This exploration is aimed at improving the efficiency and safety of fully automatic line operation in public space. From the perspective of multisensor fusion technology, the definition, development status, and design principles of public art, as well as the related applications of multisensor fusion technology theory and image fusion theory, are introduced by consulting relevant literature. Then, the scheme of subway platform door gap antipinch detection system based on multisensor fusion and the obstacle detection method of tram in transit are proposed. Finally, through the method of questionnaire, the passengers’ cognition of public art in subway space and the concerned components of public art in subway space are analyzed. The results show that the subway space art content loved by passengers is mainly daily life, and the degree of love can reach 28%, followed by local customs, culture, and fashion trends, with a degree of love of 23%. Besides, the problem of obstacle detection of tram in transit is also studied, and a new obstacle detection method combining visual sensor transmission detection and lidar detection is proposed. This method can quickly and accurately identify unsafe factors. Therefore, the research on the visibility of multisensor fusion technology in public art design has great reference significance for the rapid development of transportation industry.

With the rapid development of the Internet, various forms of network attack have emerged, so how to detect abnormal behavior effectively and to recognize their attack categories accurately have become an important research subject in the field of cyberspace security. Recently, many hot machine learning-based approaches are applied in the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) to construct a data-driven model. The methods are beneficial to reduce the time and cost of manual detection. However, the real-time network data contain an ocean of redundant terms and noises, and some existing intrusion detection technologies have lower accuracy and inadequate ability of feature extraction. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes an intrusion detection method based on the Decision Tree-Recursive Feature Elimination (DT-RFE) feature in ensemble learning. We firstly propose a data processing method by the Decision Tree-Based Recursive Elimination Algorithm to select features and to reduce the feature dimension. This method eliminates the redundant and uncorrelated data from the dataset to achieve better resource utilization and to reduce time complexity. In this paper, we use the Stacking ensemble learning algorithm by combining Decision Tree (DT) with Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) methods. Finally, a series of comparison experiments by cross-validation on the KDD CUP 99 and NSL-KDD datasets indicate that the DT-RFE and Stacking-based approach can better improve the performance of the IDS, and the accuracy for all kinds of features is higher than 99%, except in the case of U2R accuracy, which is 98%.

The paper applied the ultrasonic ranging technology into the pipeline obstacle detection system. First, the article uses square waves as driver signal and the threshold detection method to estimate the distance, then replace the square wave with m-sequence because of the unsatisfactorily test results. In order to improve the accuracy of measurement, four coding and three modulation modes are combined. Taking the impulse signal as a carrier wave, construct incentive sequence and detect the obstacles, analyze the results and find out the optimal combination. Finally the reason caused the error is discussed.

How to explore higher efficient and more credible fire-detection system by rapid development of computer and image processing techniques has aroused public’s extensive attention. To achieve fully automatic surveillance of fires, an intelligent fire detection method based on a multi-stage decision strategy of image processing is proposed. Both static and dynamic characteristics of the fire images sequence are considered. First of all time difference is used to process the gray-scale image to obtain the moving region in the scene, secondly apply color segmentation to get the ROI of fire region, thirdly shape features such as randomness of area size, edge likelihood are calculated to avoid some interference, at last the polygonal and irregular characters of flame like sharp corners and circularity are used to identified the fire. Experimental result shows the Fire-detection method presented in this paper could detect fire in the image sequence effectively, and it is capable of distinguishing Environmental light changes, background color interference and light false identification. Multi-stage decision strategy can improve the algorithm performance and reduce false-alarm rate. The proposed method has broad application prospects in the important military, social security, forest-fire alarm, commercial applications, and so on.

In research on the navigation and control of an Autonomous Land Vehicle (ALV), the ultrasonic obstacle detection system plays an important role extending the environment cognition capability of the ALV. With a goal of improving the accuracy of ultrasonic obstacle detection, a dynamic data filtering method based on ultrasonic array is presented. The sonar return data is first processed through static filtering according to the geometric relationship of the ultrasonic array. Then, dynamic filtering is executed using the orientation and trajectory information of the vehicle. The dynamic filtering method is compared to the traditional ultrasonic obstacle detection method, which is the static filtering method in a typical field environment. The experiment result demonstrates the validity of the method for solving the fake data problem, and the accuracy of obstacle detection is improved.

The world is entering a new phase of the digital era, including Indonesia. The unification of the real world and cyberspace is a sign, where the conditions of both can influence each other (Hyung Jun, 2018). The patterns of behavior and public relations in the virtual universe gave rise to new social interactions called the Digital Society. One part of Global Megatrends has also influenced public policy in Indonesia in recent years. Critical mass previously carried out conventionally is now a virtual movement. War of hashtags, petitions, and digital community comments are new tools and strategies for influencing policy. This paper attempts to analyze the extent of digital society's influence on public policy in Indonesia. As well as what public policy models are needed. Methodology used in this analysis is qualitative descriptive. Data collection through literature studies by critical mass digital recognition in Indonesia and trying to find a relationship between political participation through social media and democracy. By processing the pro and contra views regarding the selection of social media as a level of participation, this paper finds that there are overlapping interests that have the potential to distort the articulation of freedom of opinion and participation. - which is characteristic of a democratic state. The result is the rapid development of digital society which greatly influences the public policy process. Digital society imagines being able to participate formally in influencing policy in Indonesia. The democracy that developed in the digital society is cyberdemocracy. Public space in the digital world must be guaranteed security and its impact on the policies that will be determined. The recommendation given to the government is that a cyber data analyst is needed to oversee the issues that are developing in the digital world. Regulations related to the security of digital public spaces must be maximized. The government maximizes cooperation with related stakeholders. Keywords: Digital Society; Democracy; Public policy; Political Participation

The subject matter of research interest here is the movement of sociological reflection concerning the interplay of public and private realms in social, political and individual life. The focus is on the boundary constructs embodying publicity, which are, first of all, classical models of the space of appearance for free citizens of the polis (H. Arendt) and the public sphere organised by communicative rationality (Ju. Habermas). Alternative patterns are present in modern ideas pertaining to the significance of biological component in public space in the context of biopolitics (M. Foucault), “inclusive exclusion of bare life” (G. Agamben), as well as performativity of corporeal and linguistic experience related to the right to participate in civil acts such as popular assembly (J. Butler), where the established distinctions between the public and the private are levelled, and the interrelationship of these two realms becomes reconfigured. Once the new media have come into play, both the structure and nature of the public sphere becomes modified. What assumes a decisive role is people’s physical interaction with online communication gadgets, which instantly connect information networks along various trajectories. However, the rapid development of information technology produces particular risks related to the control of communications industry, leaving both public and private realms unprotected and deforming them. This also urges us to rethink the issue of congruence of the two ideas such as transparency of societies and security.

With the rapid development of drones, many problems have arisen, such as invasion of privacy and endangering security. Inspired by biology, in order to achieve effective detection and robust tracking of small targets such as unmanned aerial vehicles, a binocular vision detection system is designed. The system is composed of long focus and wide-angle dual cameras, servo pan tilt, and dual processors for detecting and identifying targets. In view of the shortcomings of spatio-temporal context target tracking algorithm that cannot adapt to scale transformation and easy to track failure in complex scenes, the scale filter and loss criterion are introduced to make an improvement. Qualitative and quantitative experiments show that the designed system can adapt to the scale changes and partial occlusion conditions in the detection, and meets the real-time requirements. The hardware system and algorithm both have reference value for the application of anti-unmanned aerial vehicle systems.
