With the progress of society and the rapid development of computer technology, rumors arise on social media, which seriously affects the social economy. How to detect rumors accurately and rapidly has become one hot research topic. In this paper, a new early rumor detection model is proposed. The aim of this model is to increase the efficiency and the accuracy of rumor detection simultaneously. Specifically, in this model, the input data is firstly refined through account filtering and data standardization, then the BiGRU is used to consider the context relationship, and a reinforcement learning algorithm is applied to detection. Experimental results show that compared with other early rumor detection models (e.g., checkpoints), the accuracy of the proposed model is improved by 0.5% with the same speed, which testifies the effectiveness of this model.

The increasing growth of wireless networking and new mobile computing devices has caused boundaries between trusted and malicious users to be blurred. The shift in security priorities from the network perimeter to information protection and user resources security is an open area for research which is concerned with the protection of user information’s confidentiality, integrity and availability. Intrusion detection systems are programs or software applications embedded in sophisticated devices to monitor the activities on networks or systems for security, policy or protocol violation or malicious activities detection. In this work, an intrusion detection model was proposed using C4.5 algorithm which was implemented with WEKA tool and RAPID MINER. The model showed good performance when trained and tested with validation techniques. Implementation of the proposed model was conducted on the Network Security Laboratory Knowledge Discovery in Databases (NSL-KDD) dataset, an improved version of KDD 99 dataset, which showed that the proposed model approach has an average detection rate of 99.62% and reduced false alarm rate of 0.38%.

The Internet enters every home and household, increasingly becomes the master of today and the main generator of the world’s limitless platforms, sends and gives landmarks to people, social groups, enterprises, organizations, authorities. The intensification of technological platforms carries not only the communication of all members of society to information resources, but also encourages active participation in exchanges, interactions and development of information technologies, which contributes to the implementation of self-expression, exchange of experience, improvement of their skills and skills, personal improvement, etc.

The detection of coffee bean defects is the most crucial step prior to bean roasting. Existing defect detection methods used in the specialty coffee bean industry entail manual screening and sorting, require substantial human resources, and are not standardized. To solve these problems, this study developed a deep learning algorithm to detect defects in coffee beans. The results reveal that when the pooling layer was used to enhance features and reduce neural dimensionality, some of the coffee been features were lost or misclassified. Therefore, a novel dimensionality reduction method was adopted to increase the ability of feature extraction. The developed model also overcame the drawbacks of padding causing blurred image boundaries and the dead neurons causing impeding feature propagation. Images of eight types of coffee beans were used to train and test the proposed detection model. The proposed method was verified to reduce the bias when classifying defects in coffee beans. The detection accuracy rate of the proposed model was 95.2%. When the model was only used to detect the presence of defects, the accuracy rate increased to 100%. Thus, the proposed model is highly accurate in coffee bean defect detection in the classification of eight types of coffee beans.

During the development of social media, there has been a transformation in social communication. Despite their positive applications in social interactions and news spread, it also provides an ideal platform for spreading rumors. Rumors can endanger the security of society in normal or critical situations. Therefore, it is important to detect and verify the rumors in the early stage of their spreading. Many research works have focused on social attributes in the social network to solve the problem of rumor detection and verification, while less attention has been paid to content features. The social and structural features of rumors develop over time and are not available in the early stage of rumor. Therefore, this study presented a content-based model to verify the Persian rumors on Twitter and Telegram early. The proposed model demonstrates the important role of content in spreading rumors and generates a better-integrated representation for each source rumor document by fusing its semantic, pragmatic, and syntactic information. First, contextual word embeddings of the source rumor are generated by a hybrid model based on ParsBERT and parallel CapsNets. Then, pragmatic and syntactic features of the rumor are extracted and concatenated with embeddings to capture the rich information for rumor verification. Experimental results on real-world datasets demonstrated that the proposed model significantly outperforms the state-of-the-art models in the early rumor verification task. Also, it can enhance the performance of the classifier from 2% to 11% on Twitter and from 5% to 23% on Telegram. These results validate the model's effectiveness when limited content information is available.

In recent years, with the rapid development of global industrialization, people’s quality of life has improved, and people are no longer satisfied with the quality of goods and purposes, the majority of people even choose goods based on the packaging of goods which cause the situation of excessive packaging become serious. As an important part of manufacturing, packaging industry should emphasize the development of environmentally friendly packaging. Recognized as one of the most promising green packaging materials, paper packaging materials accounted for more than 40% of packaging materials, however, unsuitable production and recycling of paper packaging pose a threat to the environment and the social economy. For the sustainable development of the paper packaging industry, this essay put forward the concept of "green paper packaging" through literature research. This essay will introduce the proper production and recycling of green paper packaging materials, discuss the structural design of green paper packaging, and looking forward to the development direction of green paper packaging, and come to the conclusion that not only need we use new materials and environmental friendly packaging structures, but also we should attach importance to the production and the recycling of the packaging so as to make sure the entire life cycle of packaging does not harm the human body and the environment.

Data analysis and machine learning are the backbones of the current era. Human society has entered machine learning and data science that increases the data capacity. It has been widely acknowledged that not only does the number of information increase exponentially, but also the way of human information management and processing is completed to be changed from manual to computer, mainly depending on the transformation of information technology including a computer, network, and communication. This paper is aimed at a solution to the lag of the methods and means of volleyball technique prediction in China. Through field visits, it is found that the way of analysis and research of techniques and tactics in Chinese volleyball practice is relatively backward, which to a certain extent affected the rapid development of Chinese volleyball. Therefore, it is a necessary and urgent task to realize the reform of the methods and means of volleyball technical and tactical analysis in China. The data analysis and prediction are based on the machine learning and data mining algorithm applied to volleyball in this paper is an inevitable trend. The proposed model is applied to the data produced at the edges of the systems and thoroughly analyzed. The Apriori algorithm of the machine learning algorithm is utilized to process the data and provide a prediction about the strategies of a volleyball match. The Apriori algorithm of machine learning is also optimized to perform better data analysis. The effectiveness of the proposed model is also highlighted.
