The combination of virtual reality (VR) technology and basketball technology simulation can make the players have a real experience and experience, so as to effectively improve the quality of basketball training. It can also, according to the individual needs of different players, promote their physical and mental health development and improve the enthusiasm of basketball training, so as to improve the level of basketball technology. Immersive feeling and interest of human-computer interaction are the essential characteristics of virtual reality. The real conception of space-time environment, that is, the process of enlightening thinking and obtaining basketball technology simulation information, is the ultimate goal of virtual reality. In this experiment, five high-level basketball players in our city were selected and numbered from no. 1 to no. 5. Before the experiment, it is necessary to make the players warm up fully before the experiment and then test the forward turning technical movements of basketball. The test variables are based on different angles and distances. After that, standardized selection of basketball technical statistical indicators includes shooting hit rate, two-point hit rate, three-point hit rate, and free throw hit rate. According to the results of the experiment, it took the most time for the curve technique to lower the buffer stage, and it took up 29% of the total time of the entire precursor shot and turned back and the aerial shot stage is 23% and 22%, respectively. There is 20% time in the takeoff phase and 6% time in the brake phase. It has a great influence on the results of the game.

Quality of life (QOL) has over the past decade become an important part of health science and also increased public awareness. It has become increasingly apparent that illness is closely related to the individual perception of a good life, and therefore the exploration of indicators related to quality of life appears to be of broad importance for the prevention and treatment of diseases. Identifying, which factors constitute a good life may reveal an understanding about what areas in life should be encouraged, in order to enhance the global quality of life, health, and ability. In this paper we present results from studies initiated in 1989 to examine quality of life in relation to disease. The purpose of this presentation was to assemble the results from the study carried out in the years between 1993 and 1997, examining a total of 11.500 Danes, to show the association between quality of life and a wide series of social indicators.

Abstract Objective To identify the most effective procedures recommended for the prevention of preeclampsia. Data Sources A systematic review was performed in the following databases: Pubmed/MEDLINE, CINAHL, Web of Science, Cochrane and LILACS via the Virtual Health Library (VHL). A manual search was also performed to find additional references. The risk of bias, the quality of the evidence, and the classification of the strength of the recommendations were evaluated using the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluations (GRADE) approach. Selection of Studies In the initial search in the databases, the total number of articles retrieved was 351, and 2 were retrieved through the manual search; after duplicate articles were removed, 333 citations remained. After a thorough review of the titles and abstracts, 315 references were excluded. Accordingly, 18 articles were maintained for selection of the complete text (phase 2). This process led to the exclusion of 6 studies. In total, 12 articles were selected for data extraction and qualitative synthesis. Data Collection The articles selected for the study were analyzed, and we inserted the synthesis of the evidence in the online software GRADEpro Guideline Development Tool (GDT) (McMaster University and Evidence Prime Inc. All right reserved. McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontário, Canada); thus, it was possible to develop a table of evidence, with the quality of the evidence and the classification of the strength of the recommendations. Data Synthesis In total, seven studies recommended the individual use of aspirin, or aspirin combined with calcium, heparin or dipyridamole. The use of calcium alone or in combination with phytonutrients was also highlighted. All of the studies were with women at a high risk of developing preeclampsia. Conclusion According to the studies evaluated, the administration of aspirin is still the best procedure to be used in the clinical practice to prevent preeclampsia.

