses the process of group communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques carried out by the researcher were with literature studies, online data searches, interviews, observation and documentation with 3 key informants namely the teacher at TK Zaid bin Tsabit and 3 supporting informants namely TK Head Zaid bin Tsabit and 2 parents. Test the validity of data by increasing perseverance, triangulation and discussion with colleagues, data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and evaluations. The results of this study that the communication process that occurs is direct communication that occurs in two directions and carried out continuously to form the independence of children. The communication process that occurs in a group of central learning methods shapes children's independence. The process of communication carried out by the teacher to the child is done by giving directions to the child as well as examples of directions that have been delivered by the teacher. The conclusion of this study is that the central learning method shapes children's independence through continuous communication by the teacher, because through central learning children are asked to do everything themselves in the supervision of the teacher. The advice given is that the teacher must be more creative in giving material to the central learning method and be more assertive in educating children and making ongoing communication with parents.

Open interconnections on integrated circuits (ICs) are a serious and ubiquitous problem throughout the micro-electronics industry. The efforts to understand the mechanisms responsible for producing open interconnections and to develop analytical methods to localize them demonstrate the concern manufacturers have for this problem. Multiple layers of metallization not only increase the probability that an open conductor or via will occur because of the increased number of interconnections and vias but also increase the difficulty in localizing the site of the failure because upper layers may mask the failure site.Rapid failure analysis of open-conductor defects is critical in new product development and reliability assessment of ICs where manufacturing and product development delays can cost millions of dollars a day. In this article, we briefly review some standard failure analysis approaches and then concentrate on new techniques to rapidly locate open-conductor defects that would have been difficult or impossible to identify using earlier methods. Each method is described in terms of the physics of signal generation, application, and advantages and disadvantages when compared to existing methods.

Abstract Based on the blade vibration theory of turbomachinery and the basic principle of blade timing systems, a sparse reconstruction model is derived for the tip timing signal under an arbitrary sensor circumferential placement distribution. The proposed approach uses the sparsity of the tip timing signal in the frequency domain. The application of compressive sensing in reconstructing the blade tip timing signal and monitoring multi-mode blade vibrations is explored. To improve the reconstruction effect, a number of numerical experiments are conducted to examine the effects of various factors on synchronous and non-synchronous signals. This enables the specific steps involved in the compressive sensing reconstruction of tip timing signals to be determined. The proposed method is then applied to the tip timing data of a 27-blade rotor. The results show that the method accurately identifies the multi-mode blade vibrations at different rotation speeds. The proposed method has the advantages of low dependence on prior information, insensitivity to environmental noise, and simultaneous identification of synchronous and non-synchronous signals. The experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach in engineering applications.
