To fully understand the root causes for consumer’s trust and preference of we-media marketing, it is important to explore deep into the features and superiorities of the marketing model of we-media marketing platforms, as well as the factors affecting the profit-making of the model. The existing studies on WeMedia ads marketing at home and abroad are mostly descriptive analysis on the relevant concepts, the importance of WeMedia ads marketing, product quality monitoring, and the reasonability of marketing models. There is a lack of quantitative results on deeper layers. To make up for the gap, this paper explores the evaluation of WeMedia ads marketing based on the demand of Internet economy. Firstly, an evaluation index system (EIS) was established for WeMedia ads marketing, and the weight of each index was determined in turn. Then, the authors created an evaluation model, carried out the corresponding confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and verified the model through the degree of fit verification. Experimental results confirm the correctness and effectiveness of the constructed model. The results provide a reference for the evaluation of other marketing models.

The intelligent manufacturing (IM) supply chain (SC) involves multiple distributed agents. The mobile supply chain (MSC) technology supports the real-time management of key information resources in the supply chain of IM products. This paper explores the influencing factors and evaluation model of quality risks in IM MSC, trying to make realistic evaluation of the actual quality risks of the enterprise. Firstly, the authors constructed a quality risk identification framework for IM MSC, and a hierarchical evaluation index system (EIS) based on the factors affecting quality risks. Besides, the features and attributes of four dimensions of quality risks were specified, and the corresponding intuitive triangular fuzzy numbers were given. Next, an evaluation model was established for the quality risks of IM MSC based on backpropagation neural network (BPNN). After the evaluation of quality risks, a contract model was designed for the quality risk control in IM MSC. The proposed EIS and models were proved effective through experiments.

The silicon crystal industry is an emerging industry that uses silicon ore to obtain crystalline silicon and silicon micropower through processing. The China silicon crystal industry generally suffers from poor market supervision and low added-value products, which decreases the industry’s competitiveness and affects overall economic development. This study used the SWOT–PEST model to analyze the internal and external factors, constructed the county competitiveness evaluation index system with four dimensions and 20 variables, and used the gray correlation evaluation model to conduct empirical research on data on the competitiveness of the silicon crystal industry in Suichuan and in another three counties. Compared with the industrial competitiveness in the other three counties, the competitiveness in Suichuan County is still relatively low, but it has been increasing rapidly in recent years. The silicon crystal industry in Suichuan County has great advantages, such as resource endowment, energy, and policy support. The main factors affecting the competitiveness of the silicon crystal industry in Suichuan County are the number of brands, the situation of foreign exports, and the output of silicon products. Therefore, Suichuan County should adjust the silicon crystal industry based on these evaluation results to promote the sustainable development of this industry.

COVID-19 has swept the world for more than one year. Public transport, especially railway passenger transport for long distance and extensive areas, is the most potential risk source of the pandemic. In railway passenger transport, real-name train ticket check can effectively track the propagation path of the pandemic, which is of most significance for spread prevention of COVID-19. In this study, the evaluation index system of real-name check of ticket in trains was first established, in which 22 indexes in 4 levels were included, and their weights were determined by the Method of Kantiray Weighting. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation model of real-name system check was proposed, in which normalized work of different indexes was done, and key factors affecting the evaluation were founded. Finally, typical data of 8 trains check were collected, and from the evaluation analysis, we can find out that most factors affecting results of real-name ticket check are attendant management, train organization level, train service, and real-name ticket check proportion, based on which corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given oriented to short-, medium-, and long-distance trains, respectively, all of which can reduce the risk of pandemic propagation in railway system.

To develop new wood cellulose resources and fast-growing pulpwood plantation fiber sources, it is very important to evaluate their pulping properties. A comprehensive multi-index pulping-suitability evaluation model is investigated in this paper by considering four fast-growing wood species. First, a new evaluation-index system for kraft pulp was developed based on traditional evaluation-index systems. Then, the membership degree of every index was analyzed to obtain a fuzzy matrix. The proportional contribution of each parameter to the main pulping properties could then be determined. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation model of kraft pulp properties was developed. The model is reliable compared with traditional assessment methods. The results confirmed the feasibility and rationality of developing new wood cellulose resources and fast-growing pulpwood plantations using fuzzy comprehensive evaluations.

Effectiveness evaluations are one of the important ways to guide grid investment and to improve investment efficiency. Improving the effectiveness of grid investment evaluations is studied based on the optimization of the investment evaluation index system and the utility evaluation model. The index system is optimized by establishing an evaluation index system of grid investment effectiveness, considering the redundancy between the indices, and constructing an ISM-DEA model. The utility function model was introduced to fully consider the different risk appetites of decision-makers, and a utility evaluation model that takes risk appetite into account was established. An improved weight integration model based on multiobjective optimization was established by considering the minimum deviation and the trend-optimal objective function when setting the index weights. The calculation results show that the feasibility of the index system optimization model and utility evaluation model constructed in this study is verified under the premise of satisfying the assumptions. By adjusting the risk preference coefficient of decision-makers, the dynamic optimization of the grid investment utility evaluation results can be realized.