One way of incorporating useful traits from Aegilops biuncialis (2n=4x=28, U b U b M b M b ) into wheat ( Triticum aestivum L. 2n=6x=42, AABBDD) is to develop first addition then translocation lines. The 2M b , 3M b , 7M b , 3U b , 5U b and 5U b /6U b wheat- Ae. biuncialis addition lines were produced in Martonvásár. To facilitate the exact identification of the addition lines, it was necessary to analyse the fluorescence in situ hybridisation patterns of the parental wheat genotype, Ae. biuncialis and its diploid progenitors ( Ae. umbellulata 2n=2x=14, UU and Ae. comosa 2n=2x=14, MM). The great genetic variability of the Aegilops species causes polymorphism in the fluorescence in situ hybridisation (FISH) patterns of the individual chromosomes. Due to the high level of FISH polymorphism, it is advisable to confirm the identification of the Ae. biuncialis chromosomes with the help of molecular (microsatellite, SSR) markers, so 119 wheat SSR markers were tested on Aegilops biuncialis , on Ae. geniculata (2n=4x=28, U g U g M g M g ), on five wheat- Ae. biuncialis addition lines (2M b , 3M b , 7M b , 3U b , 5U b ) and on an addition series of wheat- Ae. geniculata in order to select SSR markers specific to the U and M genomes of Ae. biuncialis and Ae. geniculata .

In the article the issues of detection and clinical signifcance of affective symptoms of preclinical level in adolescence are discussed. Affective symptoms of the preclinical level are frequently masked by personality or behavioral characteristics, puberty manifestations. Quite ofen such adolescents remain out of sight of specialists with a high need for adequate medical and psychological assistance. Te purpose of this study was to identify the subclinical level affective symptoms in different groups of adolescents (subthreshold depression) and to study its clinical features. Tere were examined 659 adolescents 7-17 years old. We used clinical, psychological (depression scale M. Kovak) and statistical metods. A group of adolescents with a risk of developing depression was identifed (35.7%): with a «above average» level of depression’s risk (26.6%), with a high level (7.9%) and high scores on particular scales (1.2%). Adolescents in secondary schools, compared to the pupils in correctional schools, had signifcantly higher indicators on the total score and «Negative mood» and «Angelonia» scales in the group with a high risk of depression. Te indicators of the «Interpersonal problems» scale were high in all groups of students. Adolescents from urban schools are at the greatest risk of developing depression compared to both rural adolescents and correctional school pupils. In 10.3% of the pupils, the individual signs of affective disorders were identifed that signifcantly affected the quality of functioning, which we regarded as persons with subthreshold depression. including 15.8% urban, 10.8% rural, and 6.3% teenagers with disabilities. Tis group needs a dynamic observation and carrying out preventive measures with the obligatory involvement of the social environment — parents and teachers.

Background Physical activity (PA) is associated with a variety of physical and psychosocial health benefits, but levels of moderate-to-vigorous intensity PA remain low worldwide. Virtual reality (VR) gaming systems involving movement (VR exergames) could be used to engage people in more PA. Objective This study aimed to synthesize public reviews of popular VR exergames to identify common features that players liked or disliked to inform future VR exergame design. Methods We conducted a thematic analysis of 498 reviews of the 29 most popular exergames sold in the top 3 VR marketplaces: Steam (Valve Corporation), Viveport (Valve Corporation), and Oculus (Oculus VR). We categorized reviews as positive and negative as they appeared in the marketplaces and identified the most common themes using an inductive thematic analysis. Results The reviews were often mixed, reporting a wide variety of expectations, preferences, and gaming experiences. Players preferred highly realistic games (eg, closely simulated real-world sport), games that were intuitive (in terms of body movement and controls), and games that provided gradual increases in skill acquisition. Players reported feeling that they reached a high level of exertion when playing and that the immersion distracted them from the intensity of the exercise. Some preferred features included music and social aspects of the games, with multiplayer options to include friends or receive help from experienced players. There were 3 main themes in negative reviews. The first concerned bugs that rendered games frustrating. Second, the quality of graphics had a particularly strong impact on perceived enjoyment. Finally, reviewers disliked when games had overly complex controls and display functions that evoked motion sickness. Conclusions Exergames prove to be a stimulating avenue for players to engage in PA and distract themselves from the negative perceptions of performing exercise. The common negative aspects of VR exergames should be addressed for increased uptake and continued engagement.
