PROSES KOMUNIKASI KELOMPOK DALAM METODE PEMBELAJARAN SENTRA UNTUK MEMBENTUK KEMANDIRIAN ANAK

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi kelompok dalam metode pembelajaran sentra di TK Zaid bin Tsabit. Penelitian ini mendiskusikan tentang proses komunikasi kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti ada dengan studi pustaka, penelusuran data secara online, wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi dengan 3 orang informan kunci yaitu guru di TK Zaid bin Tsabit serta 3 informan pendukung yaitu Kepala TK Zaid bin Tsabit dan 2 orang tua murid. Uji keabsahan data dengan peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat, teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan evaluasi.Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Proses komunikasi yang terjadi merupakan komunikasi langsung yang terjadi dua arah dan dilakukan terus menerus untuk membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang terjadi dalam kelompok metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh guru kepada anak dilakukan dengan memberikan arahan-arahan kepada anak serta contoh dari arahan yang telah disampaikan oleh guru.Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak lewat komunikasi yang dilakukan guru secara terus menerus, karna melalui pembelajaran sentra anak diminta untuk melakukan segala sesuatunya sendiri dalam pengawasan guru. Saran yang diberikan adalah guru harus lebih kreatif dalam memberikan materi pada metode pembelajaran sentra serta bersikap lebih tegas dalam mendidik anak dan melakukan komunikasi yang berkelanjutan dengan orang tua murid. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This study was conducted to determine the process of group communication in the center learning method at TK Zaid bin Tsabit. This study discusses the process of group communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques carried out by the researcher were with literature studies, online data searches, interviews, observation and documentation with 3 key informants namely the teacher at TK Zaid bin Tsabit and 3 supporting informants namely TK Head Zaid bin Tsabit and 2 parents. Test the validity of data by increasing perseverance, triangulation and discussion with colleagues, data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and evaluations.The results of this study that the communication process that occurs is direct communication that occurs in two directions and carried out continuously to form the independence of children. The communication process that occurs in a group of central learning methods shapes children's independence. The process of communication carried out by the teacher to the child is done by giving directions to the child as well as examples of directions that have been delivered by the teacher.The conclusion of this study is that the central learning method shapes children's independence through continuous communication by the teacher, because through central learning children are asked to do everything themselves in the supervision of the teacher. The advice given is that the teacher must be more creative in giving material to the central learning method and be more assertive in educating children and making ongoing communication with parents.

Abstract, The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the principles of transparency and accountability in the management of APBDes which includes planning, implementation, reporting, and accountability activities. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The respondents of this study consisted of the village secretary, treasurer of the PKK, and community representatives. Data collection techniques are by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques began with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the apparatus of the Pusaka Rakyat Village, Tarumajaya District has applied the principles of transparency and accountability in the management of the APBDes. APBDes planning and implementation has applied the principles of transparency and accountability. While APBDes accountability physically shows an accountable implementation. The main obstacle is the disbursement of funding sources that are not according to plan. Keywords: Accountability, APBDes Abstrak, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan penerapan prinsip-prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan APBDes yang mencakup kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pelaporan, dan akuntabilitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari sekretaris desa, bendahara PKK, dan perwakilan masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aparatur Desa Pusaka Rakyat, Kecamatan Tarumajaya telah menerapkan prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan APBDes. Perencanaan dan implementasi APBDes telah menerapkan prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Sementara akuntabilitas APBDes secara fisik menunjukkan implementasi yang akuntabel. Kendala utama adalah pencairan sumber pendanaan yang tidak sesuai dengan rencana. Kata Kunci : Akuntabilitas , APBDes

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasi citra perempuan pada kumpulan puisi Milk and Honey karya Rupi Kaur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan kritik sastra feminisme. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simak catat. Sedangkan tahapan penelitian data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data. Citra perempuan diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga aspek, yaitu fisik, psikis, dan sosial. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa citra perempuan tidak hanya memberikan gambaran mengenai tingkah laku, mental, dan sosial perempuan, tetapi juga memperlihatkan gambaran mengenai berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi perempuan di dalam masyarakat patriarki. The purpose of this study was to describe and identify the image of women in the collection of poetry Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur. The research method used is a qualitative method using feminist literary criticism. The data collection technique was carried out using the note-taking technique. While the data research stages are carried out using data analysis techniques. The image of women is classified into three aspects, namely physical, psychological, and social. The results of the research and discussion show that the image of women not only provides an overview of women's behavior, mental and social, but also shows an overview of the various problems faced by women in a patriarchal society.

