Both classical and quantum computations operate with the registers of bits. At nanometer scale the quantum fluctuations at the position of a given bit, say, a quantum dot, not only lead to the decoherence of quantum state of this bit, but also affect the quantum states of the neighboring bits, and therefore affect the state of the whole register. That is why the requirement of reliable separate access to each bit poses the limit on miniaturization, i.e. constrains the memory capacity and the speed of computation. In the present paper we suggest an algorithmic way to tackle the problem of constructing reliable and compact registers of quantum bits. We suggest accessing the states of a quantum register hierarchically, descending from the state of the whole register to the states of its parts. Our method is similar to quantum wavelet transform, and can be applied to information compression, quantum memory, quantum computations.

Following an alternative version of Grover's algorithm, we propose a scheme to read- in information in Mn 12 molecular magnets with the help of multi-frequency magnetic pulses in two separate steps: first to realize an intermediate state |Ψ(T1)> and then to reach the state |Ψ(T2)> to encode information. All controllable parameters are calculated to implement read-in of information, and the durations of magnetic pulses are less than the dephasing time of quantum states in Mn 12. It is also shown that all the states of information can be initialized back to the intermediate state.

Over the last decades, the number of honey bee colonies in the world has been declining. A honey bee is the most important pollinator in agriculture. According to estimates, such a situation can threaten the food security of humanity. The purpose was to investigate the specific aspects of the managed honey bee population in Zhytomyr region. The population dynamics, number, and density were determined. For this purpose the statistics of the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine on the number of bee colonies by categories of producers in Ukraine and Zhytomyr region were used. It was established that in Zhytomyr region over the past quarter century, the population of honey bee (Apis mellifera L.) has increased by 2 times up to 193.4 thousand colonies. During the same period, the number of bee colonies in Ukraine has increased by 1.4 times. At present, Zhytomyr region is a leader in the state in the development of the beekeeping industry. Eight percent of all honey bee colonies in the country are concentrated here. In the Zhytomyr region, the density of honey bee population is one of the highest in Ukraine. 82 colonies are concentrated here on one conditional pasture area (1256 hectares), with 7 colonies per 100 hectares of land. In Ukraine, these indicators are 52 and 4 respectively. The distribution of bee colonies in the region is uneven. The vast majority of colonies (58.5%) are concentrated in the Polissia. There are from 1 to 18 colonies per 100 hectares of land in each of the units in the region, on the conditional pasture area from 16 to 224. The results of these studies are relevant for the commodity apiaries for the rational use of honey flow and to make a well-considered decision on the prospect of increasing the number of bee colonies. Further work will be aimed at the investigation into the melliferous base and the calculation of the feed balance of the beekeeping industry in Zhytomyr region.

The essence is the cultural and historical representation of the Mexican people and it lies in the markets, food inns, public squares but above all, in the stoves of the cooks and their families in the communities of our country, this is how the gastronomic culture of Hidalgo is not only represented by Pastes, exquisite barbecue from Actopan or the emblematic Pulque of pre-Hispanic origins.
Based on ethnographic methodology, interaction was made with communities without incurring the daily activities of people. This methodology allows people from different municipalities to show the activities they do on a daily basis in their community, the cooks that participate were Ms. Porfiria Rodríguez, traditional cook of Santiago de Anaya, Ms. Cristina Martínez Cruz and Florentina, traditional mushroom collectors and cooks from the municipality of Acaxochitlán, in the town of Los Reyes, Mr. Mario Islas Palacio, of work Tlachiquero, among others, are the ones who allowed to know the traditional gastronomy. As the final phase the information processing was carried out, so the present work has as a first term to describe the current situation of the traditional cuisine of the state of Hidalgo and the transcendence that it has had in recent years

Our study documents that the information content and the information processing of stock recommendations differ fundamentally between expansions and recessions. The initial market reaction to all recommendations is stronger in recessions, but “Buy” recommendations do not have long-term investment value. We find that in recessions sell side analysts are too optimistic about the stocks they recommend to buy, while investors initially overreact to these recommended stocks. In expansions, no such contradicting pattern exists. We also document that analysts favor “glamour” over “value” stocks irrespective of the state of the economy.

Досліджено стан бджільництва та забезпече-ність бджолиними сім’ями запилення основнихентомофільних культур. Встановлено, що в Украї-ні продовжується тенденція скорочення чисельно-сті бджолиних сімей. У 2011 році порівняно зминулим вона зменшилася на 0,2 млн і становила2,9 млн сімей. Для повноцінного запилення посівівосновних ентомофільних культур повинно бутине менше 5,2 млн бджолиних сімей, мінімальнапотреба в яких забезпечується на 56,6 %. Існуючірослини-медоноси не забезпечують бджільництвокормовою базою в достатній мірі. Необхіднозбільшувати площі посівів не лише соняшнику,а й інших медоносних культур. The state of beekeeping and bee families, provision of basicentomophilies pollination of crops was researched. It isestablished that Ukraine continues the trend to reduce thenumber of bee colonies. In 2011, as compared with the past, itdecreased by 0.2 million and amounted to 2.9 million families.For full entomophilies pollination of main crops there must beat least 5.2 million bee colonies, minimal need for which isprovided at 56.6 %. Existing honey plants do not provide beefarming with food supply in full. It is necessary to increase thesown area of sunflowers as well as other melliferous crops.
