To improve the ecological protection of coal gangue slopes, this work developed a polymer curing agent using a pure acrylic emulsion and cement as the main raw materials. By testing the workability, waterproofing, durability, and adhesion of the curing agent with different polymer-to-cement ratios, the optimum mixing ratio of the polymer curing agent was obtained, and the protection mechanism was analysed based on the test results and by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Then, simulated slope and practical engineering applications were carried out. The results show that pure acrylic emulsion curing agent with a polymer-to-cement ratio of 6 : 5 is most suitable for the ecological protection of coal gangue slopes. The polymer curing agent can form a network structure film layer with a good waterproofing effect on the coal gangue surface. Simultaneously, the network structure film layer can reduce the influence of weathering and leaching on the coal gangue, prevent the heavy metal elements in coal gangue from entering the surrounding soil, improve the growth environment of plants, and improve the effect of ecological restoration. This research can be applied to the ecological protection of coal gangue slopes.

Under the action of water, weak rock slopes easily expand and the strength and stiffness decrease, which results in slope instability. The styrene–acrylic emulsion cement-matrix composite, a new type of polymer curing agent, was developed for the curing and treatment of weak rock slopes. The strength-reduction factor method and ANSYS finite element software were used to calculate and analyze the stability of slopes before and after protection. The stability safety factor of weak rock after protection increased by 30% from 2.0 to 2.6. In order to evaluate the performance of the polymer curing agent, the mixture test was carried out in the laboratory. It was found that the waterproofness, hydrophobicity, and microstructure of weak rock slopes with the polymer curing agent can be significantly improved. Finally, the polymer curing agent was adopted and the external-soil spray-seeding technique was used in physical engineering. From test results, it was indicated that the polymer curing agent for weak slopes is beneficial in improving the water-damage resistance of a slope surface and prevent or reduce the softening of weak rock so that plants can grow for a long time. The treatment for weak rock slopes was successfully combined with plant protection, achieving the dual effect of weak rock slope protection and ecological protection.

This paper summarizes and analyzes the basic concepts and ecological protection mechanism for expansion geotechnical slope failure mechanism and the resulting impact on the shallow, traction engineering properties such as analysis, proposed ecological slope of expansive soil slope mechanism of action: vegetation system by improving internal slope soil moisture and temperature changes affect the atmosphere and thus effectively reduce the depth. Vegetation root through reinforced anchoring, delay time and improving soil hydration ductility such as the role played good strength enhancement. Vegetation formation can effectively improve the damaged outer slope interface morphology, to restore the ecological environment and landscape effect. Integrating the past experience on expansive soil slope treatment, this paper provide a slope treatment method used in Nanning metro Tunli section, these will provide reference for the expansive soil slope ecological management.

High strength lightweight glass-ceramics were fabricated with coal gangue and clay as main raw materials. The utilization ratio of coal gangue, the ratio of the coal gangue with clay, mineralization agents, forming process and sintering process on the properties of the fabricated glass-ceramics were optimized. The utilization ratio of coal gangue reached 75, and the ratio of coal gangue to clay was 3/1, as an optimal property was observed. The optimal sintering temperature was found to be 1370?C. At this optimal temperature, the sintered glass-ceramics showed the main phase of mullite and spindle and so showed high strength, low density, and low water absorbance. The appropriate amounts of codoping of the TiO2, ZnO, and MnO2/dolomite as mineralization agents obviously enhanced the properties of the glass-ceramics. Process optimizations further determined reasonable and optimal process parameters. The high strength lightweight glass-ceramics fabricated in this work may be very suitable for various applications including building materials, cooking ceramics, and proppant materials, et al.

In this paper, 2-phenyl imidazole (2-PZ) microcapsule-type curing agent of epoxy resin were prepared through solvent volatilization with 2-PZ and polymethyl acrylic glycidyl ester (PGMA) as the raw materials. The micro-morphology, shape and structure of the microcapsules were studied by scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR). The curing kinetics of microcapsule curing agent/epoxy resin E-44 curing system were studied using TGA/DSC simultaneous thermal analyzer. Results showed that the preparation method is simple and effective and the prepared 2-PZ microcapsules have smooth surfaces and monodisperse size. And the curing kinetic study of epoxy resin system suggested epoxy resin curing temperature was rising with the increase of heating rate.

Through the analysis of ecological protection for slope protection in mountainous area expressway,it illustrated the ecological protection technique advantage and mechanism.A new ecological protection technique is put forward, which is vegetation blanket protection technique. This ecology protection method was applied in the Lu'an-Qianshan Expressway and proved effective. The feasibility of protective measures was analyzed. Which provide a new ecology protection way to the expressway slope, which is in inferior land and rock area. Its protection mechanism and design principle is discussed in this paper.

In order to solve the poor toughness, fatigue durability and shock resistance defects of the cured epoxy resin, in this paper, the epoxy resin was modified via dichlorodiphenyl silane as a modifier. Then the electronic packaging materials were prepared using the modified EP as matrix, a nitrile rubber (CTBN) as a toughening agent, methyl nadic anhydride (MNA) as a curing agent, and 2, 4, 6 - tris (dimethyl amino methyl) phenol as a curing accelerator. The effects of raw materials ratio on the cured products’ properties was investigated. FT-IR, TG-DTG and DMA were used to test and characterize the product. And we determined the best raw materials ratio and reaction conditions. Finally epoxy encapsulating materials which have excellent mechanical properties, electrical properties were prepared.

Economic and ecological systems are physically connected through the materials and energy metabolism: raw materials, energy resources from the ecosystem get into the economic system and then from this system go back to the ecosystem as produced goods, heat, waste and pollutant emissions. This is due to the physical law of matter conservation: the same amount of materials being used as raw materials come back in the form of production and waste. However the economic system depends not only on the natural resources, considering as raw materials for production and consumption, but on the services provided by ecosystems. too. So, it is necessary to determine and evaluate not only the role of the ecological system as the main source of inputs into the production of goods, but also to treat it as the source of neverending services enabling protection the in area of human beings and to ensure development of the ecosystem itself. No efficient use of resources may have catastrophical consequences for the future of countries in transition to market economy, including Lithuania. The main purpose of this study is to project fiscal flows (of course these flows have a contrary direction of movement) adequate to the materials flow between ecological and economic systems and to create mechanism able to ensure creation of appropriate fiscal flows and they purposeful movement. This is the basic feature of equivalent interaction between the economic and ecological systems and the main precondition of ecologically and economically sustainable development. The category economical pollution damage is used like the main instrument for disclosure of interaction between economy and ecological systems. The conception o economical environmental protection mechanism is based on the system of interests of ecological resources users to minimize their individual ecological cost and interests of ecological damage recipients - to receive an adequate compensation. The practical calculations of economical pollution damage carried out on the Lithuanian data re presented in the paper.