The economy has changed dramatically since the COVID-19 outbreak began. The impact that occurred in Indonesia was almost on all fronts, and the Government continued to issue policies due to this impact. Tax policies that are designed to provide incentives for affected taxpayers are expected to increase economic growth. This research was conducted to map 14 Tax Policies in three Regulations issued by the Government based on the objective of reducing the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach obtained. Then perform data analysis using three stages of analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, and concluding. The results of the study state that Indonesia has issued a policy to help taxpayers who are affected by COVID-19. Benefits for taxpayers, namely a reduction in rates to an exemption from income tax, the goal is that the economy which has stopped moving up becomes stable. This study aims to analyze the management of character education in growing the religious character of students at MI Mafatihul Akhlaq Jepara. This research is a field research with a qualitative method approach. The object of this research is MI Mafatihul Akhlaq Demangan, Tahunan, Jepara. This research data collection using interview techniques, observation and documentation, technical data analysis through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and classification and validity test using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study include; 1) the character education management model implanted at MI Mafatihul Akhlaq Jepara includes the process of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating it, religious character, honesty, intelligence, and caring for others. Teachers have strategies to support the achievement of the concept of character education management. 2) Strategies in implementing character education in fostering the religious attitude of students through example, learning, empowerment and civilizing, strengthening, and assessment.

Organology of Tongkek musical instruments in Pancor Subdistrict Selong East Lombok Province West Nusa Tenggara has an important role to be held, this research focuses on the process of making and processing the ignition of Tongkek musical instruments. This type of research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The subject in this study is The Tongkek Craftsman. Data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, laboratory tests, and documentation. Examination of the validity of data in this study using source triangulation. Data analysis techniques used consist of four stages, namely, data collection ( data collection), reduction (data reduction), Data display (presentation of data), and Conclusion drawing/verification (examiner conclusion and verification). The results of this study contain the organology of Tongkek musical instruments in detail and detail. First, in the manufacturing process, the craftsmen pay attention to the quality of tools and materials to be used, such as the degree of dryness, thickness, the sharpness of the knife, and the diameter of the bamboo used. Second, the process of logging, the most important thing in the process of Tongkek is the sensitivity of taste in each craftsman. Good quality raw materials are also very supportive of sound quality in Tongkek. So with this research, a piece of Tongkek music will know Tongkek instruments better and understand the importance of caring for Tongkek musical instruments wisely, so that the use of Tongkek musical instruments can be used optimally and is expected to bring up the makers of Tongkek with good sound quality.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the strategy atta'bir almushawwar using the book Muthala'ah alqiro'ah al-rosyidah and to determine the increase in speaking skills. This research uses qualitative research. This research was carried out from June to August 2019 at the Islamic Boarding School Ta'mirul Surakarta. The data collection techniques are through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. And the data validity technique uses triangulation of sources and methods. And data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions. The results of the study show that the steps of atta'bir almushawwar using the Muthala'ah alqiro'ah al-rosyidah book, namely the teacher reads the vocabulary aloud and students follow it, and the teacher asks students to interpret it, the teacher asks the students to listen to the teacher's explanation with Image media are on the board and in a situation where students do not open the book, the teacher asks students to read muthalaah books and then gives students time to ask questions about vocabulary or things that have not been understood, the teacher asks some students to retell what the teacher has explained in front of the class by using Arabic. By using the attakbir almushawwar strategy in learning the muthalaah book, it is very helpful for students to remember the material that has been explained by the teacher. Because the explanation using image media makes students interested so that students pay attention to the scale of what is explained by the teacher. And in addition students have to memorize again using Arabic that they have understood, with this students are trained in speaking and can increase students' speaking skills

This research is describe the analysis of batik extracurricular activities to the ability of batik painting of elementary school students in Mantingan Village, Jaken Sub-district, Pati Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach with principal subject, extracurricular batik trainer, and students of SD N Mantingan. The object of this study is the analysis of batik extracurricular activities on the ability of art batik. Data collection is done by observation, interview. The data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. To test the validity of the data used persistence. Batik extracurricular activities that have been implemented in SD N Mantingan have a role on the ability of batik art to produce various works of batik art. The ability of batik art, among others, elements and principles of art are taught by trainers or teachers able to make students can be creative, work, develop creativity, express feelings, talents, motivation and independence.

Community participation is the main asset in achieving the government's program goals. This study aims to determine community participation in development at Baringeng Village, Soppeng regency. Therefore, to find out the objectives of this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were (7 peoples) using data collection techniques that were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that community participation in development at Baringeng village, Soppeng regency was in the high category. This can be viewed from several indicators, including thought participation, energy participation, property participation, skills participation, and social participation.

The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Mechanical research using data analysis techniques to determine the religious values contained therein. The research data in this novel are quotations in the form of words and sentences in the novel When Mas Dashing Go. Techniques used in data collection documentary studies. The research instrument is the researchers themselves as the main instrument. The results of his research is the value of human piety towards God, man's obedience to our fellow human beings and human obedience to himself.

This study aimed to know about high learning motivation students' in mathematical critical thinking skills. This study used a qualitative method and data collection techniques consisted of written tests and interviews. This study used triangulation techniques that compared data of test and interview data. The qualitative data analysis techniques were data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that subject critical thinking skills with high motivation are able to understand the problems in the problem and can use the information obtained appropriately to complete each step in the problem. These conditions, students can also explain what was done in the process and can get conclusions, do not forget the review that students do will help solve the problem.
